1.The Heading 信端 2.The Salutation 稱謂 3.The Body 正文 4.The Close 結(jié)尾
5.The Signature
(1)年份應(yīng)寫完整,不能以09代替2009;
(2)月份通常用縮寫形式(May, June, July除外);
(3)日期最好用基數(shù)詞,這樣簡單明了;
Oct.15, 2009
15th Oct.2009 Oct.2009
I was so pleased to receive your letter...Thank you for your kind letter...Sorry for delaying this letter so long...
Best wishes to you.Take good care of yourself and write often.Our warm regards to your parents.4.
如:“Very truly yours.”
Sincerely yours, Yours very sincerely, Always sincerely yours, Yours cordially, Most cordially yours, Faithfully yours 等。
對(duì)于密友或親戚可以用這些結(jié)尾:Yours affectionately, Always affectionately yours, Lovingly yours, Yours Loving sister, With love 等。
1. (Letter of Complaints)

1.The Heading 信端
2.The Salutation
3.The Body 正文
4.The Close 結(jié)尾
5.The Signature
(1)年份應(yīng)寫完整,不能以09代替2009;
(2)月份通常用縮寫形式(May, June, July除外);
(3)日期最好用基數(shù)詞,這樣簡單明了;
I was so pleased to receive your letter...Thank you for your kind letter...Sorry for delaying this letter so long...
Best wishes to you.Take good care of yourself and write often.Our warm regards to your parents.4.
如:“Very truly yours.” Sincerely yours, Yours very sincerely, Always sincerely yours, Yours cordially, Most cordially yours, Faithfully yours 等。對(duì)于密友或親戚可以用這些結(jié)尾:Yours affectionately, Always affectionately yours, Lovingly yours, Yours Loving sister, With love 等。
