教學(xué)目的:
1、識(shí)記并理解幼兒園勞動(dòng)活動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)、內(nèi)容、教育作用和組織形式;掌握組織與指導(dǎo)幼兒園勞動(dòng)的要求和應(yīng)注意的問(wèn)題。
2、會(huì)科學(xué)合理地制定幼兒勞動(dòng)的活動(dòng)計(jì)劃。教學(xué)重點(diǎn):
幼兒園日常生活活動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)、內(nèi)容、教育作用和組織形式;組織和指導(dǎo)幼兒勞動(dòng)的要求和應(yīng)注意的問(wèn)題 教學(xué)難點(diǎn):

談話引入:人應(yīng)從哪一個(gè)年齡段開(kāi)始參加勞動(dòng)呢?(幼兒階段)。幼兒可以參加哪些勞動(dòng)?(力所能及)。
一、幼兒勞動(dòng)的特點(diǎn)
【案例討論】:為了迎接衛(wèi)生檢查,某大班幼兒教師就安排幾位幼兒與教師一起打掃衛(wèi)生,其中安排兩位幼兒拖地,三位幼兒擦窗戶,你認(rèn)為這位幼兒教師的做法合理嗎?為什么?幼兒的勞動(dòng)有什么特點(diǎn)?
分析要點(diǎn):
不合理。幼兒勞動(dòng)不同于成人勞動(dòng),它受幼兒身心發(fā)展水平的限制。幼兒的骨骼尚未發(fā)育完善,不適合從事勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度較大的拖地活動(dòng),幼兒的自我保護(hù)意識(shí)不強(qiáng),動(dòng)作發(fā)展不夠協(xié)調(diào)靈活,不適合從事危險(xiǎn)性較大的擦窗活動(dòng)。
幼兒的勞動(dòng)特點(diǎn):
(一)游戲性
幼兒喜歡自己動(dòng)手參與勞動(dòng),但目的性不明確,幼兒是從興趣出發(fā),以游戲的方式模仿成人勞動(dòng),邊玩邊做,滿足于勞動(dòng)過(guò)程中自己的動(dòng)作,喜愛(ài)的是用來(lái)勞動(dòng)的材料和工具。
(二)生活性
幼兒勞動(dòng)的內(nèi)容是和日常生活緊密聯(lián)系的生活性勞動(dòng)。
二、幼兒勞動(dòng)的教育意義
【問(wèn)題討論】:有的家長(zhǎng)聽(tīng)說(shuō)孩子在幼兒園要做值日生的勞動(dòng),于是對(duì)教師說(shuō):“孩子那么小,身體的發(fā)育還遠(yuǎn)未完善,是不宜參加任何勞動(dòng)的,有什么需要孩子做的事情就告訴我,我來(lái)幫他(她)做”。你認(rèn)為這位家長(zhǎng)的說(shuō)法正確嗎?為什么?
分析要點(diǎn):不正確。幼兒完全可以從事他們力所能及的勞動(dòng)。不重視幼兒的勞動(dòng),甚至包辦代替幼兒應(yīng)該自己做的事情,使幼兒不愿自己動(dòng)手,更不愿參加為集體的勞動(dòng),將會(huì)養(yǎng)成幼兒懶惰、依賴、自私的不良品質(zhì),幼兒的個(gè)性就不能得到健全的發(fā)展。
【理論講解】:幼兒勞動(dòng)的教育意義
1、幼兒勞動(dòng)是促進(jìn)幼兒全面發(fā)展的教育手段(1)勞動(dòng)能增強(qiáng)幼兒的體力,發(fā)展幼兒的動(dòng)作。(2)勞動(dòng)是幼兒智育的手段。(3)勞動(dòng)中滲透著美育和德育。
2、勞動(dòng)對(duì)幼兒良好個(gè)性的形成有直接的影響作用
(1)勞動(dòng)使幼兒體驗(yàn)到成功的歡樂(lè),建立起自信,從而激發(fā)了學(xué)習(xí)和探索的愿望以及自立、自主的精神。
(2)在勞動(dòng)中還能培養(yǎng)幼兒堅(jiān)持完成任務(wù)的責(zé)任感和與同伴協(xié)同合作的能力,生活自理的能力和愛(ài)勞動(dòng)的習(xí)慣。
三、幼兒勞動(dòng)的內(nèi)容、形式和指導(dǎo) 【案例分析】
某幼兒園大班的幼兒勞動(dòng)計(jì)劃(1年)
培養(yǎng)目標(biāo):
1、學(xué)習(xí)一些種植方法,主動(dòng)關(guān)心照料動(dòng)植物。
2、參與田間勞動(dòng),在體驗(yàn)勞動(dòng)快樂(lè)的同時(shí)學(xué)會(huì)一些簡(jiǎn)單的勞動(dòng)技能。
3、嘗試做些家務(wù)事,學(xué)習(xí)清潔、整理物品的方法。
4、根據(jù)田間各種材料的特征進(jìn)行創(chuàng)造性的小制作。
具體操作:
1、外出參觀:農(nóng)村中的許多美好景色和人文現(xiàn)象也能激起幼兒熱愛(ài)勞動(dòng)、熱愛(ài)大自然的美好情感。我們充分利用農(nóng)村的地理優(yōu)勢(shì),帶領(lǐng)幼兒外出參觀。如觀看農(nóng)民伯伯收割麥子、插秧等。使他們?cè)谟仔〉男撵`中留下勞動(dòng)人民勤勞的形象。
2、帶領(lǐng)幼兒到實(shí)驗(yàn)基地進(jìn)行田間勞動(dòng),指導(dǎo)幼兒挖芋艿、挖蕃薯、剝毛豆、拔花生、拾稻穗、摘棉花等,讓幼兒在體驗(yàn)勞動(dòng)快樂(lè)的同時(shí),學(xué)習(xí)一定的勞動(dòng)技能。
3、選擇相應(yīng)的活動(dòng)內(nèi)容,為幼兒創(chuàng)設(shè)良好的教育環(huán)境,使之感性認(rèn)識(shí)與實(shí)踐鍛煉同步發(fā)展。
⑴在區(qū)角活動(dòng)中,利用農(nóng)村中的一些廢舊材料,讓幼兒展開(kāi)充分的想象,進(jìn)行小制作。指導(dǎo)幼兒用麥管拼成房子、救生圈;用稻草扎成形狀不一的稻草人、掃帚;用蠶豆做成各種小動(dòng)物等。
⑵通過(guò)“玩家家”的游戲,指導(dǎo)幼兒進(jìn)行面粉小制作,如園子、面條、面餅、包餛飩等,學(xué)做小廚師進(jìn)行蔬菜、水果拼盤等。
⑶利用生活區(qū),給幼兒創(chuàng)設(shè)與家庭相應(yīng)的溫馨環(huán)境,讓孩子在“家”中洗手帕,洗圍兜和衣服,打掃衛(wèi)生,擦皮鞋和整理房間等,讓孩子體驗(yàn)做家務(wù)事的快樂(lè),為提高自我服務(wù)的生活能力打好基礎(chǔ)。
(二)案例討論:從上述案例中可以看出,幼兒的勞動(dòng)包含哪些內(nèi)容?有哪些形式?教師應(yīng)如何指導(dǎo)?
(三)歸納小結(jié):
1、自我服務(wù)勞動(dòng):教師要?jiǎng)?chuàng)設(shè)自我服務(wù)勞動(dòng)的環(huán)境條件,加強(qiáng)與家長(zhǎng)的配合,充分發(fā)揮自我服務(wù)勞動(dòng)的教育作用。
2、為集體服務(wù)的勞動(dòng)
(1)集體勞動(dòng):勞動(dòng)開(kāi)始時(shí),向幼兒說(shuō)明勞動(dòng)的內(nèi)容和要求,在勞動(dòng)過(guò)程中,要觀察了解幼兒情況,適時(shí)給予指導(dǎo)幫助,勞動(dòng)結(jié)束前,并作簡(jiǎn)單的評(píng)價(jià)或總結(jié)。
(2)個(gè)別委托勞動(dòng):注重激發(fā)幼兒對(duì)勞動(dòng)的興趣,培養(yǎng)幼兒的責(zé)任感、獨(dú)立性和自制力。(3)值日生勞動(dòng):講解具體的勞動(dòng)任務(wù)和進(jìn)行的程序,教會(huì)幼兒擔(dān)任值日生的方法和技能,鼓勵(lì)幼兒獨(dú)立地、有創(chuàng)造性地完成任務(wù)
(4)家務(wù)勞動(dòng):要靠家長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行指導(dǎo),教師的任務(wù)是要與家長(zhǎng)取得共識(shí)并積極督促家長(zhǎng)讓幼兒參與家務(wù)勞動(dòng),3、種植、飼養(yǎng)勞動(dòng)
引導(dǎo)幼兒掌握觀察動(dòng)植物生長(zhǎng)變化的方法,學(xué)會(huì)一些管理動(dòng)植物的技能。
4、手工勞動(dòng)
(1)自制玩具:重視幼兒制作玩具的過(guò)程,把實(shí)踐的機(jī)會(huì)留給幼兒,讓幼兒得到自制玩具的快樂(lè)(2)其他手工勞作:注意充分發(fā)揮幼兒的創(chuàng)造性和想象力,讓幼兒在制作中運(yùn)用生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)和制作技能,主動(dòng)地積極地構(gòu)思和嘗試,完成制作品。
四、組織幼兒勞動(dòng)應(yīng)注意的問(wèn)題
【理論研討】
1、明確幼兒勞動(dòng)的目的要求
教師要對(duì)幼兒的勞動(dòng)提出具體的教育要求,計(jì)劃安排好組織勞動(dòng)的各個(gè)步驟,在勞動(dòng)過(guò)程中充分發(fā)揮幼兒的主動(dòng)性和創(chuàng)造性,重視勞動(dòng)習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)。
2、為幼兒勞動(dòng)創(chuàng)設(shè)適宜的條件
室外要為種植勞動(dòng)飼養(yǎng)小動(dòng)物的場(chǎng)地目的地收集自然材料和可供利用的廢舊物品,3、科學(xué)安排幼兒勞動(dòng)內(nèi)容
勞動(dòng)內(nèi)容應(yīng)該首先是幼兒力所能及的,但又是需要幼兒付出一些努力、克服一定的困難才能完成的。隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng),勞動(dòng)的要求也隨之逐步提高。
4、勞動(dòng)形式多樣化,有趣味性
在幼兒自我服務(wù)勞動(dòng)中,可通過(guò)兒歌、故事、歌舞表演、幻燈以及游戲等活動(dòng)形式,引導(dǎo)幼兒實(shí)際操作,進(jìn)行反復(fù)練習(xí)。
2、重視勞動(dòng)過(guò)程中的安全和衛(wèi)生
幼兒身心發(fā)育尚未完善,缺乏自我保護(hù)的能力和知識(shí)經(jīng)驗(yàn),幼兒勞動(dòng)應(yīng)在安全衛(wèi)生的環(huán)境中進(jìn)行。【課后作業(yè)】
操作練習(xí):(設(shè)計(jì)幼兒勞動(dòng)活動(dòng)的計(jì)劃)
1、操作內(nèi)容:以“小小能人”為主題,設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)中班幼兒勞動(dòng)活動(dòng)的計(jì)劃
2、設(shè)計(jì)要求
(1)計(jì)劃包含活動(dòng)目標(biāo)、活動(dòng)準(zhǔn)備、活動(dòng)過(guò)程三個(gè)部分,計(jì)劃應(yīng)詳細(xì)。
(2)運(yùn)用本主題所學(xué)的內(nèi)容,重點(diǎn)根據(jù)幼兒勞動(dòng)的指導(dǎo)要求和注意事項(xiàng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。
