(一)工地管理人員及職工休假制度
第一條、本規定適用對象:公司明確規定管理人員及職工(正式在編)。第二條、休假管理規定
1、每星期可休假1天,休假時間可累計、可調休、可兌現。
2、每二個月回家一次,公司報銷差旅費(交通、住宿、餐飲、交際等費用)。
3、休假含路上時間。
4、超過休假天數,則按每天的工資,相應扣除。
5、新員工工作滿三個月可享受此待遇,試用期內不享受此待遇。
6、工作不超過1個月,辭職、辭退的不予報銷任何費用。
7、休假填寫休假單。第三條、休假費用報銷
1、交通費用以直線距離為準,繞道辦公事可與報銷,但必須報備項目經理及以上管理人員。
2、如遇汽車或火車晚點導致班車跟不上,必須豬舍必須報備項目經理及以上,票據必須是發票,收據必須是蓋上賓館公章并有聯系電話,費用上下陷80—100,3、來回途中,吃飯標準為15元每頓,早餐不報銷。路程超過1天,早餐可報銷10元每頓。第四條、報銷流程
1、所有個人產生的費用,如需符合第一、二、三條或符合公司報銷規定的,則必須經公司審批后,方可報銷。

關于各車間管理休假制度
1、目的為進一步規范管理人員,保持良好的生產和工作秩序,特制定本管理辦法。
2、適用范圍
本辦法適用于車間管理人員.(不含公司一線操作工、帶班(組)長、車間統計員)
3、車間主任休假管理規定
A:車間主任相互掛靠規定及配置
1)車間主任休假時需與掛靠車間主任進行工作交接,安排好第二天的生產工作.2)掛靠車間主任必須承擔起車間的日常管理工作.3)車間主任休假當天,車間出現任何質量問題及工傷事故,責任由車間主任、掛靠車間主任各承擔一半.4)車間主任休假期間,出現掛靠車間主任無法處理的異常問題,本車間主任應立即停止休假返回公司處理.5)車間主任休假按以下掛靠配置圖相互協助:
B:車間主任休假注意事項
1)車間主任外出(離開公司)必須經上級領導同意并在《生產部外出登記表》詳細填寫相關信息后方能外出.2)在不影響工作的前提下每月可以休假4天(不得連休),如因工作需要而無法正常休假的(職員應服從公司的工作安排),少休部分予以發放未休補貼。
3)每周休息一天,休假需安排在周末(即周六、周日)進行,且不得連休。
4)休假前一天需到廠部進行登記并與掛靠車間主任進行工作交接, 未經相關審批人批準擅自休假(月底以審批權限人在<請休假單>上的簽字為當月請休假有效批準,口頭答應不算)作曠工處理。
5)如果遇特殊情況不能事前請假的,必須在1天內電話或者委托他人告知領導,并于事后辦理補假手續(補假按請假程序執行)未告知的按曠工論處。(注:因遲到申請補假者,一律不允許審批)
6)凡請假未經批準、事前不請假、假期滿未續假、續假未批者、無故不上班者以曠工論處。曠工扣除三倍曠工時間的工資,連續曠工三天以上者,按自動離職處理。
本制度自2014年2月起執行,公司原有制定的相關制度、規定與本制度如有抵觸,以本制度為準。

第一條
為了維護職工休息休假權利,調動職工工作積極性,根據勞動法和公務員法,制定本條例。
第二條
機關、團體、企業、事業單位、民辦非企業單位、有雇工的個體工商戶等單位的職工連續工作1年以上的,享受帶薪年休假(以下簡稱年休假)。單位應當保證職工享受年休假。職工在年休假期間享受與正常工作期間相同的工資收入。
第三條
職工累計工作已滿1年不滿10年的,年休假5天;已滿10年不滿20年的,年休假10天;已滿20年的,年休假15天。
國家法定休假日、休息日不計入年休假的假期。
第四條
職工有下列情形之一的,不享受當年的年休假:
(一)職工依法享受寒暑假,其休假天數多于年休假天數的;(二)職工請事假累計20天以上且單位按照規定不扣工資的;(三)累計工作滿1年不滿10年的職工,請病假累計2個月以上的;(四)累計工作滿10年不滿20年的職工,請病假累計3個月以上的;(五)累計工作滿20年以上的職工,請病假累計4個月以上的。
第五條
單位根據生產、工作的具體情況,并考慮職工本人意愿,統籌安排職工年休假。
年休假在1個內可以集中安排,也可以分段安排,一般不跨安排。單位因生產、工作特點確有必要跨安排職工年休假的,可以跨1個安排。
單位確因工作需要不能安排職工休年假的,經職工本人同意,可以不安排職工休年假。對職工應休未休假天數,單位應當按照該職工日工資收入的300%支付年休假工資報酬。
第六條
縣級以上地方人民政府人事部門、勞動保障部門應當依據職權對單位執行本條例的情況主動進行監督檢查。
工會組織依法維護職工的年休假權利。
第七條
單位不安排職工休年休假又不依照本條例規定給予年休假工資報酬的,由縣級以上地方人民政府人事部門或者勞動保障部門依據職權責令限期改正;對逾期不改正的,除責令該單位支付年休假工資報酬外,單位還應當按照年休假工資報酬的數額向職工加付賠償金;對拒不支付年休假工資報酬、賠償金的,屬于公務員和參照公務員法管理的人員所在單位的,對直接負責的主管人員以及其他直接責任人員依法給予處分;屬于其他單位的,由勞動保障部門、人事部門或者職工申請人民法院強制執行。
第八條
職工與單位因年休假發生的爭議,依照國家有關法律、行政法規的規定處理。
第九條
國務院人事部門、國務院勞動保障部門依據職權,分別制定本條例的實施辦法。
第十條
本條例自2008年1月1日起施行。
1、帶薪年假工作年限規定
職工連續工作(連續工齡不要求是本單位的連續工作時間)1年以上的,享受帶薪年休假。這就意味著,盡管一個職工可能是剛由其它單位進入當前工作單位,但是只要他在其他單位連續工作滿1年以上,就具備享受法定的帶薪年假的基礎資格。
2、職工所享受的帶薪年假天數與勞動者的工齡掛鉤
職工累計工作已滿1年不滿10年的,法定帶薪年休假5天;已滿10年不滿20年的,法定帶薪年休假10天;已滿20年的,法定帶薪年休假15天。用人單位安排勞動者休假高于該標準的不予干涉,但是低于法定標準應按照法定標準支付未休帶薪年假工資。
3、職工不應當享受帶薪年假的情形
有下列情形之一的,不享受當年的年休假:1)職工依法享受寒暑假,其休假天數多于年休假天數的;2)職工請事假累計20天以上且單位按照規定不扣工資的;3)累計工作滿1年不滿10年的職工,請病假累計2個月以上的;4)累計工作滿10年不滿20年的職工,請病假累計3個月以上的;5)累計工作滿20年以上的職工,請病假累計4個月以上的。
4、職工帶薪年假工資計算辦法
職工新進用人單位且符合享受當年帶薪年休假條件的,當年休假天數按照在本單位剩余日歷天數折算確定,折算后不足1整天的部分不享受年休假,具體折算辦法為(當在本單位剩余日歷天數÷365天)×職工本人全年應當享受的年休假天數。
案例釋明:小王自2008年7月份畢業時開始在A公司上班,后于2009年9月1日跳槽到B公司。問:小王應當從什么時候起開始在B公司享受帶薪年假?根據《帶薪年假實施辦法》第五條的規定,小王進入B公司時,已連續工作一年以上,就應當具備了開始享受帶薪年假的資格。同時,根據該條第二款的規定:“前款規定的折算方法為:(當在本單位剩余日歷天數÷365天)×職工本人全年應當享受的年休假天數。”我們還可以計算出2009年小王在B公司所能享受的帶薪年假的天數。當年剩余的“日歷天數”為122天,他今年的年休假天數應為(122÷365)×5天≈1.67天。由于0.67天不足1整天,因此他在今年的年休假天數是1天。
5、除由職工本人因個人原因不休且做出書面放棄休假權利的承諾外,用人單位應在本內對職工未休年假的天數按照其日工資收入的300%支付工資報酬。
1)如果用人單位想免除支付未休帶薪年假的義務,必須有證據證明是因為勞動者個人原因放棄休帶薪年假,且應當是書面證據。2)未休帶薪年假工資一般應當在當支付,否則就可能構成拖欠職工的工資的行為。勞動者有權根據《勞動合同法》第38條,通知解除勞動合同并可以向用人單位主張被迫解除勞動合同經濟補償金。3)帶薪年假一般應在一個內安排,用人單位確因工作需要跨1個安排年休假的,應征得職工本人同意,并保留同意的證據。
6、離職時帶薪年假工資結算
勞動者離職時,如折算后有剩余年休假,用人單位應按照其日工資收入的300%(包括正常工資中已支付的100%,需再另行支付200%)支付未休年休假工資報酬,不足1整天的部分不再支付未休年休假工資報酬。職工在離職前已休年休假多于折算應休年休假的天數,法律規定不能扣回。為了避免帶薪年假糾紛,用人單位可以通過放假等方式安排即將離職的員工休滿當應休年假。

工作時間及地點WORKING HOURS AND WORKING PLACES
1.1.工作時間的開始及結束Commencement and Cessation of Working Hours 工作時間Working Hours: 根據《中華人民共和國勞動法》規定,員工每周工作時間為40小時(不包括用餐時間)。員工將獲得 每周兩天的休息日。
In accordance with the Labor Law of PRC, the working hours shall be forty(40)hours(excluding meal hours)per week.Two rest days per week will be offered to the employees.具體工作時間: 周一至周五 : 9:00 a.m.to 5:30 p.m.Work Time: Mondays to Fridays: 9:00 a.m.to 5:30 p.m.公司有權根據業務需要對作息時間進行調整。
Due to the nature of work and business needs, the working hours may be different or changed from the standard work hours.1.2.工作時間的控制Control of Working Time 為確保業務活動順利有效地開展,所有員工必須準時報到工作,按時履行職責,未經員工所在部門主管同意,員工不得缺勤、遲到或早退。
Every employee must go to work on time and fulfill his obligations and absence, late-coming or early off-duty is not accepted if there is no prior approval of the supervisor.1.2.1 每個員工在每天上下班時,必須刷考勤卡以備公司考核。
Each employee should punch a clock card whenever entering and leaving the company.The record will be used as a proof of attendance by the company.1.2.2 由于工作原因在外工作的員工考勤由主管另作記錄。
The registration of the working time of outstation workers shall be done manually by the supervisor in charge.1.2.3 無故缺勤和擅自離崗將導致扣發工資和紀律處分。未經同意而出現持續3天或3天以上天數的缺勤將導致公司對員工的解聘或被視為勞動合同自動終止。
Unreported absence will give rise to salary deduction and disciplinary punishment.Absence of a continuous 3 days or above will entitle the company to dismiss the employee or terminate the employment contract.1.2.4 通過欺騙或制造假象而獲準或試圖獲準缺勤屬于嚴重違紀,公司管理層將有權予以立即辭退。The company management is entitled to give the punishment of immediate dismissal if any fraudulent acts or attempts are found aiming at swindling approval.1.3.離開辦公室Leaving the Office 1.3.1 如果員工因私外出必須提前向部門主管書面申請休假。
If an employee wishes to leave the Office during working hours for non-work-related reasons, an application for leave must be made to the superior.1.3.2 如員工需外出在城內拜訪客戶或辦理其他業務,須經部門主管的批準。
If the employee needs to visit clients or handle other matters, it must be approved by department manager.薪資福利政策SALARY & WELFARE POLICY
2.1.薪金Salary 公司以合理的薪金制度吸引并激勵每一位優秀員工。
The company attracts and retains each of its outstanding members with a sound salary system.公司內每一個崗位的收入水平將由公司每年參照市場薪金水平來調整確定,期間還將考慮公司的經營業績和對員工工作績效的評估。
The income level for each position will be decided based on the market salary level on yearly basis.Of course, the overall business performance and individual performance will also be taken into consideration.薪金每年調整一次,新薪金通常每年一月生效。
Salary is adjusted once each year, and the new salary shall apply from Jan.of each year.公司薪金的發放日期是每月的最后一個工作日,以銀行轉帳的形式發放。
The company pays salary on the last working day of each month by remittance to bank cards.公司和員工都必須對員工的薪金保密負責。
The company and employee must be responsible for the confidentiality of salary.2.2.獎金Bonus 公司可自行決定向員工頒發第十三個月的雙薪及年終獎金。雙薪和獎金的發放是非契約性的、非保證性的,并不是公司義務的一部分。雙薪和年終獎通常于翌年年初發放。

The bonus mentioned above will be paid only to the employee who are on service at the paid date, the employee who has end working relationship with the company do not have the right to be paid, except special approved by the management.2.3.加班制度 Overtime Policy 2.3.1.加班及加班的申請 Overtime and Request for Overtime 加班定義:除市場營銷人員、經理級員工以及工作時間不固定的員工以外,其他員工因其實際工作需要,經其部門經理批準同意,在公司規定的正常工作時間以外的時間內進行工作。
The “overtime” hereinafter refers to any work performed outside the regular working hours, which is necessitated by requirement on completion time and approved by the department manager, applicable to the employees excluded the Marketing & Sales Dept, Managerial staff and other employees required to travel frequently by job functions.需要加班的上述員工必須事先征得其直接主管的同意方可加班。
Any employees who request overtime shall get the approval from his / her immediate superior.2.3.2.加班時間及加班報酬的計算 Computation of Overtime Hours and Remuneration 公司根據國家及地方有關法律法規給與調休或者支付加班費。
OT payment or time off will be offered by the company according to the national and local laws and regulations.加班費根據國家及地方有關法律法規的規定計算并支付。
The calculation and payment of overtime remuneration will be conformed to related national and local laws and regulations.假期LEAVE & HOLIDAYS
3.1 法定節假日Paid Public Holidays 員工每年均享有勞動法和相關政策規定的法定節假日。
Employee is entitled to have paid public holidays per calendar year in accordance with the labor laws and statutes.3.2 年休假Annual Leave 員工自加入本公司后,按比例享有帶薪年休假,但只在試用期滿后方可使用。在每月的15日之前(含15日)加入的員工,服務期以該月開始計算。年休假規定如下(若無特別說明,“天”代指“工作日”): Employee shall be entitled to have paid annual leave on pro rata basis since joining the company, but can only enjoy after successfully passing the probation.Full month service will be recognized for employee who joins before or on the 15th of each month.Details of annual leave are as follows(If not specified, “days” on behalf of that “working day”): 員工享有的年休假: An employee is eligible for:
1)入職第一年起,可以享受5天的年休假;

In case of termination of employment contract, the due days of annual leave accrued for the current year will be computed on proportional basis.If the used days of annual leave are different to the computed days, Australian Hub shall offer compensation or claim for repayment for the gap of days: Gap of days of annual leave × average salary per diem in the year the employment is terminated.3.3 病假申請程序及待遇Paid Sick Leave 本條款明確關于病假的申請程序和相關待遇,以確保該政策符合國家勞動法及相關法律、法規的規定,盡力使員工的工作和生活獲得平衡。

Advice of Withdrawing from Work issued by hospital(employee is recommended to keep the photocopies of the supporting documents).如果員工因病不能上班,必須在生病當天向部門經理口頭申請,超過一日不能上班的,需在生病休息兩日內向部門經理提交書面病假申請,同時提交病假申請所需證明資料給部門經理審核,并交給公司人事部門存檔。經部門經理批準后員工可以開始享受病假;如本人確實無法履行上述告知義務,可委托其直系親屬代為履行。

The company will decide on whether the employee is entitled to enjoy the paid sick leave by referring to the diagnosis record, corporate regulations and labor law.In certain cases, the company reserves the right to seek reference from hospital or advice from the doctors.如員工向公司提供的病假證明被證明是虛假的,其已經享受的病假期間公司將按曠工處理。在規定的通知日期限內,員工未以規定形式按時向部門經理請假且未經批準擅自休病假的,也將被視為曠工。員工有上述情況曠工達3天及以上的,將被視為嚴重違反勞動紀律,公司有權利立即解除勞動合同并不支付任何經濟補償金。
If the employee is found to have provided false sick leave proofs, the period of leave will be regarded as unauthorized absence.If the employee takes sick leave without submitting application for leave to his department manager in the specified form within the deadline of notice and without approval of his / her department manager, it will also be regarded as unauthorized absence.If such unauthorized absence amounts to over three(3)days, it will be regarded as a severe breach of discipline which may entitle the company to immediately terminate the employment contract without paying any compensation.3.3.2 病假期間的福利待遇 Benefits for the Period of Sick Leave 在員工嚴格遵守公司關于病假申請規定的情況下,員工自加入公司后,按比例每年可享有 3 天全額工資支付的帶薪病假,但只在試用期滿后方可使用。如職工該年未休病假,則既不能積累也無補償。

A sick leave in excess of approved fully paid sick leave days will be counted according to the provisions regarding the duration and salary percentage of medicial period in national and local laws and regulations.3.3.3 醫療期滿后待遇After the Medical Period a).醫療期滿后,員工能從事原工作的,返回原工作崗位,公司可繼續履行與員工簽訂的勞動合同。After the medical period, if the employee is found competent for the job, the employee may resume his original position under the original employment contract.b).醫療期滿后仍不能從事原工作也不能從事由公司另行安排的工作的,由勞動鑒定委員會參照工傷與職業病致殘程度鑒定標準進行勞動能力鑒定。

Work injury leave will be paid by basic salary without any bonus and allowance.工傷假到期而身體未愈,應及時辦理續假手續,否則中斷工傷假待遇。
If work injury leave period not enough for the health recovering, employee shall apply for injury leave extension, otherwise company keep the right to stop the entitled leave.3.5 無薪事假Unpaid Private Leave 無薪事假僅在被批準的特別的情況下被允許。員工請事假必須提前書面向所在部門主管請假,準假后方能離開。書面申請表必須到人力資源部門備案。事假期間不發放工資。事假通常每次不得超過3個工作日,通常每年不得超過7個工作日。
Unpaid private leave can only be granted in proven exceptional cases.The employee must apply for it in writting in advance to enable his department manager to reallocate the works.The application form should be filled with HR department.The duration of unpaid private leave has no salary.This kind of leave will not paid and normally cannot exceed 3 days at one time and cannot exceed 7 days during one year.3.6 婚假Marriage Leave 員工在受聘期間結婚,可按照國家相關規定享受婚假,員工享受婚假應在合法注冊登記后12個月內一次性休完。員工申請婚假時應提前1個月經其直接主管批準同意,并在請假單后附上結婚證明。假期具體規定如下:
The employee is entitled to enjoy marriage leave formulated by government during the employment in the company, which shall be used up in lump sum within 12 months after lawful registration.The employee shall submit an application to his superior one(1)month prior to the start of leave, enclosed with a marriage certificate.Details of leave are as follows: 結婚 假期為3天; Marriage 3 days of leave Late marriage(over 23 years old for female employee in her first marriage and over 25 years old for male employee in his first marriage)15 days of leave(including the statutory holidays and weekends)晚婚(女員工首次結婚時年滿23周歲,男員工首次結婚時年滿25周歲)假期為15天(包含法定節假日和公休日); 再婚 假期為3天。

符合國家計劃生育政策的女性員工依法可享受產假,具體按照當地的法律法規執行。相關程序規定如下: Female employees who meet the family planning policy of the government are entitled to enjoy maternity leave according to local related laws and government regulations.The related procedures are stipulated as follows: 員工確診懷孕后,應及時通知其直接主管,同時告知預產期,以便公司對孕期女員工予以適當的照顧。After the employee is confirmed to be pregnant, she shall timely notice her immediate superior the situation and also the expected date of childbirth, so that the company can make corresponding arrangement for the employee.經直接主管書面批準同意,員工可選擇開始休產假的日期,通常應于預產期前2周填寫休假申請表,向公司人力資源部申請產假。
After getting written approval from her immediate superior, the employee may select the date to start the maternity leave.The employee shall usually fill in an application form for leave two weeks prior to the expected date of childbirth and submit it to the HR department.產假天數具體參照相關國家政策:
Details of leave are followed with relevant government formulations: a)單胎順產者,給予產假九十天;
The eligible employee can get 90 days of maternity leave for normal delivery;b)女員工生育第一個子女時年滿24周歲的,可增加晚育假三十天;
Additional 30 days will be offered if female employee is over 24 years old in her first delivery;c)難產者,增加產假十五天;
Additional 15 days will be offered if difficult delivery;d)多胞胎生育者,每多生育一個嬰兒,增加產假十五天。
Additional 15 days per child if multiple childbirth.產假必須連續一次性休完。產假包含雙休日及法定節假日。
The maternity leave shall be used up consecutively.The duration of maternity leave covers weekends and statutory holidays.未使用產假的,將視為自動放棄產假。未按公司的規定申請產假,擅自休息的,公司將按照曠工處理。員工有上述情況曠工達3天及以上的,將被視為嚴重違反勞動紀律,按公司有關規定處理。
If the employee does not use maternity leave in the specified period, it is deemed as a waiver to such right.If the employee is absent from work without going through application formalities for the maternity leave, it is deemed as unauthorized absence from work.If such absence exceeds 3 days, it will be regarded as a serious breach of discipline, which will be handled according to company regulations.員工產假期間的工資待遇公司將按有關國家法律法規的規定計發。
During the maternity leave, salary of the employee is computed and given in accordance with relevant nation laws and regulations.男性員工其配偶符合國家規定的晚育條件的,在其配偶分娩期間可享受3天陪產假。員工申請陪產假的,應提前3天向公司人力資源部提出申請, 員工的直接主管書面批準同意后方可享受。
Male employee is entitled to enjoy paternity leave of 3 days during the parturition period of his spouse, if his spouse meets the policy on late childbearing.The employee applying for paternity leave shall submit application to the HR department 3 days in advance and get the written approval from his immediate superior before taking such leave.3.8 喪假Condolence Leave 員工直系親屬過世,公司給予連續3天的喪假。直系親屬僅限于員工配偶、父母、岳父母及子女。員工旁系親屬過世,公司給予1天的喪假。旁系親屬僅限于員工兄弟姐妹、祖父母或外祖父母。員工申請喪假時應提前1天向公司人力資源部提出申請,員工的直接主管書面批準同意后方可享受。如申請時未能提供,喪假期滿返回公司工作當日必須提交,未能提交者公司將按曠工處理。
The company gives 3 days of condolence leave to any employee losing his lineal relative.Lineal relative refers to spouse, parents, parents-in-law and children.1 day of condolence leave is applicable if employee losing siblings, grandparents and grandparents in law.Bereft employee shall direct his application to the HR department 1 day in advance, and take leave only after getting written approval from his immediate superior.Such application shall be produced on the day of application or on the day of returning to work after taking leave.The failure to do so entitles the company to take it as unauthorized absence.以上各類假期間的工資待遇,公司將按有關國家法律法規的規定計發。

第五篇:職工考勤與休假制度
動物衛生監督所 職工考勤與休假制度
為如實考核,準確登記職工出、缺勤情況,掌握本單位職工外出緣由、去向,避免因漏崗耽誤工作,嚴肅工作紀律,確保各項工作正常、有效運轉,特制定本制度。
一、區動物衛生監督所全體干部職工,必須嚴格遵守勞動紀律,遵守作息時間,堅守工作崗位,不得遲到早退,不得擅離職守。嚴格執行請銷假制度,未經批準,不得擅離工作崗位。
二、區動物衛生監督所所長負責對所內職工考勤,所長根據情況不定期抽查工作人員在崗情況,并進行考勤登記。考勤登記作為職工考核、評優、評先的重要依據。
三、凡工作時間外出開會、調研、下基層等均采取報告制度,即工作人員外出向所長報告。
四、因病、因事不能上班必須請假。請假半天內(含半天)向所長請假,1天以內(含1天)由向局分管領導審批;請假1天以上由局主要領導審批。
五、職工休假必須書面申請,首先獲得經所長批準的假條,并按照請假時間向送局分管領導和主要領導審批,后休假條交局辦公室登記備查。確因特殊情況(因病、意外事故等)不能事先請假的應及時通過電話說明情況,事后補交假條。非特殊情況不得用電話、帶話、帶條子等方式請假,也不得事后補請假。
休產假、婚假、喪假、探親假等按國家有關規定執行。
六、職工帶薪年休假
(一)職工累計工作已滿1年不滿10年的,年休假5天;已滿10年不滿20年的,年休假10天;已滿20年的,年休假15天。
國家法定休假日、休息日不計入年休假的假期。
(二)符合年休假條件的職工,經本人提出申請,單位統籌安排休假時間。
職工年休假必須書面申請,首先獲得所長批準,并按規定呈局分管領導和主要領導審批,后交局辦公室登記備查。
年休假在1個內可以集中安排,也可以分段安排,一般不跨安排。
(三)確因工作需要,單位不能安排職工休年休假的,經職工本人同意,可以不安排職工休年休假。對職工應休未休的年休假天數,按照有關規定,由單位支付應休而未休年休假天數的工資報酬。
七、休病假必須持有區級以上(含區級)醫院的診斷證明。
八、休假人員假滿到崗時應及時向準假領導銷假,需要延長休假的必須辦理續假手續。
九、職工不經請假或請假未準,私自離開工作崗位,或休假過期不返者,一律按曠工處理。
本制度從公布之日起執行。
