高職院校國際商務函電課程教學策略改革探索

[摘 要]國際商務函電課程的教學效果將對學生的職業能力、就業競爭能力等產生直接影響，高職院校可以從以下幾方面探索國際商務函電課程的教學策略，以提升整體教學水平：重組課程教學內容，合理制訂學習計劃；有機結合重復教學法與角色扮演教學法；建立完整交易情景，重視體現理論結合實訓；充分利用網絡資源，科學布置項目學習任務。

當前，我國各大院校紛紛開設國際商務函電課程，尤其是高職院校，該課程更是其涉外專業的必修專業基礎課之一。但是，當前國際商務函電課程教學策略還存在一些問題，主要表現為課程教學內容單一，沒能制定好學生學習計劃；課程教學方法單一，學生學習興趣不高；過度重視理論教學，忽視理論與實訓的有機結合；在網絡資源的利用方面還存在不足，布置項目學習任務時有失科學性等。高職院校急需找尋有效的改革途徑解決這些問題，以切實提高國際商務函電課程的教學質量。

一、重組課程教學內容，合理制訂學習計劃

貿易的工具之一就是語言的形式，如果工具的作用得不到充分的發揮，那么工作效果也會大打折扣，損害公司利益。[1]當下，一些高職院校已經嘗試著改革國際商務函電課程內容，但只重視線性研究理論知識，把課程教學內容劃分成幾個模塊，依舊沒能跟實際工作任務結合在一起，對學生職業能力的培養不利。基于此，國際商務函電課程教師應持續提升自己的業務水平，以自身的實踐經歷為積聚科學整合、重組國際商務函電教學內容，幫助學生制訂合理的學習計劃，著重培養學生的寫作能力。如在講解還盤的內容時，教師可在雜志、報紙、網絡等資源上找尋實際案例，促使學生制訂合理的學習計劃，掌握函電內容的一些常用表達方式，包括陳述不接受的理由、重新提出發盤等。這樣一來，教師運用企業真實發生的案例組織教學內容，能加強學生對國際商務函電課程專業性的理性思考，引導學生通過完成具體的工作任務獲取知識、技能，培養學生分析問題、解決問題的能力，提高學生的職業能力。

二、有機結合重復教學法與角色扮演教學法

國際商務函電中學生學習的難點是其專業術語，因而教師應在課堂教學環節有側重點、有意識地重復，以帶動學生有意識地重復專業術語，以增強學生記憶。如啟頭句：We enclose…（我方附上……），當學生在理解該專業術語時進行有意識、有意義的多次重復，一邊學一邊記，然后教師每一節課之前都向學生提問，有意識地引導學生重復學習和記憶，就能在做練習或講解該案例的過程中遇到該專業術語時重復提問，讓學生能長久記憶專業術語，收獲長期記憶效果。當然，對于國際商務函電課程應用性強的特點，教師還可采用角色扮演法，讓學生分別扮演外貿實證中的買方、賣方、承運人、保險人、承兌行等各種不同的角色，并在網絡上搜集一些商務信息，先讓學生進行角色對話，然后再寫作商業信函，最終促使學生對所學知識進行鞏固，為今后成為一名合格的外貿人員奠定堅實基礎。重復教學法、角色扮演法并不是獨立存在的，教師可在同一課堂上結合使用，通過角色扮演幫助學生重復記憶，也可通過重復記憶促進學生更好地完成角色扮演，真正實現對知識的內化，這對培養學生的應用能力很有幫助。[2]

三、建立完整交易情景，重視體現理論結合實訓

良好的實訓教學是激發學生學習熱情、欲望的源泉，教師可在教學中結合真實的案例，把完整的交易情景搬到課堂，為學生呈現工作化的函電交流情景。對此，教師可以根據案例的工作化情景合理安排課時，采用一對一理論結合實訓的模式開展實踐教學，結合商務談判實驗室、國際貿易操作模擬實訓室等完成教學。如針對跟公司有過初步接洽但并沒有下單的客戶，教師首先帶領學生到商務談判實驗室模擬談判，充分應用已經學習過的外貿英語知識，磋商交易條件，提高學生的外貿函電口語能力。其次，可在國際貿易操作模擬實驗室里開展教學：要求學生兩兩組合，在國際貿易的操作軟件上注冊各自代表公司的相關信息，并標明公司的經營范圍、概況等，標明產品名稱、種類，兩名學生分別扮演進出口商，跟貿易伙伴交易，完成從建立業務關系到索賠、理賠等的實訓環節，教師仔細評閱學生在工作化實訓過程中的來往信函，并給出合理的修改意見，引導并幫助學生查漏補缺。通過工學結合，教師將口頭表述跟寫作融為一體，讓學生在一個完整的交易情景中體驗工作化教學的樂趣，培養學生在與客戶溝通環節應當擁有的溝通能力、職業素養等。

四、充分利用網絡資源，科學布置項目學習任務

在網絡時代，教師應重視引導學生充分利用資源，通過科學設置項目任務，促使學生自己搜集網絡上的相關資料，在教師的幫助下順利完成項目學習任務。[3]如在講解運輸環節的知識時，除了學習常規的運輸術語、句型等，教師還應要求學生學習實際工作過程中的部分租船訂艙、報關商檢、放單等知識。教師可以為學生提供福步外貿論壇、外貿精英網等部分知名的外貿網站地址，讓學生先到論壇“潛水”，熟悉相關的外貿運輸知識，然后依據自身的“潛水”學習心得制作PPT，在課堂中跟其他學生分享，不明白的地方可以在課堂上跟教師和學生一起討論。當然，教師一開始應設置問題，避免學生盲目瀏覽論壇信息。如教師可運用進口商的身份發一封電子郵件給學生，提一些運輸途中可能會發生的問題，要求學生回復郵件，促使學生的瀏覽過程具備針對性。教師也可利用網絡交易平臺，促使學生在學習國際商務函電中的外貿開發信的內容之后，能選擇自己了解的資源，也可充分利用義烏國際商貿城的資源，嘗試自己在網上開發客戶，收到客戶回復的郵件就給予一定的表揚、鼓勵。

第二篇：國際商務函電

電傳

電傳，或稱為電傳打字機（Tele-Type），是遠距離打印交換的編寫形式。電傳既具有電話的快速，又具有打字機的準確，尤其是當電文中有資料時，這種優點表現得特別明顯。人們普遍認為，電傳這種通訊方式，除了具備高效性和精確性之外，還比電報和電話更為便宜。

電傳是在傳真機普遍使用以前的通信設備，其原理有點近似電報。早期國家政府單位、國有進出口公司皆普見使用，但現在基本上已經被傳真機或互聯網所取代。

特點

? 方便迅速

電傳打印機可安裝在辦公室內，因而毋須到電報局去發電報，而且在給國外交易伙伴發電傳時，可以即時得到對方的回和答，就像進行電話交談一樣方便。? 手續簡便。

惟一要做的事情是，將欲發出的電文轉對成一系列孔眼并打制到紙帶上，再通過電磁波將電文發往目的地。

? 自動收發。

即使不在辦公室里，打印機也可在無人狀態下自動收發電文，電文或許是一份書面交易檔，這顯然比電話交談優越得多。

? 高效經濟。

打印機每分鐘可打400個浮點，根據《全美百科全書》記載，這種機器一分鐘內可傳送大約67個詞。

在傳真及電子郵件大量充斥于國際貿易各個領域的書面聯絡當中時，也許電報和電傳方式早已被人們遺忘了，或者說了解有關這方面知識的人越來越少了。雖說電報和電傳正逐步趨于淘汰，然而它們的確又在國際商務活動中起了非常重要的作用。因此，研究電報和電傳，仍然具有重要的現實意義。

電傳是比書信、電報更優越的書面交際手段。其優點主要如下：第一，傳遞速度快。發電人在發電傳的同時收電人就可收到電文。因此，它比書信、電報的傳遞速度快。第二，費用低廉。由于電傳按實際傳送分鐘數計費，它比電話、電報還要便宜，并且訊息越長，使用電傳越經濟。第三，使用方便。用戶可隨時在辦公室內發出電文，從而避免了把電文送到電報局拍發的麻煩；用戶還可在辦公室內一天24

小時接收電文，即使在無人照看電傳機的時候也能收到；用戶可通過電傳機互相交換意見。因而使用起來很方便。第四，文體自由。文體可接近書信語言，不致引起對方誤會；它還可分段，排列成條列式或表格式發出，可讀性強。

電傳又稱用戶電報(香港、臺灣稱為國際電報交換)。電傳(Telex)是“電傳打字電報機間相互交換信息”(Tele面nter，Te。letypew五terExchange)的縮寫詞。電傳作為一種先進的電信手段，始創于1930年，最先在德國開發成功。而后逐漸在世界各國得以使用。時至七、八十年代，世界上幾乎每個國家、每個地區都普遍采用電傳通信方式作為電信通信的主要手段。我國的國際電信系統是于70年代初開始受理國際電傳業務的。1973年以來，我國各外貿機構先后裝置了全套電傳設施，直接與國外廠商聯系，磋商交易。電傳的使用比起電報來要方便得多。用戶一天二十四小時內可隨時在辦公室內收、發電文，既避免了把電文送到電報局拍發的麻煩，又可在無入照看電傳機的時候接收電文。因此，夜間收到的訊息可在第二天早上進行處理。尤其對于時差較大的國家之間來說，電傳加快了其用戶相互處理訊息的速度。在七、八十年代，電傳的確在我國的進出口貿易中成為了主要的電信方式，在處理大量的、繁雜的外貿業務中起著重要的作用。需要說明的是，在當前的國際貿易業務中，電傳已在很大程度上被傳真所取代。但由于后者沒有前者的保密性能好，電傳仍被外交部門和一些商務機構使用。
