心靈的正能量與負能量（轉）

唯有時時保有 真誠、仁慈、友善、寬容的心，才能提升一個人生命的能量尺度。科學證實：善惡有能量頻率。

傳統(tǒng)固有的人生訓誨，強調「善有善報、惡有惡報」，但這樣的教誨，在科學昌明的今日社會，難道只能一種道德教條，無法以科學方法來證實嗎？

直到看到心理學家戴維﹒R.霍金斯在其著的《 Power vs.Force》才讓我們大開眼界，知道「善惡報應」的背后還真有其科學根據(jù)呢！

善惡有頻率

愛因斯坦的質能方程式說明：物質就是能量。物理學家已經證明，我 們這個世界上所有的固體都是由旋轉的粒子組成的。這些粒子有著不同的振動頻率，粒子的振動使我們的世界表現(xiàn)成目前的樣子。我們的人身也是如此。科學家已經測量過人在不同的體格和精神狀態(tài)下身體的振動頻率，結果讓人大開眼界。

戴維 ﹒R.﹒霍金斯(David R.Hawkins, Power vs.Force)通過20多年的研究表明，人的身體會隨著精神狀況而有強弱的起伏。他把人的意識映像到1-1000的范圍。

任何導致人的振動頻率低于 200(20,000Hz)的狀態(tài)會削弱身體，而從200到1000 的頻率則使身體增強。霍金斯發(fā)現(xiàn)，誠實、同情和理解能增強一個人的意志力，改變身體中粒子的振動頻率，進而改善身心健康。

死人的頻率沒有意義，邪念會導致最低的頻率；當你想著下流的邪念，你就在削弱自己。漸高依次是惡念、冷漠、痛悔、害怕與焦慮、渴求、發(fā)火和怨恨、傲慢，這些全都對你有害。但信任在250是中性的，信任有益于你。再往上的頻率依次是溫和、樂觀、寬容、理智和理解、關愛和尊敬、高興和安詳、平靜和喜悅在600，開悟(enlightenment)在700-1000。

他遇到過的最高最快頻率是700，出現(xiàn)在他研究特里薩修女(1910-1997，獲1997年諾貝爾和平獎)的時候。當特里薩修女走進屋子里的一瞬間，在場所有人的心中都充滿了幸福，她的出現(xiàn)使人們幾乎想不起任何雜念和怨恨。

1000被稱為是神的意志或精神，這是絕對力量的頻率，甚或更高。傳說耶穌在村子里的出現(xiàn)，讓圍上來的人們心里除了耶穌其它什么都沒有。

美國著名的 精神科醫(yī)師戴維霍金斯博士（Dr.David R.Hawkins），運用人體運動學的基本原理，經過二十年長期的臨床實驗，其隨機選擇的測試對象橫跨美國、加拿大、墨西哥、南美、北歐等地，包括各種 不同種族、文化、行業(yè)、年齡的區(qū)別，累積了幾千人次和幾百萬筆數(shù)據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)，經過精密的統(tǒng)計分析之后，發(fā)現(xiàn)人類各種不同的意識層次都有其相對應的能量指數(shù)，茲摘錄其主要項目如下：

正面能量是可以互相傳遞與相互影響的。如果我們時時讓心靈的念力信念維持在正向的角度，不僅可以幫助自己，也可以幫助身邊的人，而這樣的能量源源不絕，永 遠不會有用完的時候，反而越使用正面的能量與信念，能量越強大，遇到困難也就越容易解決，也擁有強大的力量可以修復自己與幫助自己。

第二篇：淺論新聞報道傳播的“正能量”和“負能量”

媒體對新近發(fā)生事件的報道稱為新聞報道。新聞報道向大眾傳遞著政治經濟、百姓民生文化娛樂等方方面面的信息，以滿足不同受眾的不同需求。將其引發(fā)的不同社會效果分類，帶給人向上和希望、促使人不斷追求成功、讓生活變得圓滿幸福的動力和感情，那新聞報道傳播的就是“正能量”，“正能量”能讓公眾積極、豁達、理性，促進社會和諧。反之，一味“博眼球”，強化社會陰暗面，使公眾帶來恐慌情緒，產生社會經濟惡化、群眾道德敗壞、治安環(huán)境惡劣、社會動蕩不安等錯覺，這就是傳播“負能量”，“負能量”使人消極、狹隘、偏激，加重一些人的消極或仇恨心理，進而引發(fā)社會矛盾。

一、新聞報道的“正能量”和“負能量”

從字面上來看，“正能量”和“負能量”是一對反義詞，從它們起到的作用來看，它們也是截然相反的兩個詞語。筆者認為，它們的正反效應體現(xiàn)在以下三個方面：

（一）新聞報道傳播的“正能量”有利于社會經濟建設的發(fā)展；“負能量”影響社會經濟穩(wěn)定。

社會經濟建設在任何新聞報道中都占據(jù)了極為重要的位置。在經濟新聞中，好的新聞報道就是好的精神產品，就能轉化為物質財富，甚至成為全社會的福祉。例如2014年12月11日有媒體報道《中央經濟工作會提2015年經濟工作5項任務》，及時傳達中央經濟工作會議精神，同天報道的《中央經濟會議：經濟仍面臨不少困難下行壓力較大》提出了存在的問題。相關報道一方面圍繞中央和各級黨委、政府的中心工作，及時報道經濟社會發(fā)展動態(tài)，正確傳遞發(fā)展思路，把各地各單位部門的工作思路通過媒體向社會發(fā)布，相互啟發(fā)。另一方面，把各地各單位部門在經濟社會發(fā)展過程中存在的難題、急需解決的問題以及群眾的愿望、要求、呼聲等收集回來，反饋給中央和各級黨委、政府，從而架起一座溝通的橋梁，使新聞報道成為經濟社會發(fā)展的動力。這兩篇報道，讓公眾看到了未來發(fā)展的方向，也了解了可能會遇到的阻力，有展望、有分析、不隱瞞、不浮夸，實實在在、真真切切地勾畫出2015年的經濟發(fā)展路線圖，給人帶來前進的力量。這樣的報道以真實為前提，對于經濟社會發(fā)展起到了良好的宣傳作用。

對公眾而言，人們會從新聞報道中獲取利益相關信息，通過分析經濟形勢以調整、優(yōu)化決策。一旦人們相信并接受了相關報道，必然會采取相應行動。隨著傳播技術的不斷革新，網絡媒體的盛行，使傳播信息速度加快，使新聞報道的社會影響力大增。如果報道為了搶眼球，過于負面很可能引發(fā)群眾恐慌，市場波動甚至社會動蕩將嚴重影響經濟社會的穩(wěn)定。其中，很多過于負面的報道都是斷章取義的、失實的。例如2013年6月6日，有媒體報道“三一被指虛增銷售收入超4億元”，將三一重工推向風口浪尖，導致相關股價劇烈波動，造成市場混亂。又如2008年有媒體報道“招行投資永隆銀行浮虧逾百億港元”，導致股市銀行板塊整體下跌。這些負面報道后來被證實為，有些是虛假的，是媒體記者蓄意為之，有些是由于數(shù)據(jù)采集有誤得出錯誤結論。雖然媒體、記者都及時更正、道歉，但造成了極其惡劣的影響無法消除，相關損失也無法挽回。

（二）新聞報道傳播的“正能量”有利于道德建設；“負能量”將道德觀念解體。

道德是社會關系的基石，是人際和諧的基礎。新聞報道可以通過宣揚道德模范的光輝事跡傳播有形的正能量，通過挖掘閃光事例、凡人善舉，用身邊人身邊事激勵人、感召人，把好人好事傳開，為道德模范喝彩，讓道德高尚的人成為人們心中的偶像。

在我們江蘇江陰，有一個“潛伏”了27年的無名好人，用“炎黃”的名字給貧困群體捐款，直到今年11月底才被發(fā)現(xiàn)。江陰各媒體得知這一線索后，第一時間對“炎黃”老人的事跡進行了集中宣傳報道，并及時對省級、中央級媒體進行了對外宣傳。幾天時間里，“江陰好人”堅持27年做慈善的事跡被傳為城中佳話。在采訪的過程中，我們還了解到，“炎黃”沒有露面的時候，當?shù)剜l(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)發(fā)起了學習“炎黃”的活動，涌現(xiàn)出了無數(shù)做好事不留名的志愿者，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，這個新聞比發(fā)現(xiàn)“炎黃”本人更具有社會意義，再次集中對外宣傳報道，起到了良好的社會效果。筆者認為，此次針對“炎黃”的兩輪不同層次的新聞報道，成功將江陰人民愛做好事、堅持做好事的“正能量”傳播出去，為當前踐行社會主義核心價值觀、加強社會主義思想道德建設的浪潮樹立了典型形象。

但也有一些媒體，為了獲得更高閱讀量、收視收聽率、點擊率，吸引廣告商贏取商業(yè)利益，可謂是奇招頻出，僅僅是為了標新立異、吸引眼球而以嘲諷、戲謔、解構社會主流道德觀念，為了批評而批評，有的甚至不惜撕裂社會共識，攻擊現(xiàn)行價值觀，不斷降低人們的道德標準。甚至標榜作秀、炫富，原來讓人不恥的話如“寧肯坐在寶馬里哭，也不在自行車后笑”、“我想拿鞭子抽你”“我是?潘俊鋇卻駛閎繽?雨后春筍般被奉為“金玉良言”。再舉一例子，爭議頗大的“扶老人話題”，一次又一次因扶老人而被冤枉、訛詐的報道，不管真真假假，它們的過度出現(xiàn)，嚴重削弱了百姓做好事的信心和底氣，狠狠打碎了人們心中原本堅固的道德底線，逐漸導致社會上出現(xiàn)了有老人不敢扶，有人需要幫忙不敢伸援手的地步。前不久，一名年輕女乘客在公交車上遭猥褻卻無人施救，就是群眾道德冷漠的真實印證。

（三）新聞報道傳播的“正能量”有利于社會安定；“負能量”擾亂社會安定。

媒體可以通過新聞報道對社會矛盾進行調節(jié)，能夠幫助人們宣泄不滿情緒，使他們一時的心理需求得到滿足以維護社會穩(wěn)定。在特定環(huán)境下，可以通過新聞報道的輿論引導，澄清事實真相，制止不良傳聞，引導群眾用冷靜、理智、合法的方式來表達自己的意見，并及時把上級部門應對處理危機的決策、措施傳達給群眾，把群眾的動向與心愿迅速傳遞給上級機關，起到了反映民意、消除民怨、緩解矛盾、維護社會安定的作用。群眾究竟最盼望什么？最希望黨委、政府做什么？有很多情況群眾敢與記者說，但不一定有機會與領導說，或者不敢說。作為領導，因為聽到的或看到的東西不一定是真實的，也許是表面的，加以包裝的，如果按照“所見所聞”的信息去想問題、做決策，考慮就略顯偏頗，這對構建和諧社會十分不利。江陰人民廣播電臺有一檔輿論節(jié)目《阿強有話說》，老百姓可以通過節(jié)目與平時難以溝通的相關部門進行直接交流、解決難題，聽眾可以從廣播里獲取想要的相關訊息，節(jié)目本身也對相關部門起到了一定的監(jiān)督作用。雖然節(jié)目中來電的百姓遇到了形形色色的難題，但節(jié)目的定位是督促部門幫助解決，這就傳遞出了積極的“正能量”。

事實上，某些時候群眾中存在著一些情緒和不滿，大多由于對黨和政府的政策措施不了解或認識不全面造成的，如不及時溝通，就會加劇矛盾。為此，新聞媒體采取易為群眾接受的各種形式作出有針對性的說服力報道，深入淺出地解讀政策，因勢利導，動之以情，曉之以理，明之以法，細心開導，就能起到釋疑解惑的作用。

相反，如果新聞報道打著監(jiān)督的旗號，不以解決問題為前提，而是一味強調、揭露社會陰暗面，那么，起到的社會效果是很不理想的。不可否認，揭露社會黑暗面是國家和人民賦予新聞報道的職責和權利，但是如果報道所傳出的“負能量”引起群眾的恐慌情緒，加重人們的消極或仇恨心理，使人對所謂的黑暗現(xiàn)實或怒發(fā)沖冠，或扼腕嘆息，進而引發(fā)社會矛盾。災難、事故、貪腐、丑聞、內幕、揭秘、潛規(guī)則無處不在，謠言、暴力、色情信息如雨后春筍，這個社會還有真善美嗎？如果媒體一味地曝隱私、秀下限、搏出位，把丑惡和黑暗無限放大，不僅會讓群眾感到失望，甚至還會影響群眾產生認同感，去模仿，去做出極端行為。2010年陜西南鄭幼兒園發(fā)生兇殺案，一時間，新聞報道蜂擁出現(xiàn)，大多圍繞兇手的背景、作案手法進行報道。4天后，江蘇泰州一家幼兒園也出現(xiàn)了類似案件，厭世的兇手正是從這些報道中得到啟發(fā)，做出了報復社會的殘忍行為。如果，當初這些參與報道的媒體，能夠將聚焦點更多地放在如何加強學校安保方面，引起大家對于保護學生的重視，也許第二起慘劇也不會發(fā)生。

二、媒體責任引領媒體驅“正能量”避“負能量”

20世紀40年代，美國學者提出了社會責任論，它的理論基礎是人與社會、權利與義務之問的關系。它強調大眾傳媒要履行社會責任，要對社會與公眾負責。強調從道德的層面來規(guī)范新聞傳播行為。所謂媒體責任，是指新聞媒體作為一種社會公共組織所應承擔的義務和責任。媒體除了報道事實、傳播信息、傳授知識外，更重要的是引領先進文化、引導社會主流價值，為促進人類社會進步營造輿論氛圍。要做到這一點，必須靠媒介從業(yè)人員的新聞自覺。

媒體對社會的影響無處不在，媒體作為黨和人民的耳目喉舌，更應烙守媒體責任，傳揚真善美，協(xié)調社會矛盾，促進社會和諧。過度偏好收視收聽率、點擊率，忽視和弱化了本身應承擔的責任，或有意規(guī)避勢責任，勢必會影響和諧社會的構建，同時媒體公信力也會隨機降低甚至消失。

再拿“炎黃”事件舉例。從新聞由頭來講，無名好人“潛伏”27年后被發(fā)現(xiàn)，無論是媒體本身還是廣大受眾，對“炎黃”本人首先最感興趣，我們最初的采訪重點也都是圍繞他本人展開，他的生活背景、財富程度、性格脾氣、成長經歷等等，但隨著采訪的深入，發(fā)現(xiàn)“老人”對諸如此類的提問感到了反感。事后，我們細想，的確，人無完人，再好的好人都有缺點，如果我們將挖掘出的他的缺點進行大肆報道，也許會得到很高的收視收聽率，可是，通過曝隱私換取高收視收聽率的背后，還會帶來這帶來不良的社會效果。我們重新調整了報道方案，放棄了挖掘到的老人缺點之類的線索，宣傳重點定為一位老人帶動一座城市共同來做慈善，得到了良好的社會效果。現(xiàn)在，每一個江陰人都知道“炎黃”，都表示要學習這位身邊人，做一個做好事不計回報的好人，這才對得起炎黃子孫的名號。在這次報道中，江陰各大媒體在媒體責任的引領下，做出了正確、完美的報道，為江陰構建和諧社會寫下了強有力的一筆。

作為記者和編輯，作為媒體的一份子，應該時刻將媒體責任牢記在心。在日常采訪和編輯的時候，應當靈活對新聞事件的社會價值和新聞價值做出正確的抉擇，如果社會價值遠高于新聞價值，應首先偏袒社會價值。這一抉擇，應當成為我們的新聞自覺，幫助我們成為人性化的媒體，從而贏得更廣泛的公信力，才能從激烈的競爭中脫穎而出。

三、“正能量”和“負能量”需要“把關人”加以監(jiān)管

在傳播學中，在傳播者與受眾之間，“把關人”起著決定繼續(xù)或中止信息傳遞的作用。把關人可以是個人，也可以是集體。從報紙、廣播、電視等傳統(tǒng)大眾媒介來看，在新聞信息的提供、采集、寫作、編輯和報道的全過程中存在著許多的把關人。隨著媒體競爭的不斷加劇，“把關人”的存在感似乎越來越低，但它沒有消失，它仍然是我們發(fā)布新聞前必須參考的一關。

在新媒體的沖擊下，傳統(tǒng)媒體的傳統(tǒng)“把關人”――編輯、總編的把關作用已經逐漸弱化。如今，對媒體發(fā)布新聞進行把關，應整合黨政管理部門、行業(yè)協(xié)會、社會群眾等多方力量，建立多元監(jiān)管模式，形成長效監(jiān)管機制。黨政管理部門的監(jiān)管，目前來說，大部分媒體仍然受各地宣傳部管理，宣傳部仍然遵循傳統(tǒng)的管理方法，對宣傳重點、宣傳方向有明確的指示，但一些媒體，特別是網絡媒體善打“擦邊球”，先發(fā)制人發(fā)布充滿“負能量”的新聞，讓人措手不及。行業(yè)協(xié)會加入監(jiān)管，主要可以對記者、編輯等新聞從業(yè)人員進行培訓、教育，將媒體責任、社會責任、道德標準等理念深入人心，讓每個新聞人明白政治自律、法律自律、經濟自律、道德自律等行業(yè)自律，學會辨別新聞價值和社會價值，懂得在新聞價值和社會價值之間進行取舍；最后，社會群眾起到的監(jiān)督作用是最至關重要的。各級媒體可以邀請不同階層、不同群體的百姓參與到點評新聞報道的行動中來，定期接納群眾意見，傾聽群眾呼聲，對于如何做百姓愛聽愛看的新聞，能起到積極的推進作用。

筆者認為，新聞從業(yè)人員應該用以馬克思主義新聞觀為統(tǒng)領，以提高新聞綜合素質為基礎，以加強管理和行業(yè)自律與群眾監(jiān)督相結合的評價體系為標準，來規(guī)范媒體責任行為。建設社會主義核心價值體系是黨的十六屆六中全會在思想文化建設上提出的一個重大理論創(chuàng)新，是建設和諧社會的根本。媒體要把社會主義核心價值體系的各個方面貫穿于日常工作之中，支持先進的、健康有益的思想，抵制腐朽、落后思想，尊重中華傳統(tǒng)精粹。用我們手中的筆，讓群眾真切感受“正能量”的精神推動力，避免“負能量”帶來的一切負面情緒，構建一個真善美的和諧社會。
