小學英語六年級上冊教學工作總結

隨著時間的流逝,本學期的教學工作也步入尾聲。在這個學期中,我順利地完成了六年級上冊的英語教學。在學期剛開始時,我所面臨的問題,六年級的學困生對英語學習興趣整體有所下降,兩極分化比較嚴重。所以本學期以做好后進生的轉化工作為主。面向全體學生,以學生的發展為宗旨,始終把激發學生的學習興趣放在首位,注意分層教學,引導學生端正學習態度,掌握良好的學習方法,培養學生良好的學習習慣。學生經過一個學期的英語學習后對英語的學習產生了一定的興趣,對英語的基本知識與基本技能已有初步的了解。同學們的口語表達能力、閱讀能力等都得到了相當程度的提高。為此我做了以下工作總結:

一、根據學生的實際情況,設計課的類型,擬定采用的教學方法,并對教學過程的程序及時間安排都做了詳細的記錄,認真寫好教案。每一節課都做到“有備而來”,每堂課都在課前做好充分的準備,課后及時對該課做出總結。

二、認真備課。不但備學生,而且備教材、備教法。根據教學內容和增強上課技能,提高教學質量。在課堂上特別注意調動學生的積極性,加強師生交流,充分體現學生學得容易,學得輕松,覺得愉快,注意精神,培養學生多動口動手動腦的能力。

三、認真批改作業,布置作業有針對性,有層次性。對學生的作業批改及時,認真分析并記錄學生的作業情況,將他們在作業過程中出現的問題做出分類總結,進行透切的講評,并針對有關情況及時改進教學方法,做到有的放矢。

四、做好課后輔導工作,注意分層教學。在課后,為不同層次的學生進行相應的輔導,以滿足不同層次的學生的需求,同時加大了對學困生的輔導的力度。對學困生的輔導,并不限于學生知識性的輔導,更重要的是學生思想的輔導,提高學困生的成績,首先解決他們的心結,讓他們意識到學習的重要性和必要性,使之對學習萌發興趣。這樣,學困生的轉化,就由原來的簡單粗暴、強制學習轉化到自覺的求知上來。

五、存在的問題:

1、在復習階段,大部分學生在課堂上的學習狀態是積極的,但是有少數學生沒有更多地關注到他們的課堂學習情況,也沒有盡最大的努力引導他們抓緊課堂的每一分鐘。于是,為了讓他們取得進步,我們的做法卻是進行“課后輔導”,增加師生的負擔。

2.在復習階段,由于復習的內容內容較多,不可能面面俱到。但是,老師在這時候應發揮應有的作用。為學生理順知識結構,如,更有條理地進行句型分類。另外,不應該為了應付考試,就忽略了英語作為一種語言的交際性,聽、說、讀和寫盡可能兼顧,這樣,才能充分體現本套教材的教學目的。同時,聽和說是學生在英語學習中最感興趣的部分,因此,復習階段,值得運用聽和說的活動繼續培養學生的學習興趣,將復習課的枯燥乏味變為生動活潑。

六、采取的措施:

1、以活動為課堂教學的主要形式,設計豐富多彩的教學活動,讓學生在樂中學、學中用,從而保證學生英語學習的可持續性發展。

2、通過聽、說、讀、寫等形式,進行大量的語言操練和練習。

3、設計全面、高效的課外作業,培養學生良好的書寫習慣,做到整潔、規范、正確地書寫。

4.在往后的教學中,我要更積極地思考轉化后進生的方法。如,在復習階段,針對復習內容,運用競爭機制,在后進生的小圈子內進行內部競爭,激發他們上進的積極性。

總之,在本學期的教學工作中,無論成績高低,都體現了我在這學期的教學成果。我明白這并不是最重要的,重要的是本學期后如何自我提高,因此,無論怎樣辛苦,我會繼續努力,多問,多想,多想前輩學習,爭取更好的韋英語教學服務,力爭在今后的英語教學工作中取得更大的進步!

一、教材分析

1.掌握Be going to do句型第三人稱時的用法。2.轉述時進行人稱間的人稱代詞和物主代詞的轉換。

五、教學過程:
