小學英語賽講課總結

又一輪賽講課結束了，我們英語組參賽的十二位老師在此次活動中都展示出了自己的特色，形成了各自的教學風格并以此次活動為契機完善了自己的課堂標準。

老師們在課堂上的所展示出的較高的個人素質,不僅給我,也給所有聽課教師留下了深刻的印象：像孫老師的嚴謹有序；金老師的精思巧授；張磊老師的巧妙延伸；邵老師老師的大膽創新；梁老師的樸實自然；尹老師的緊湊利索；王麗娟老師的認真質樸；相老師的精心設計；張老師的沉著從容;劉老師的生動有趣；倪老師的巧妙嚴密。通過本次活動,讓我們又重新認識了我們身邊的老師,讓我們感受到了原來我們的老師也可以這么棒,這么的出色。

一、進步之處：

1、重教師角色的轉變，創設了民主、平等、和諧的教學氛圍。課堂上，教師與學生進行平等對話與交流，與學生一起討論和探索，使課堂氛圍寬松，學生對學習倍感親切；教師鼓勵學生主動自由地思考、發問、選擇，使教師的教與學生的學的活動真正是一種交往、一種對話、一種溝通、一種合作和共建。

3、小組合作學習的有效組織。多數教師的課上都采用了小組合作學習,這是一種很有效的學習方式,它可以彌補一個教師難以面向有差異的眾多學習者的教學的不足，從而真正實現使每個學生都得到發展的目標。從課堂來看，大部分的課學生在合作學習、解決問題的過程中有合理、明確的分工；學生能按照一定規則開展討論，學會表達自己的觀點，與他人進行交流，學會傾聽別人的想法，激發出新的靈感。

二、不足之處：

1、教學的評價形式單一，顯得與教學過程相剝離。評價應該有機地融合于教學過程，教師及時的、隨機的激勵性評價可以牽引教學導向、激發學習動機、調節課堂氣氛。教學過程中，教師的評價性語言顯得籠統而缺少激勵性。總是“Good、“Great””Clever”等語言。缺乏針對性的即時評價，缺乏組織學生的自我評價。

2、有些老師課堂創編的chant只是一種表面上讓課堂熱鬧起來但實際上卻沒有多大意義的“花架子”，因為一個膚淺的、沒有經過仔細推敲的chant只是一種簡單的教學手段，學生的思維活動是被動的，缺乏對語言更深刻的領悟。所以chant只是再現了新句型，讓人感覺千篇一律、乏味枯燥。

3、不能體現讓學生自己質疑問難，總是老師在提出問題讓學生回答。

三、啟示思考

新課堂渴望更多精彩的回答是從學生嘴里表達出來的，渴望更多課堂教學的動人場面也是在學生身上表現出來的。因此，我們要讓學生學會學習，學會創造性地學習！傳授知識只是給了學生一個肉眼；開闊視野、傳授方法才給了學生一個顯微鏡。

新課程呼喚我們的教師要有個性的教學，更呼喚教師素質的提升。教學條件固然重要，而素質更重要。條件和手段在一定程度上靠教師去創造。因此，教師的素質應有合理的知識結構、高尚的人格魅力、個性化的教學風格、和諧的師生關系和可貴的創新精神，真正在課堂“指點江山”，在課外“激揚文字”。

1、大家讀得可真認真啊！這些詞語你能讀準嗎？請你讀，老師喜歡你讀詞語的節奏感，但是有一處錯誤，哪位同學聽出來了？你來說，對，應該讀漂流，不要讀成漂（四聲），漂組詞漂亮，跟老師讀一遍，漂流。

2、請你再讀，聲音響亮，字音準確。

10、不僅如此，上面還不止一個人呢！誰來數一數？你來試一試，是這樣數嗎？用這樣的語氣合適嗎？當發現羊皮筏子上有人的時候，作者的心就揪起來了，當他發現人越來越多的時候，他的心揪得越來越緊！誰再來數一數？你來。

11、更揪心的還在后面，接著讀。這六個人，就如在湍急的黃河上貼著水面漂流！

本次賽課中優秀教師脫穎而出：他們精心的教學設計、精煉的教學語言、精致的教學板書、精彩的教學藝術??無不彰顯出教師的聰明智慧與個人魅力，顯示了他們巨大的可塑性。十幾位青年教師對此次比賽高度重視，認真備課，學習課標，為我們呈現了一節節風格各異、亮點紛呈的課。下面主要從以下幾個方面談談這次比賽帶給我的收獲及啟示: 收獲一、備課充分、設計用心。

老師們在備課過程中，能深入鉆研教材，做了大量充分的準備。注重把知識和能力深入淺出又扎扎實實的傳授給學生。善用多媒體課件，追求既生動形象又快捷高效的教學效果。沈玉芳和劉海霞老師標準的英語口語和新的教學理念貫穿于教學始終，她們在教學詞匯時能夠始終貫穿：詞不離句的情景教學觀念，同時巧妙用構詞法知識拓展學生詞匯學習。高娜老師能夠把的單詞游戲應用得恰當、自然和有效，使課堂氣氛充滿活力，調動了學生學習的積極性。楊歡老師能夠很好的結合多媒體與實物圖片，將單詞教學直觀化，減輕了學生的認知負擔、提高單詞學習效率。

二、教學理念創新獨特。

課堂上打破了一問一答強制、封閉式的傳統教學，基本能根據教學內容和學生的年齡特點及認知的規律，創設問題情境，特別是設計有探索性和開放性問題，進行開放式教學。老師們體現“以學生為主體，以教師為主導，讓學生成為學習的主人”的教學原則，通過教師有序的引導、生動活潑的啟發教學，激發學生積極參與、合作交流，充分發揮了學生的主體作用。

三、學生活動參與度高。

沒有活動的課堂，是死氣沉沉的課堂，活動在課堂教學中具有舉足輕重的作用。教學效果評價標準之一，就是要學生積極參與到課堂之中，通過巧妙的活動設計，讓學生在活動中體驗、發現、實踐、探究。劉海霞和范國英老師努力創設貼近學生實際的活動，組織并開展活動教學，在一個個充滿趣味的活動游戲中鍛煉了學生的聽說能力，提高學生運用英語的能力。

四、注重情感激勵教育。

青年教師注重情感激勵教育，誘發創新情感，很好的體現和落實了新課標的精神，成為這次比賽課的又一亮點。豐建珍等老師在教學中，做到自始至終關注學生的情感，營造寬松、民主、和諧的教學氣氛。尊重每個學生，積極鼓勵他們在學習中的嘗試，保護他們的自尊心和積極性。教師的鼓勵具有個性化，激勵性的語言常掛嘴邊，成為學生不斷學習、創新不可缺乏的精神動力。收獲

五、教師素養良好。

通過這次比賽，我們欣喜地看到青年教師具備良好的教師基本素質。他們教態大方得體，語言清晰，具有較強的親和力和應變能力。曹韻迪和韓賽賽老師雖是第一次賽課，但他們在課堂上文雅得體的教態，豐富的肢體語言以及親切和藹的微笑，都給我們留下了深刻的印象，深受學生的喜愛。

課堂教學永遠是一門遺憾的藝術，我們只有看到不足才能不斷進步，發現這些問題，正視這些問題，是我們落實課堂教學有效性的前提。下面我談幾點老師們在講課中存在的問題和留給我們的一些啟示。

啟示一：在教學的準備過程中，有的教師對教材不熟悉，對課程標準和教材的研究不夠，對知識的儲備不足。部分老師上課時，不能準確把握本節課的教學的重難點，講課思路比較陳舊。

啟示二：多媒體的使用不可完全代替必要的板書。精要的板書可增加給學生視覺的滯留時間，便于加深印象和構建知識體系。個別老師或許是因為緊張只板書了授課題目，有的甚至沒有板書。多媒體教學是服務教學內容的輔助手段，過分的或不當的使用課件、圖片會桎梏學生的理解能力和想象能力。

啟示三：課堂中倡導的自主合作、探究學習只停留于表面，小組合作雖然熱熱鬧鬧，但只重形式，不能突出體現教師的主導作用。

小荷才露尖尖角，早有蜻蜓立上頭。比賽雖已暫告一段落，但它更是一個新的起點：激勵著青年教師在日后的教學活動中不斷地總結，不斷地創新，不斷地完善，與學生在快樂和諧的教學中教學相長，樹立自己獨具一格的教學風格。我們有理由相信，只要我們的老師肯鉆研、肯付出、肯奉獻，我們的課堂教學一定會呈現多姿多彩、生機勃勃的景象。
