如何策劃一封郵件和如何利用郵件開發客戶資源
眾所周知,郵件外觀設計可提升用戶閱讀郵件時的視覺效果,帶給用戶一種美的感受,但用戶不是傻子,真正產生興趣的不是郵件外觀而是郵件內容。像那些制作精美、花里花俏而無實質內涵的郵件都是徒有其表,只能給用戶帶來一定的視覺沖擊力,能引起真正共鳴的為數不多。因只有真正對用戶有價值的郵件內容才能引起關注,產生購買欲望,這也是營銷者該特別注意的地方。
一、怎樣進行郵件內容優化才能達到更好的營銷效果,我們可從以下四點從發:
1、換位思考。市場人員,最希望收到的EDM郵件群發郵件中包含更多的市場新動態、產品信息,從郵件中獲取更多的有價值的市場信息信息;管理層,包含管理策略、最新經濟勢態、對企業建設有幫助的各類資訊等內容的群發郵件打開閱讀的幾率比較大;普通用戶,對折扣優惠、產品買賣、小知識小建議等對自己有用的信息的興趣度較大。換位思考,作為郵件發送者,針對不同的目標用戶,郵件撰寫的內容、語氣都要有所不同,要有針對性,不需華麗的辭藻,質樸的常用語言更能拉近與用戶之間的距離。這個道理,不管是賣養老保險還是時尚工藝都適用。
2、開門見山。開門見山說的是郵件應當簡潔明了,不需長篇的鋪墊才說明來意。因為絕大部分收件人是沒有足夠的耐心把郵件從頭至尾的閱讀,一般都是一掃而過,抓住一些顯眼的、認為重要的點對郵件內容價值進行判斷。圖片,在郵件里無非相當顯眼的,除此之外,不同的字體、顏色、條框也是突出郵件主題的方式,能讓收件人迅速的了解郵件的重點所在。所以,在收件人點開郵件的幾秒鐘內引起用戶的興趣,那么你的郵件營銷也就成功了一半。
3、引起共鳴。在郵件中不時的鼓勵用戶深入對郵件內容進行了解,為其構建一個強烈的Call To Action情境,讓用戶產生共鳴。鼓勵方式有:讓用戶看到你的產品服務與眾不同在哪里,用戶采取行動后可獲得什么好處,或指出同類產品的不足并說明你的產品是如何進行克服的。在郵件中盡量激發用戶的興趣與好奇,鼓勵其點擊網站鏈接繼續了解更多的產品信息,同時價格刺激、免費禮品也是促進用戶進行鏈接點擊的一個好方式。用戶產生了共鳴,就會認同你所說的觀點,執行你想要的行動,給你帶來更大的效益。
4、郵件測試。成功的營銷郵件不是一朝一夕就能設計出來,必須是要通過不斷的測試、調查、分析、總結后,方可確定最適用于營銷的郵件標題、正文、色彩、風格、布局等。所以說,郵件內容的質量是郵件營銷成敗的關鍵,要保證質量,只有通過不斷的測試使用、再測試再使用才能找出其中的不足,并進行妥善的處理,這樣郵件的質量才會越來越好,郵件營銷的效果也越顯著。
二、郵件按照營銷作用一般分為以下三種
1、新客戶的開發,甲方通常的做法是,利用外部數據或者是內容數據的進行營銷,繼而開發行的客戶。
2、老客戶的維護,對現有客戶進行關懷和激勵,促進老客戶的二次購買,養成忠誠客戶。
3、客戶價值最大化、延長客戶的生命周期,一般結合公司的CRM,對客戶進行細分,并對客戶的行為進行收集、整理、分析,然后發送與客戶高相關性的內容。
三、如何利用郵件開發新客戶?
雖然一封寫得比較有煽動性和有看點的郵件有助吸引客戶眼球并最終勾引客戶興趣,但由于每個人閱讀的習慣和興趣不同,a認為不錯的文字可能b看了不對胃口,所以說我們所能做的也就是根據回復率不
斷調整我們信函表達的方式和內容以爭取提高廣大客戶的回復率,但有一點很清楚,我們并無法保證哪種方法是最好的,我們所做的只是提高概率。
首先保證第一封推薦函一定不要群發。在我們平時以純email方式進行開發業務的電子商務過程中,搜尋客戶的方式可能有n種,但如何讓客戶看了你的廣告函后回你信好象也沒有人敢可以絕對保證他能做到----但事實上并沒有一種方式可以保證你的目標客戶一定會理你,我們只能盡量寫一封比較對大眾胃口的推薦信以提升客戶去看信的欲望及打開信后耐心看完信的興趣并讓客戶了解介紹的內容后產生某些想法---想法是客戶回信的動力,回復才是硬道理。
當然,一封寫得再驚天地泣鬼神的信發過去如果被服務器列為spam那也等于零;如果通過了服務器但客戶一看標題感覺有垃圾郵件的味道不看直接刪除的也等于零;客戶看了以后沒什么感覺那基本上也宣布等于零;只有客戶看了感覺有點價值,雖然沒有馬上回復但歸檔處理,理論上說這還有點搞頭,因為等他有需要的時他腦海里想起你后還會翻出來聯系聯系;當然,唯一有意義的就是客戶看了你大作之后直接回復你。所以適當地根據回復率調整信函的內容和方式也是滿重要的,記得第一封信最好不要寫得太長或是太官樣文章,最好有點新意不要跟別人發的廣告信一樣沒創意,那誰都不會有興趣看下去的。
所以,郵件營銷最重要的不只是營銷或者說發送,是一個整套的營銷體系,將營銷通道、發送通道、產品通道都合為一體。
