第一篇：2013校園圣誕節(jié)演講（本站推薦）

校長、各位老師、各位同學大家平安：

今天是全世界都在熱烈慶祝的大日子！因為2012年前，在遙遠的國都以色列伯利恒的地方，彌賽亞（也就是救世主）降生了！然而我們卻發(fā)現(xiàn)，所謂的普天同慶，如今卻已慢慢淪為嘉年華會式的狂歡，甚至因狂歡過度，每年都有許多人喪命！這已遠遠背離耶穌降生的意義。因此，在這兒我要和大家一起分享耶穌降生的故事，以及其中所蘊含的意義。

當年，以色列尚在羅馬政權(quán)統(tǒng)治之下。羅馬人為了統(tǒng)計百姓的人數(shù)，於是下令所有的人都要回本籍地報名上冊（就像現(xiàn)在的戶口普查）。於是耶穌的父親－約瑟，就帶著因圣靈感孕而身懷六甲的妻子－馬利亞，由定居地－加利利的拿撒勒趕回本籍地－猶大的伯利恒。由於回來報名上冊的人太多了，每家旅館都客滿，而馬利亞臨盆在即。在約瑟的苦苦央求下，一位好心的旅館老板讓他們借住在馬房，於是，當晚耶穌就降生在馬槽中。

當耶穌降生的那一刻，在伯利恒野地里看守羊群的牧羊人，忽然見到上帝派來的使者站在他們旁邊，告訴他們救世主已經(jīng)降生的好消息。同時出現(xiàn)了一大隊的天兵，和那位天使高聲的贊美上帝說：「在至高之處榮耀歸與上帝，在地上平安歸與他所喜悅的人」。這是第一支報佳音的隊伍，也就是后來每年的圣誕節(jié)，基督徒都會四處報佳音的由來。

從耶穌的降生，我們可以得到兩個啟示：

1、學習他謙卑的態(tài)度。

根據(jù)圣經(jīng)的記載，耶穌是救世主，應(yīng)當是無上光榮的，但他卻選擇降生在馬槽這麼卑微的地方，正顯現(xiàn)出他的謙卑。他曾說：「我來是要服事人，而不是要被人服事」；又說：「我心柔和謙卑，你們當負我的軛」；他更曾為門徒一一洗腳。這些在在顯明他的謙卑。我們行事為人，是否也該學習他這謙卑的樣式？

2、追求心靈上真正的平安。

人生在世，難免會遭遇困厄災(zāi)禍。於是，很多人就用各種方式祈求災(zāi)禍不要臨到他的身上，也因此產(chǎn)生了各種忌諱：這個不能做，那個不能吃；早上出門要朝東走，晚上回家時要先朝南走……等。只要有一點閃失，就整天害怕?lián)模@是真正的平安嗎？我認為真正的平安是，即使遇到了災(zāi)禍，心里也不會驚慌失措。因為你知道有一位比你更有能力的人，他可以為你分愁解憂，他可以為你承擔一切的重擔，如同嬰兒安睡在父母的懷抱中，無懼外面的狂風暴雨。這是多麼令人喜樂的事啊！

如今，我已找到了心靈上真正的平安，不知你們找到了沒？

國王的演講中喬治六世的口吃有很多方面引起的： 童年早期創(chuàng)傷——影片有放到喬治說道自己小時候保姆偏愛他哥哥，在和父皇母后相處時被掐，使父母不愛和要哭的他相處。事后保姆還會故意不給東西吃，使得自己得胃病。而這些事父母在三年后才發(fā)現(xiàn)......這對喬治的傷害很大。

當然，這造成了喬治和父母的疏遠。得不到父母滿滿地疼愛，也有一定的關(guān)系。被糾正左利手的經(jīng)歷??這些無一不是造成喬治口吃的原因。

還有一個更重要的原因就是來自愛德華的壓力。喬治六世在家中排行老二，可是他卻是最勇敢的一個。他的哥哥卻注定要成為國王，但是卻愛上了一個有夫之婦，對于皇家來說這是羞恥的。在哥哥愛德華八世面前，他總是有沒有辦法像和logue講話那么流利。

他也恨自己不能像正常人那樣說話，他對自己也很生氣，他沒有辦法去強制實施自己的愿望。因此，他變得易怒，還經(jīng)常抽煙。

羅格醫(yī)生的治療方法：

首先，羅格是一個成功的醫(yī)生，他很有經(jīng)驗。他要求醫(yī)生和病人的平等關(guān)系，并且要求在自己的診所進行醫(yī)治，這對往后的治療起了很大的作用。

羅格醫(yī)生用了很多方式。有讓國王嘴巴里含著東西練習說話，但是沒有成功。之后讓他在嘈雜的環(huán)境中讀文章并錄下來，也有用罵人的形式說。用音樂的形式唱出來......此外，還有：

發(fā)音療法：就是要在每句話的開始輕柔地發(fā)音，改變口吃者首字發(fā)音經(jīng)常很急很重的特點。說話的速度要降到很慢的程度，一開始時一分鐘60-100字，而人們平時說話的速度要達到每分鐘200字。

呼吸療法：提倡腹式呼吸法。由于深呼吸能使肌肉獲得適當?shù)倪\動和協(xié)調(diào)，能松弛與緩和身體各部和顏面肌肉的緊張狀態(tài)，逐漸消除伴隨運動。深呼吸能影響人的情緒，能使激動的情感得以緩和以致平息。

突破療法：將口吃患者組織在一起，或單獨到人群密集的地方去演講、唱歌，逐步克服說話的恐懼心理。

激將法：羅格會用一些語言來刺激國王，逼他說話反擊。

安慰鼓勵法：不斷告訴國王他可以的，可以講一口流利的話。

回溯上個世紀三四十年代的英國歷史，人們津津樂道的多是愛德華八世“不愛江山愛美人”的浪漫故事。為迎娶曾有婚史的辛普森夫人，愛德華八世不惜退位，僅執(zhí)政325天。退位后，他成為溫莎公爵，與辛普森夫人過起了閑云野鶴的生活。他的繼任者，正是從小怯懦、口吃的弟弟艾伯特王子，也就是后來的喬治六世。國王喬治六世在加冕典禮上

二,活動目的:通過happy XX活動一方面豐富西溪校園的學生生活,提高學生的生活質(zhì)量;同時也通過這次游園活動增強西溪學生對校園的感情,促進愛校之情.三,具體活動策劃方案

(一)圣誕禮物派送——“對對碰”

活動時間:12.22—23(報名)

12.23晚派送賀卡

12.24下午,生科院操場“對對碰”(晚派送禮物).活動規(guī)則:總共設(shè)15對相對應(yīng)的卡片,如“黃蓉與郭靖”等,23日晚把卡片送到參加該活動報名的寢室里,讓其選取一張卡片,讓其于之寫者對對方的祝福,并保管好卡片,24日下午特定時間都到生科院操場集中.如果能尋找到對方,如:抽取“黃蓉”的寢室成員能尋找到抽取“郭靖”的寢室成員,則把兩張卡片一起帶到服務(wù)臺去登記,服務(wù)人員將把禮物送到雙方的寢室(或者現(xiàn)場領(lǐng)取).附:該項活動最好是15個男生寢室與15個女生寢室進行,亦不排除個人參加.宣傳時應(yīng)注明:名額有限,采取先到先得的方式?jīng)Q定.(二)圣誕游園活動

道具:氣球若干,內(nèi)置小字條(字條上可以寫“表演節(jié)目,獲得獎品等)

參加人員:5人一組,多次

游戲規(guī)則:參加人員按5人一組比賽(氣球自行選取),依氣球被吹爆速度取前3名,對球內(nèi)的獎品予以變現(xiàn).即主持人根據(jù)”字條“的內(nèi)容給該同學對獎.比如:字條里寫著”跳繩一百,獎勵桔子兩顆“,那么該同學只有得按”字條“的內(nèi)容去做,主持人才可給予相應(yīng)的獎勵.并在過關(guān)的同學的游園卡片上蓋上一個標簽,如未過關(guān)則在相關(guān)部分劃×.3.名稱:搶凳子

道具:凳子(若干)

參加人員安排:8人或多人參加(其中一人為喊話員不參加比賽)

游戲規(guī)則:游戲開始先把凳子成圓形(按參加人數(shù)減一計算,即8人擺7張),然后,參加人員在凳子外 面圍成一圈,主持人敲鼓或放音樂時參加人員就沿著圓形順時針或逆時針跑動(注意不能插隊),當鼓聲 或音樂停下時參加人員要訊速找到一張凳子座下,因為凳子少一張,所以會有一人沒凳子座,這個人就算 是被淘汰了,這時要把凳子減少一張,其余的人繼續(xù)玩,直到剩下最后一人為止,這人就算贏了.并在過關(guān)的同學的游園卡片上蓋上一個標簽,如未過關(guān)則在相關(guān)部分劃×.4.名稱:心心相印,我來比你來猜

參加人員:兩人一組,可多組參加

游戲規(guī)則:游戲開始表演的一組兩人先要面對面(一人為表演動策劃,一人為猜測者),然后由主持人會把要表 演的成語或詞語寫在一張紙上,讓表演動作者做給猜測者看,當表演者表演完,猜測者能猜出表演者所做動作 的成語或詞語時,就算過關(guān).(注意:動作者可以用語言來解釋,但不能說出動作中的字).(題目:左右為難,無孔不入,金雞獨立,狗急跳墻,東張西望,無中生有,眉開眼笑,胸有成竹,雞飛蛋打,低聲下氣)

游戲規(guī)則:參加人員左腿或右腿綁上氣球(一般為6個到個8之間),當主持人喊”開始“時參加者開始互相追著跑,要千方百計的踩掉別人的氣球,直到最后一人腳下有氣球為止,這人就算獲勝.也可以為游戲 設(shè)定時間,時間一到腳下剩余氣球最多者獲勝.并在過關(guān)的同學的游園卡片上蓋上一個標簽,如未過關(guān)則在相關(guān)部分劃×.6.名稱:頂氣球比賽

道具:氣球一個,繩子一條參加人員:兩組對抗(每組一般為3人到7人)游戲規(guī)則:游戲開始前先把繩子沿場地的正中間拉開(像網(wǎng)球網(wǎng)一樣),然后雙方排開用頭頂球,哪方先落地為輸,雙方輪流發(fā)球.體現(xiàn)配合能力和競爭能力.(注意只能用頭,不能用身體的其它部位)

參加人員:兩人一組或多人一組,多組參加

游戲規(guī)則:本游戲要求場地較大,游戲開始時先把每一組人員的左腿或右腿綁在一起,多組并排一起站在起 跑線上,主持人喊”開始“時,各隊齊出,最先到達終點的隊就算獲勝.本游戲要求參加者的配合默契.并在過關(guān)的同學的游園卡片上蓋上一個標簽,如未過關(guān)則在相關(guān)部分劃×.最后,對于集齊一定的標簽的同學可以到服務(wù)臺領(lǐng)取相應(yīng)的獎勵(或者可以把獎品送給指定的寢室或者寢室成員),并在兌完獎的卡片做上一定標記,留給參加同學作為紀念.附:每一項游戲的游戲規(guī)則要寫出來制成展板式的置于活動現(xiàn)場,盡量簡明扼要.服務(wù)臺位置安排以及各項游戲安排之地點將另附表格說明.(三):特別活動:
