本次期中考試是學生升級以來的第一次大型正規考試，主要考查學生綜合語言的運用能力、基礎知識和基本技能。部分題目比較靈活，突出考查了學生在具體的語境中，進行觀察、思維、判斷、分析、推理的能力。主客觀題型相結合，內容豐富，試卷主要覆蓋了前六個單元階段所學的基本語言知識點語法各項目，知識與技能并重，較好地體現了新課程倡導的理念。整套試題難易適中，面向多數學生，起到了達標檢測的作用。

從學生答題情況來看：選擇題方面主要是一些基礎短語記憶不深刻；閱讀理解還是不能充分依據上下文弄明白意思，今后仍需加強這方面的練習；書面表達主要是平時課文句子的積累，仍需加強課文理解記憶。

七年級第二學期英語期中考試工作總結

一、學生整體情況

期中考試結束了，我的成績并不十分理想，我所任教的七年級2班有34人參加考試，我覺這次考試總體還不錯，只有4位同學退步，其他都進步了，做多進步了年段23名次

二、存在的問題

兩個班共性的問題很明顯，成績好的學生分不夠高，兩極分化較為嚴重，尤其在閱讀理解能力和書面表達能力方面較弱，具體來說：

1、基礎知識是我們平時教的重點，但是學生掌握不扎實，不能靈活運用。可能我們只讓學生死記硬背一些單詞和詞組，由于學生能力的限制也忽視了將基礎知識反復變化默寫，舉一反三。

2、學生的應變能力有待提高，不能正確寫出單詞的正確形式；每一單元都讓學生背誦過一篇作文，一旦遇到考試時的類似作文，學生只會照搬照套，不能根據作文要求靈活變通。

3、理解能力不強，閱讀理解失分較多，不能理解通篇大意，原因是詞 匯量少，即使是平時默寫過的單詞一到考試時又不認識了。

4、另一方面，由于過多的強調了基礎知識，忽略了對學生綜合能力的訓練。學生拿到綜合性強的試卷做起來很不順手，綜合能力欠缺。還有，對句子的訓練不夠，學生英語學習的能力比較欠缺，平時訓練少，學生在寫句子、寫作文的時候逐字翻譯，“中國式”現象普遍，學習英語較生硬。

三、原因分析：

造成這種結果的原因是多方面的，從我這方面來看，主要是：1.在日常的教學當中，過多地重視教師的“教”，而忽視了學生學習的興趣。2.對于個別英語底子薄的學生沒有降低要求。

學生方面：

1、學生懶。不愿背單詞，詞組和句型，不愿做題。部分學生遺忘知識快，過去滾瓜爛熟的東西一段時間不用就忘了。

2、底子薄弱，對學習英語沒有興趣，上課注意力不集中。

3、個別成績好的學生眼高手低，做題時不認真。

四、采取的措施：

１、進行趣味性，娛樂的教學，結合圖片或實物講解，提高學生的參與意識和學習興趣，激發學生的好奇心，求知欲。

２、樹立信心，多與學生交流，了解他們的精神世界，接近彼此間的距離，用自己的關心引發他們對這門課程的喜愛。

３、對學生學習情況的多加鼓勵，激發他們學習的欲望，這樣可以培養他們的上進心、自尊心及集體榮譽感，從而獲得知識。

４、合理設計課堂，在適當的時候可以擴展知識點，用相應的練習來鞏固所學知識。讓學生多動口，動腦動手，達到學習英語的良好效果。

５、關注中等學生及后進生。做好提優補差是我今后工作的重點。在平時，多向其他老師請教提優補差的做法，備課時注意穿插知識，顧及全面，對基礎較差的學生，我要有耐性和信心，使他們擺脫陰影拾回對英語學習的興趣。對８０—100分段的學生，鼓勵他們在原有的基礎上有一定幅度的提高。總的來說，要從各個方面努力，加強工作，把成績提到加一個臺階。

在教學過程中，我有許多的不足與欠缺，但我相信，只要我認識到它們并及時改正，就一定能提高學生的英語成績。
