一、試卷分析

初一英語期中調查測試以考查學生綜合語言運用能力為目標，主要考查學生基礎知識和基本技能。

部分題目比較靈活，突出考查了學生在具體的語境中，進行觀察、思維、判斷、分析、推理的能力。

卷與課文內容聯系緊密，無偏題和難題。該試卷著重考查學生理解、運用語言的能力，重視考查學生的英語基礎知識、基本技能，考查學生運用所學的知識和技能分析問題、解決問題的能力。

二、答卷分析

我所任教的班級平均分為96分。.考試結果顯示學生兩極分化明顯(最高分是117分,最低為34分)，教學難度加大。這份試卷基礎題較多，基本涵蓋各單元重點，在書本原句上進行適當修改又考查了學生的運用能力。同時，有幾道大題還考察學生對原課文的掌握。試卷充分考慮了英語基礎薄弱學生的困難，以增強了他們學習的信心。從學生們做的情況來看，平常扎實的學生考得都不錯，但同時暴露出部分學生學習不踏實，連基本的單詞拼寫都錯，平時懶得背詞組，造成低分與高分差距較大；另一個較大的問題就是部分學生在做題時較粗心，造成許多不必要的錯誤。

聽力大部分是基礎題,因此得分率較高.偶有失分,也是學生粗心或平時訓練不夠.這一題中第8，9，11，12題錯誤較多，主要原因：學生聽力訓練不夠，特別是第9題，做錯的同學最多，不能很好很快的理解句子意思，選出正確的答案，學生的考試經驗不足，聽力還是練的不夠多。

（二）單項選擇

本題考查的大多是學生的基礎性知識,和課本句型聯系較緊密,總體來說,學生失分較少，我統計了一下，第36,41,42,46題錯的多，尤其是第36題,學生對定冠詞何時應用把握不準。

本題應選b，但許多學生選C。主要原因：（1）學生粗心,沒有注意到the（2）掌握不到位,其實課文中出現過類似的句子，而且在平時的習題中也碰到過一樣的。

（三）選詞填空

選詞填空是整張試卷得分率最高的一道題，原因有兩個:第一，這篇

完形填空確實很簡單；第二，這篇填空和課文內容基本一致，所以大部分同學都拿到了滿分，錯也就是那些不及格的同學會有錯誤的了。

（四）．閱讀理解

這也是學生失分率較高的題。雖然整體看來較簡單，學生也不是不理解，主要失分的原因是： 1.學生粗心；2.部分學生斷章取義，沒有前后聯系；3.平時學生的閱讀練習還沒有做到位。如果學生在做好題后，再整體檢查一遍，可能就會選出正確的答案。根據統計，失分率較高的是第三篇閱讀理解，可能視覺上感覺難，所以學生就感覺到有難度。

（五）.任務型閱讀

本題雖然簡單但是失分率還是很高，原因有二:第一，學生答題馬虎，看不清題意。第二，答題技巧和方法還是沒有掌握。以where和when開頭的題不知道怎么回答。

（六）．詞語運用

這部分其實并不難，學生的錯誤一般都是單詞不會拼，我看了一下班級學生的試卷，第87,89題是錯的最多的，題目其實很簡單，就是考一個glass的拼寫，但是還要變形，要變復數。學生對于單詞的單三掌握不到位，不知道到底怎么去正確使用單詞。

(七).書面表達

書面表達簡單，大部分學生能寫出幾句。但有部分學生還不會審題,讓寫學校，卻寫的教室，還有學生對基礎句型掌握不扎實，語言表達不清。而且，部分學生書寫潦草，卷面不整潔，也是扣分的一個原因。從寫作這塊中學生扣分的地方來分析，學生缺乏英語思維能力，受母語影響很大，很多句子在表達的時候總是根據中文的意思或中文的順序來進行寫作，而不能綜合運用英語的語言知識、語法知識和課文的語段去模仿寫作，也有的是摘抄一些閱讀理解中的內容，或者還有的學生干脆一個字也不寫。

四、教學反思與總結

1、做好銜接，打好基礎。

盡管我們從小學三年級已開設英語課程，但由于種種因素，學生小學畢業后的英語水平參差不齊，與中學英語教學有脫節現象，所以，在教學過程中，教師可利用開學初的一段時間進行全面復習，集中學習字母，語音，為學生進一步學好英語打下牢固基礎。

2、培養學生學習英語的興趣和良好的學習習慣。

興趣是學習的保證。七年級學生對英語具有強烈的新鮮感，教師應抓住這一有利因素。另外，還應要求學生上課認真聽講，書寫工整，作業保質保量按時完成，養成課前預習，課堂互動，作業批后訂正，試卷考后查漏補缺等學習習慣。

3、培養學生記憶能力，突破詞匯量這一難關。

詞匯量是學習語言的障礙之一，新課程特點之一就是詞匯量大。教師可以向學生介紹一些單詞記憶的方法：讀音記憶法，同義詞歸納記憶法，反義詞歸類記憶法，詞類歸類記憶法，前綴后綴記憶法等，但是這些方法一定要適應學生。

4、實施“任務型”教學，培養學生的學習策略

教師應盡可能創設較真實的語言環境和濃厚的英語學習氛圍，設置一些貼近學生生活、聯系社會實際的語言任務教學活動，引導學生結合語境，運用觀察、發現、歸納和實踐等方法，學習語言知識，感悟語言功能，培養學生的綜合語言運用能力。

5、注重基礎知識的落實，加大當堂訓練的力度，把“四清”（堂清、日清、周清、月清）的落實作為工作的重點來抓。

教學要面向全體學生，特別關注學困生。在教學過程中，從備課、課堂提問及作業設置，應該有層次，避免一刀切。多種方法，多種手段實施教學，使各類學生都能學有所獲，都能獲得成功。

7、完善評價手段，促進學生全面發展。

教師應結合教學實際，形成一套比較完善的評價手段，保持學生 學習的濃厚興趣，培養學生的創新能力，從而促進學生健康全面 的發展，為學生的終身學習奠定堅實的基礎。
