Wang Xiao-yu just graduated from the South-west PetroleumInstitute, and was assigned to be the practice technician of No.17 Great Wall Drilling Crew.王小雨剛從西南石油學(xué)院畢業(yè)，分配到長(zhǎng)城17鉆井隊(duì)當(dāng)實(shí)習(xí)技術(shù)員。

It was the first day that he reported to GW17 today.今天是他到長(zhǎng)城17隊(duì)報(bào)到的第一天。

鉆井作業(yè)操作規(guī)程 司鉆崗操作的重點(diǎn)要求

1.1司鉆在操作過(guò)程應(yīng)及時(shí)調(diào)試好剎把角度，調(diào)剎把時(shí)大鉤上嚴(yán)禁有負(fù)荷。剎帶下面嚴(yán)禁墊東西。

1.2鉆具在裸眼井段內(nèi)靜止時(shí)間不超過(guò)3min，以上下活動(dòng)為主，活動(dòng)幅度大于4m。1.3起下鉆、鉆進(jìn)作業(yè)時(shí)剎把上不得離人。

1.4在鉆井施工過(guò)程中，發(fā)生鉆具遇卡，司鉆一方面安排人員向值班干部匯報(bào)，一方面應(yīng)針對(duì)卡鉆的性質(zhì)，及時(shí)采取解卡措施。卡鉆初期處理的一般原則： a）上提遇卡以下放為主。

b）下放遇阻卡以大力上提為主。c）粘附卡鉆以壓放轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)為主。

d）沉砂砂橋卡鉆要即使小排量頂泵。e）盡量保持循環(huán)暢通。2 各工序操作的重點(diǎn)要求 2.1下鉆

2.1.1下鉆注意控制鉆具下放速度，當(dāng)懸重超過(guò)300KN，司鉆應(yīng)使用輔助剎車(chē)。

2.1.2下鉆鋌時(shí)，井架工注意觀察提升短節(jié)是否倒扣，發(fā)現(xiàn)倒扣立即發(fā)出信號(hào)通知司鉆。2.1.3下完鉆鋌及時(shí)在井口放上小補(bǔ)心。

2.1.4鉆具上扣時(shí)如用B型大鉗緊扣；液壓大鉗上扣時(shí)鉗頭不得打滑，扭矩應(yīng)達(dá)到附表

2、附表3規(guī)定的要求（液壓大鉗上扣扭矩與液壓的關(guān)系見(jiàn)附表1）。

2.1.5下鉆司鉆注意觀察指重表，遇阻不超過(guò)100kKN，遇阻應(yīng)起鉆至正常井段后開(kāi)泵循環(huán)劃眼。

2.1.6下鉆時(shí)外鉗、泥漿工注意觀察井口鉆井液返出情況，連續(xù)3柱不返鉆井液，司鉆應(yīng)接放鉆桿開(kāi)泵循環(huán)，待循環(huán)正常后再下鉆。

2.1.7井深超過(guò)2500m或井下泥漿靜止時(shí)間超過(guò)24h，下鉆時(shí)應(yīng)分段頂泵或循環(huán)，但應(yīng)該避免在易垮塌井段頂泵或循環(huán)。

2.1.8下鉆中途及下鉆完開(kāi)泵要求小排量間斷開(kāi)泵，注意觀察泵壓表，開(kāi)泵泵壓根據(jù)不同地層情況而定，防止憋漏地層，開(kāi)泵不通應(yīng)立即起鉆至正常井段再接方鉆桿開(kāi)泵。當(dāng)井口返出鉆井液后，慢慢加大排量至正常。2.2劃眼

2.2.1在上部軟地層劃眼時(shí)，當(dāng)泵開(kāi)通泵壓正常后緩慢下放鉆具，遇阻10-20KN后撥動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)劃眼，待懸重恢復(fù)后再下放。以沖劃為主，防止出現(xiàn)新眼。

2.2.3下部硬地層劃眼時(shí)，啟動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)負(fù)荷正常后緩慢下放鉆具遇阻劃眼，開(kāi)始鉆壓不超過(guò)10-50KN，hua煙正常后再視情況決定劃眼鉆壓。

2.2.4劃眼過(guò)程中注意轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)負(fù)荷和泵壓，發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)負(fù)荷增大及時(shí)停轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)并控制好倒車(chē)。2.3鉆進(jìn)

2.3.1下鉆完循環(huán)正常后，司鉆剎住剎把啟動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)，安排人員將指重表靈敏指針刻度調(diào)至“零”。

2.3.2鉆進(jìn)時(shí)發(fā)生蹩跳鉆時(shí)要分析原因。鉆頭使用到后期當(dāng)出現(xiàn)蹩跳鉆時(shí)應(yīng)立即起鉆。

2.3.4鉆進(jìn)過(guò)程中注意觀察泵壓和懸重，發(fā)現(xiàn)泵壓、懸重下降，應(yīng)立即檢查原因，若地面檢查不出原因應(yīng)起鉆檢查。

2.3.5鉆進(jìn)中循環(huán)系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)故障，需較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間修理時(shí)，應(yīng)把鉆頭起至安全井段。

2.3.6使用高效鉆頭要注意搞好短程起下鉆，在大斜度定向井鉆井過(guò)程中根據(jù)井下摩阻情況及時(shí)進(jìn)行短程起下鉆。

2.3.7鉆進(jìn)時(shí)泥漿工注意觀察井口流量和泥漿罐液面高度，發(fā)現(xiàn)井漏、溢流及時(shí)向司鉆和泥漿組長(zhǎng)匯報(bào)。2.4接單根

2.4.1場(chǎng)地工（記錄工）吊單根前認(rèn)真檢查鉆具內(nèi)、外螺紋及臺(tái)階密封面是否完好，檢查鉆具水眼是否暢通。

2.4.2在鼠洞接單根時(shí)要緊扣。井口鉆具緊扣時(shí)如用B型大鉗緊扣，要求雙鉗緊扣；液壓大鉗上扣時(shí)鉗頭不得打滑，扭矩應(yīng)達(dá)到附表

2、附表3規(guī)定的要求（液壓大鉗上扣扭矩與液壓的關(guān)系見(jiàn)附表1）。

2.4.3定向井斜井段接單根防粘卡。接單根前上提鉆具如有掛卡現(xiàn)象，要活動(dòng)正常后再接單根，接單根時(shí)要注意井下鉆具靜止時(shí)間不超過(guò)3min。

2.4.4流砂層接單根防止塵砂卡鉆、防止堵噴嘴。接單根工作要快，做到晚停泵、早開(kāi)泵。2.4.5接完單根后下放鉆具，控制好下放速度。2.5起鉆

2.5.1起鉆前倒好灌鉆井液閘門(mén)，并檢查鉆井液是否能灌入井內(nèi)。2.5.2新鉆井段、定向扭方位井段和易垮塌井段使用低速檔起鉆。

2.5.3每起出3柱鉆桿或起出1柱鉆鋌灌滿(mǎn)鉆井液，特殊情況連續(xù)灌入。

2.5.4起鉆注意指重表，遇卡不超過(guò)原懸重150KN，上提無(wú)效后，應(yīng)下放之正常井段接方鉆桿卡泵循環(huán)，泵壓正常后上提或倒劃眼，注意泵壓變化。

2.5.5起鉆注意是否有“拔活塞”開(kāi)泵，用小排量間斷開(kāi)泵，注意觀察泵壓表，泵壓表起壓后停泵，待壓力下降后間斷開(kāi)泵，當(dāng)井口返出鉆井液后慢慢加大排量至正常。開(kāi)泵不通下鉆至正常井段再接方鉆桿開(kāi)泵。
