1.辦理各種公證需要什么材料?

答:各個城市的公證處之間差異很大,建議還是去當地的公證處問清楚。

2.需要辦理清華認證嗎?

答:絕大多數人不需要,但少數人有可能需要,至于是不是第一次就交上去,個人情況不同,我是交了。

3.清華認證可以代替公證嗎?

答:不能,完全是2回事,公證一定要交,清華認證不是必須的。

4.怎么遞交清華認證?

答:我選擇清華認證寄給自己,然后和其他材料一起交。

5.需要提供哪些學歷的成績單?

答:分專業的學歷需要提供成績單,中專、大專、大學之類。初中和高中這樣的學歷不分專業,不需要提供。

6.成績單的作用是什么?

答:官會根據成績單上的具體科目來決定是否給專業加分,分數無所謂。

7.推薦信需要幾份?

答:每個工作單位一份即可。

8.推薦信需要公證嗎?

答:推薦公證,增加可信度。但有很多城市不能公證,例如上海。如果有一份推薦信不能公證,建議其他的推薦信也不要公證,避免麻煩。

9.推薦信需要蓋公章嗎?

答:不需要。推薦信屬于私人信件,沒理由蓋公章。只有一種情況需要蓋,就是推薦信在可以做公證的情況下,公證處要求蓋。

10.需要提供哪些關于工作的公證?

答:只要能體現申請人的工作時間、工作單位、工作職位,任何一種公證都可以,例如工作經歷公證、工作履歷公證、工作證明公證、勞動合同公證、在職公證、離職公證等。由于一些特殊原因,我做的是離職公證,沒有任何問題。

11.不同階段的工作是分開公證還是一起公證?

答:能合并在一個公證里面當然好,既省錢又省事,但如果在不同的城市工作,可能不能一起公證。

12.公證需要做幾份?

答:清華認證和公證書都建議至少做三份。我的考慮是一份給魁省,一份有可能要給聯邦,留一個備份以防萬一。多做一份20元左右,多跑一次公證處對我來說還是比較麻煩的。而且超時就不能再拿之前的公證書去做副本了,上海的時限是半年。

請注意以下幾點:

如果后續需要更新公證,之前的公證可以少做,例如工作公證,我的建議僅針對最后一份公證。

登陸需要帶婚姻和出生公證。

如果登陸以后讀專業課程,需要各種區分專業學歷和學位的公證。

如果移民以后再幫助其他親屬過去,都需要出生公證。

13.公證有沒有有效期?

答:公證沒有有效期。比如公證你的出生,到哪天也不會改。但有類有公證比較特殊,比如公證你到2008年1月1日沒有受到刑事處罰,雖然公證一直有效,但只能證明到2008年1月1日,可能不符合材料要求,交聯邦的材料就要求無刑證明截止日不能超過3個月。如果僅就加拿大技術移民的公證材料而言,只有無刑公證是需要注意的。
