無論多么完美的內(nèi)控制度,如果得不到有效的執(zhí)行,也只能是聾子的耳朵——一種擺設(shè)而已。合規(guī)經(jīng)營是銀行穩(wěn)健運行的內(nèi)在要求,也是防范金融案件的基本前提,是每一個員工必須履行的職責(zé),同時也是保障自己切身利益的有力武器。通過開展“內(nèi)控和案防制度執(zhí)行年”活動,使我對合規(guī)有了更加深刻的認(rèn)識:合規(guī)操作涉及銀行各條線、各部門,覆蓋銀行業(yè)務(wù)的每一個環(huán)節(jié),商業(yè)銀行必須將合規(guī)意識滲透到每一名員工,使其明確合規(guī)經(jīng)營意義重大。

首先,合規(guī)經(jīng)營是防范商業(yè)銀行操作風(fēng)險的需要。合規(guī)經(jīng)營是規(guī)范操作行為,遏制違規(guī)違紀(jì)問題和防范案件發(fā)生,全面防范風(fēng)險,提升經(jīng)營管理水平的需要。因為合規(guī) 與銀行的成本控制、風(fēng)險控制、資本回報等銀行經(jīng)營的核心要素具有正相關(guān)的關(guān)系,能為銀行創(chuàng)造價值,而且有效的合規(guī)經(jīng)營能將合規(guī)風(fēng)險消除于無形。

其次,合規(guī)經(jīng)營是完善商業(yè)銀行制度體系的需要。銀行賴以生存的質(zhì)量效益源于依法合規(guī)經(jīng)營,源于產(chǎn)生質(zhì)量和效益的每一個環(huán)節(jié),源于每一個崗位的每一位員工。所以銀行的發(fā)展一定要以合法、合規(guī)經(jīng)營為前提,這樣才能從源頭上預(yù)防風(fēng)險。

再次,合規(guī)經(jīng)營是落實科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,實現(xiàn)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的重要保證。因為合規(guī)經(jīng)營就是為業(yè)務(wù)保駕護航的,是為了更好地促進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展服務(wù)的。在發(fā)展、開拓業(yè)務(wù)和同業(yè)競爭中,只有緊緊遵循合規(guī)經(jīng)營的理念,提高管理的質(zhì)量,才能保證銀行的經(jīng)久不衰。

那么,怎樣才能使合規(guī)經(jīng)營深入人心,促進(jìn)銀行的健康發(fā)展?我認(rèn)為,惟有做到“五個到位”:

一 要道德教育到位。“思考方式?jīng)Q定行為和成就。”必須讓合規(guī)的觀念和意識滲透到全行員工的血液中,滲透到每個崗位、每個業(yè)務(wù)操作環(huán)節(jié)中,營造“重操守、講合 規(guī)、促案防”的良好氛圍,促使所有員工在開展經(jīng)營管理工作時能夠遵循法律、規(guī)則和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。一是強化法紀(jì)意識。積極開展法制教育,增強員工的防范意識、法律意 識;用現(xiàn)實的案例教育身邊的人,使員工將法紀(jì)規(guī)范熔鑄在自己思想中。二是強化奉獻(xiàn)意識。引導(dǎo)員工加強自身修養(yǎng),學(xué)會心理調(diào)控,不盲目與人攀比,防微杜漸,面對各種誘惑保持高度的警覺性;正確處理好群體與個體、個體與社會、個體與個體利益得失的矛盾。三是強化自覺意識。引導(dǎo)員工樹立正確的人生觀和價值觀,自 覺地運用各種社會規(guī)范指導(dǎo)和檢點自己的行為,使自己循規(guī)蹈矩。四是強化集體意識。引導(dǎo)每個員工珍愛集體榮譽,關(guān)心集體的共同利益、共同目標(biāo)、共同榮譽,增 強集體觀念。

二 要執(zhí)行能力到位。根據(jù)自身的改革和發(fā)展的形勢,制定盡可能詳盡的業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)章制度和操作流程,建立以提高執(zhí)行力為目標(biāo)的制度體系。一是加大制度的執(zhí)行力度,引 導(dǎo)員工增強利用制度自我保護意識,由“要我執(zhí)行制度”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤拔乙獔?zhí)行制度”,做到有章必循,違章必究,形成制度制約。二是不斷創(chuàng)新操作流程和管理制度,對實踐證明仍然行之有效的管理辦法,必須堅持,制定合規(guī)經(jīng)營程序以及合規(guī)手冊、員工行為準(zhǔn)則等合規(guī)指南,為員工恰當(dāng)執(zhí)行法律、規(guī)則和準(zhǔn)則提供指導(dǎo)。三是培 養(yǎng)員工良好習(xí)慣,堅持按照操作規(guī)程處理每一筆業(yè)務(wù),把習(xí)慣性的合規(guī)操作工作嵌入各項業(yè)務(wù)活動之中,讓合規(guī)的習(xí)慣動作成為習(xí)慣的合規(guī)操作。四是正確處理好合 規(guī)經(jīng)營與業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的辨證關(guān)系,只有合規(guī)經(jīng)營,業(yè)務(wù)才能更好更快地發(fā)展,在合規(guī)的基礎(chǔ)上創(chuàng)新,在創(chuàng)新的平臺上達(dá)到更高質(zhì)量和更有效益的合規(guī)。

三 要合規(guī)操作到位。“合規(guī)操作,從我做起”。合規(guī)不是一日之功,違規(guī)卻可能是一念之差。一是管好自己。自尊自愛是員工自我培養(yǎng)自立能力、防腐拒變能力和風(fēng)險 防范能力的基礎(chǔ),員工要從保護自己、保護家人的立場,切實提高自身防微杜漸的能力。二是監(jiān)督別人。不輕易相信別人,留心觀察身邊人,善于及時提出對異常業(yè) 務(wù)處理的疑問,對自己經(jīng)手的復(fù)核和授權(quán)業(yè)務(wù)警惕性負(fù)責(zé)并追問到底。三是堅持流程。流程制是解決合規(guī)經(jīng)營、防范資金風(fēng)險的最有效方法,實踐證明,人制代替流 程制往往隱藏著較大的道德風(fēng)險隱患,流程制的監(jiān)督保障更能夠為穩(wěn)健經(jīng)營提供強有力的督查制約。四是建立有效溝通的平臺。通過共同談心、單獨談心等方式了解 員工的工作、學(xué)習(xí)、生活及家庭情況,傾聽員工的心聲,在基層網(wǎng)點與員工家庭間建立良好的溝通平臺,讓雙方都知道員工八小時內(nèi)外的動態(tài),及時幫助有困難的員 工解決問題,解開心扉,讓大家學(xué)習(xí)專心、工作舒心、生活開心。

四 要監(jiān)督管理到位。完善業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展與合理管理并重的績效考核辦法,建立風(fēng)險防范的監(jiān)督機制。一是將合規(guī)經(jīng)營落實情況考核納入業(yè)績考核指標(biāo)體系,并作為衡量各單 位工作績效的指標(biāo)之一,使其和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)業(yè)績、員工收入緊密掛鉤。二是建立獎罰并重的專項考核激勵機制。對合規(guī)工作做得好或?qū)εe報、抵制違規(guī)有貢獻(xiàn)者給予保護、表揚或獎勵;對履行工作職責(zé)中僅有微小偏差或偶然失誤、且未造成不良后果的,予以免責(zé)或從輕處理;對存在或隱瞞違規(guī)問題、造成不良后果者,要按照規(guī)定給予 處罰,追究責(zé)任。三是建立溝通制度。制度不是放在案頭的裝飾品,它需要管理人員經(jīng)常地向員工宣講,不厭其煩地溝通、解釋、提醒,制度才能得以執(zhí)行。四是建 立合理化建議制度。通過開展“合理化建議活動”,充分發(fā)揮員工的智慧,重視他們的意見,給他們發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、提出解決問題的機會,引導(dǎo)他們提出改善業(yè)務(wù)操作、防范風(fēng)險的合理化建議,凡是自己提出來且受到重視并在實踐中得以運用的建議,員工自然會銘記在心,自覺執(zhí)行。

五 要榜樣作用到位。“榜樣的力量是無窮的”。正面典型是旗幟,可以啟迪心靈,引路導(dǎo)航;反面典型是警鐘,可以敲山震虎,以之為鑒。一是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部要率先垂范,身體力行,給下屬員工做出合規(guī)操作的良好示范。合規(guī)從高層做起,從每一個單位的一把手做起,口頭上要時時宣講合規(guī),行為上要時刻體現(xiàn)合規(guī),給廣大員工做出合規(guī)經(jīng)營的良好示范,只有各級管理人員提高 認(rèn)識,高度重視,才能保證合規(guī)經(jīng)營各項工作落實到位,合規(guī)經(jīng)營才能在銀行經(jīng)營中發(fā)揮作用。二是案件警示教育是有力震懾犯罪潛在行為的最有效手段,通過透視 發(fā)生的各類案例,抓住典型,經(jīng)常性地開展典型案例警示教育活動,特別是強調(diào)案例的量刑給家庭帶來的危害和處理人的力度,達(dá)到警鐘常鳴、防患未然的目的。

總之,我們每名員工都要把“誠信、正直、守法、合規(guī)”的理念牢記,將“合規(guī)人人有責(zé),合規(guī)創(chuàng)造價值”的經(jīng)營理念根植于心,爭做遵規(guī)守紀(jì)的交行人,為實現(xiàn)交通銀行持續(xù)穩(wěn)健經(jīng)營、快速發(fā)展的既定目標(biāo)貢獻(xiàn)力量!

我的家鄉(xiāng)在順德大良,那里有一座美麗的公園,叫順峰山公園。順峰山公園處處都很美,不信,我就一一介紹給你聽。

一進(jìn)順峰山公園,一條條綠色的長廊就映入我的眼簾。這一條條綠色長廊就像一位位小姐,在歡迎我們的到來。

接下來是一座一座繡滿花紋的橋,有的刻著龍王下海,有的刻著雙龍戲珠,還有的刻著龍鳳飛舞……真是應(yīng)有盡有啊!

過了橋,緊接著又是一道美麗的風(fēng)景線——又高又大的牌坊。這座牌坊長88米,高38。5米,重3000萬噸!是亞洲最大的牌坊!它不僅壯觀,而且很美觀。整座牌坊全部是用黑里透紅的黑青麻石建成,它的頂部還鋪滿黃色的瓦片。牌坊正面秀麗的寫著“順峰山公園”,背面還有順風(fēng)攬勝幾個大字,它左右兩邊的門板上雕刻著龍鳳圖案,真是美麗極了,不愧是亞洲第一牌坊呀!

過了牌坊,迎面而來的是一潭微波蕩漾的湖水,湖水清澈見底。清早,湖水在一束束陽光下閃出點點金光。而傍晚,湖水又反射出一道道美麗的彩霞,真引人注目。

湖水四周有一條小道,小道旁有蒼翠欲滴的老樹和一片一片、一群一群的花草。就像一幅畫,一幅五彩繽紛,充滿我對家鄉(xiāng)熱情的畫!

我的家鄉(xiāng)在順德,我要介紹家鄉(xiāng)的順峰山公園。那里景色迷人,是個游玩的好去處。

一進(jìn)去順峰山公園門口,抬頭一看,那是一座高大雄偉的牌坊,據(jù)說是亞洲的第一大牌坊。牌坊上面刻著“順峰山公園”五個金燙的大字,彎彎的石拱門就像三個大月牙,照耀著這個家喻戶曉的公園。定睛一看,上面還雕刻著一條條龍,栩栩如生。

繼續(xù)往前走,展現(xiàn)在我們面前的是一片寬闊的青云湖。湖水清澈見底,清得能看見湖水里快活又可愛的小魚們,還有“橫行霸道”的螃蟹。夏天到來的時候,青云湖里荷花粉的如霞,白的似雪,紅的如火,真漂亮啊!

沿著石板路,繞過青云湖,來到濕地公園。那里百花齊放,綠樹成蔭,鳥語花香,真像小花和小草們的天地啊!可愛的小花朵們在高興地很太陽公公打招呼呢,綠油油的小草在哈哈大笑,小鳥們在樹上嘰嘰喳喳地叫著,好像說:“早上好啊,小動物們。”

夏天來了,媽媽帶我去美麗的順峰山公園游玩。

一到順峰山公園,壯觀的石牌坊立刻顯現(xiàn)在我們眼前,高大的石牌坊上刻著一條條威武的龍,仿佛飛在青云端。石牌坊像一扇扇“魔法門”帶我們進(jìn)入風(fēng)景如畫的順峰山公園。

我們穿過“魔法門”,來到了荷花池。池里的荷花漂亮極了!一朵朵荷花像一張張小床,里面的蓮子像一個個可愛的寶寶乖乖地睡在“小床”里。荷花的顏色也很漂亮!上面尖尖的地方是深紅的,漸漸往下看就變成了粉白色。荷葉綠油油的,像一把把小傘。偶爾還有幾只小蜻蜓悠閑地立在荷葉上,讓我想起了那首詩:“小荷才露尖尖角,早有蜻蜓立上頭。”池里還有可愛的小鴨子,小鴨子用翅膀拍打著水面,看樣子,玩得很開心呢!

順峰山公園還有一座假山,假山上有一座小涼亭,我們坐下來休息、野餐,還可以釣魚呢!

再繼續(xù)往前走,就會看見一座高大的山,就是青云山,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)望去,它就像一個士兵正在保衛(wèi)著順峰山公園一樣。

青云山的.對面自然就是青云湖了。早上他的旁邊就會,霧蒙蒙的。遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)望去,那里就像一片朦朧的仙境。中午的青云湖最為好看,河里的水清澈見底,荷花粉紅粉紅的,荷葉碧綠碧綠的。一陣微風(fēng)吹拂過,湖里的荷花翩翩起舞,就像一個小姑娘一樣,晚上蜜蜂蜻蜓蝴蝶在湖里嬉戲,螢火蟲在天空中歡快地飛舞著。遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)望去,這就像一副彩色的畫,我看著看著都入了迷,我感覺我仿佛是里面的荷花,小魚告訴了我昨夜做的好夢。我知道看完景色才知道我不是荷花,而是在看荷花呢!

我們大良有一處美麗的風(fēng)景,名叫順峰山公園。那里一年四季的風(fēng)景都不一樣。

春天,小河叮咚,樹木發(fā)芽,小草從地下冒出來,野花開放,開得可燦爛呢!柳樹在湖邊垂下許多柳條,小鳥在枝頭唱歌,可真動聽!

夏天,樹木長得郁郁蔥蔥,草地上不時有一朵兩朵小花,散發(fā)著清香,在荷花池邊,我隱隱約約聞到一陣清香,荷花已經(jīng)開了不少,荷葉挨挨擠擠,像一個大圓盤。白荷花在這些大圓盤之間冒出來。有的荷花已經(jīng)全盛開了,有的荷花才展開兩三片花瓣兒,有的還是花骨朵,看起來飽脹得要馬上破裂。

秋天,正是菊花盛開的季節(jié),人們常說菊花是“花之君子者也”。順峰山公園里放滿了一盆盆菊花。秋天也是落葉的季節(jié),其它樹木的葉子都落到了地上,只有松樹、柏樹的葉子還沒落下,一直呈現(xiàn)深綠色。

冬天樹木都光禿禿的,小鳥不再像春天那樣歌唱。但是人們不怕寒冷,在廣場上跳舞。

今天,我來到了順峰山公園。在那里,最使我著迷的不是爭奇斗艷的小花,也不是婀娜多姿的垂柳,更不是清澈見底的魚塘,而是郁蔥的竹林。

夏日的陽光照進(jìn)了竹林,稀稀散散的陽光顯得很溫和。不像冬天無力的光眼,夏日的陽光在此泛濫,還帶著一種風(fēng)的感覺。

風(fēng)的感覺是清涼的,但一到竹林,亦是一種幽靜。每一片竹葉,每一個枝頭,都有一個新的生命在顫動。早晨被太陽鍍亮的一顆顆晶瑩的露珠在竹葉上打著滾,是因為陽光的淋浴,愈發(fā)顯得越亮了。深吸竹林的空氣,當(dāng)喜怒哀樂束縛你全身時,這竹林空氣會帶著一絲幽香,消除你心中的苦悶,讓你在迷途中不徘徊。我靠在竹子上,心里不禁發(fā)出感嘆:無論是城市里的繁華小屋,還是小屋中的高檔沙發(fā),哪能比得上這一竹一葉?

暑假,爸爸媽媽帶我一起去順峰山公園玩。

還沒走進(jìn)去,我就看到高大的牌坊,那是亞洲最大的牌坊,上面刻著“順峰山公園”這五個大字,后面刻著“順峰攬勝”四個字,還刻著一些精美的圖案,如雙獅戲珠、九龍戲珠,還有形態(tài)各異的花鳥。

順峰山公園門前那里有五座大橋,大橋的旁邊刻著“五行橋”三個字,五行橋又叫五龍橋。走過五行橋,我和爸爸媽媽來到了寬闊的廣場,那里人山人海,有的在賣氣球,有的在賣玩具,有的在放風(fēng)箏,還有的在散步......我們走著走著,就走到了青云湖。青云湖的水面漂浮著許多荷葉,粉色的荷花調(diào)皮地從荷葉縫里探出小腦袋,有的含苞欲放,有的在盡情地展現(xiàn)自己的美麗。我們繼續(xù)往前走,就到了一個亭子。長長的亭子為人們遮風(fēng)擋雨,默默地奉獻(xiàn)著自己的生命。晚上六點多,我依依不舍地回了家。

進(jìn)入公園是一個寬闊的廣場,人們有的在騎雙人自行車,有的在騎三人自行車,有的在放風(fēng)箏,有的在拉二胡,還有的在散步。廣場兩邊是古色古香的長廊。

經(jīng)過廣場就可以看到巨大的青云湖,在陽光下,湖水波光粼粼。青云湖的水像一面明亮的大鏡子,清得可以看得見湖底綠得像一塊翡翠。青云湖的前面是一片荷花池,荷花已經(jīng)開了許多,荷葉挨挨擠擠的,像一個個碧綠的大圓盤。荷花從碧綠的荷葉之間冒出來,有的花瓣全展開了,有的還是花骨朵兒,看起來飽脹得馬上要破裂似的。青云湖的對面是順峰山,順峰山上,綠樹成蔭,人們在樹蔭下乘涼,那感覺真舒服,時而還聽到了清脆悅耳的鳥叫聲。順峰山上有一座歷史悠久的青云塔,到了晚上青云塔就會亮起來,五光十色,漂亮極了。

今天,爸媽就帶著我到順峰山游玩。我們先去濕地公園,那里的花可多著呢,金燦燦的向日葵、紅彤彤的玫瑰花、粉色的蝴蝶蘭……五彩繽紛,它們看見人們,就爭著讓人們看出它們的美麗。我看到一種花最引人注目:它的花一簇一簇,開在枝頭上,花冠像風(fēng)鈴,花色鮮黃,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)看去,一大片鮮黃的花海,像一幅油畫似的,爸爸說這是“黃花風(fēng)鈴木”。

首先,我們走了一下公園,小草很青,花兒很多。然后,我們來到塔的下面的路照相,哥哥說:“山上一座塔,塔上一朵荷花,荷花上一座小塔。”接著,我們?nèi)チ藙澊覀儑舆呑吡艘幌隆0职终f:“快到時間了,回去吧!”剛想回去,忽然,前后左右都走不到。哥哥大聲的叫:“叔叔,我們的船走不到。”一位叔叔過來了,說:“這里的水很淺,不要過去。”說完叔叔拉了我們回深水的地方,我們說了一聲:“謝謝!”就把船駛回岸。今天雖然很驚險,但是我覺得很開心。

踏進(jìn)了濕地公園,這里的天比別處更可愛,空氣是那么清新,天空是那么明朗,天上的風(fēng)箏給這里增添了幾分色彩,在天底下,一碧千里,而并不茫茫。四面都有小丘,平地是綠的,小丘也是綠的。人們一會兒上了小丘,一會兒又下來,走到哪兒都像給無邊的綠毯繡了五彩的大花。

一直走,就到了花海,那的花十分漂亮,五彩斑瀾,五光十色。那些花瓣線條是那樣柔美,就像只用彩色渲染,而不用墨線勾勒的中國畫那樣,到處五彩繽紛,輕輕流入云際,仿佛置身在幻想的境界里。

順峰山公園位于廣東佛山順德大良新舊城區(qū)之間,在寶林路的那邊,旁邊就是寶林寺,順峰山公園是一個旅游的勝地。

有一天,我坐車去了順峰山公園,到了那里,一看,哇,有一座山,這上不是很高,但是很美麗、壯觀。有一個高大的牌坊,這座高大的牌坊很雄偉,它寬88M,總高度是38M,整整一座牌坊總重量為1。4萬噸,一座牌坊正反的兩面拱門之間有16條用大理石掉城的龍形柱子,有的兩條互相纏繞的飛龍,嘴里吐出美麗的水花;有的刻著雙龍戲珠(就是兩條龍在玩一顆珠子)……圖案精美又壯觀一條柱子的重量就達(dá)到25噸,16條柱子就有400噸,它們?nèi)吭陂T樓頂上用鏍絲棱緊倒掛下來。真是有巧奪天工的氣勢,怪不得是中國第一、世界之最的牌坊,今天一見真是名不虛傳啊!

牌坊的前面是一個空地,可以給小朋友們玩,有的在打羽毛球,有的在打乒乓球,有的在踢足球,有的在做操……他們一個個都笑了,可以見到他們玩得有多開心啊!

在空地里向前走,是一個巨大的人工湖,只巨大的人工湖里的水清澈見底,沒有垃圾在里面,這人工湖里還有小魚在里面快活的游來游去,還有一些船供游客使用,想說這大自然的美景。

在牌坊的右邊,一大片草地,你里你可以野餐、乘涼。那可是一個多么美好的享受啊!

草地的旁邊有個長廊,因為這里貼著許多美術(shù)、攝影比賽的優(yōu)秀作品,一路走低還會看見有假山之類的建筑物,在這個公園里面,就像走進(jìn)皇宮一樣。

再向前走有一個涼亭和一個蓮花池,走累了還可以乘涼和看一下蓮花。

在牌坊左邊,有一個孔子廟,來這兒游玩的人都會給孔子上上香。

不一會兒,我們就到了順峰山公園。啊!多么美麗的公園啊!首先映入眼簾的是雄偉壯觀的大牌坊,牌坊建筑非常精巧,它是亞洲雄偉的建筑物之一。穿過牌坊,就是一個大湖,碧綠的湖水在陽光的照射下閃閃發(fā)光。湖里有很多游客在劃船,湖邊上有不少行人在散步,小孩們在騎自行車,玩游戲,非常熱鬧。我坐在湖邊放眼望去,只見順峰山頂綠樹成蔭,樹林深處歷史悠久的古塔高高聳立著,她與雄偉的牌坊互相映照,整個公園變得更迷人、更有氣派。真使人有一種入詩入畫的感覺。

多么美麗的公園啊!怪不得到此游覽的人都連連稱贊,我們一邊游覽一邊玩耍,直到十一點多才依依不舍地離開。

走進(jìn)大門,迎面撲來一陣芬芳的花香,沁人心脾,綠茵茵的草叢中,灌木邊點綴著五顏六色的花朵,許多不知名的小鳥在枝頭上名叫,似乎在贊美這美好風(fēng)光。走在林蔭道上,右側(cè)是一個叫龍珠湖的池塘,魚兒在水里嬉戲,自由自在。湖上有小橋,有涼亭,有回廊,還有湖邊的假山,給池塘增添了許多風(fēng)景。一陣微風(fēng)拂過,水面上閃起了粼粼的波光,柳樹搖擺著枝條,垂在水面上,似乎在和魚兒玩耍。

走過曲折的小路,我們來到了桃花潭,桃花潭上有座九曲橋,橋上有一些雕塑,有獅子,猴子……栩栩如生,惟妙惟肖。

過了桃花潭,是一片參天的松柏林,四季常青,有四五層樓那么高,它們筆直的挺立著,就像九峰的衛(wèi)士。抬頭仰望,大樹直入云霄,偶爾看到幾只松鼠在樹見跳躍,改樹林增添了幾分生機。

樹林深處有一座寶塔,叫做瑞隆感應(yīng)塔。據(jù)說這座塔始建于宋朝,迄今已有近千年了,現(xiàn)在看到的這座塔始重建的,但還是充滿古色古香,令人遐想。它聳立在樹林中,氣勢恢宏。

走出松柏林,便是進(jìn)山的路了,路邊石一條山澗,邊上有幾塊巨大的巖石,經(jīng)過溪水的沖刷,石頭磨去了棱角,顯得圓溜溜的。孱孱的流水從路邊流過,發(fā)出悅耳的聲音,還有鳥兒在溪邊飛翔,多么寧靜啊!

天色已經(jīng)晚了,我告別了九峰公園,帶回了滿懷的好心情,還帶回了美好的記憶。

九峰山腳下,有一個美麗的公園,它就是九峰公園。公園門口,兩邊各有一個石獅子,像兩位威嚴(yán)的哨兵,日日夜夜都在守護著公園。經(jīng)過大門往前走,就到了龍珠湖。這湖之所以叫龍珠湖,是因為從遠(yuǎn)處看,龍珠湖就像是九峰公園里一顆璀璨的明珠。湖水靜得像一面鏡子,綠得像一塊碧玉。湖面上有一個小亭子,在那里可以看到一群群小魚成群結(jié)隊地在湖里自由自在地游動,在嬉水,還不時地躍出水面,像個美麗的跳水運動員。

再往前走,就是美麗的報春園了。那里有千奇百怪的松樹盆景,有形態(tài)各異的水石盆景。最迷人的要算那傲然挺立的臘梅了,每年寒冬,臘梅在風(fēng)中綻開了笑臉,淡紅的、粉紅的、深紅的相間,爭奇斗艷。有的花瓣全開了,像熱情的少女開懷大笑,有的才張開了一半,像嬌羞的小姑娘在露齒一笑,有的卻還只是一個花骨朵兒,像個膽小的孩子在偷笑。

走出報春園,向左拐,再往前走,就是九峰山了。一聲聲鳥叫打破了九峰山的寧靜,連樹葉“沙沙”的聲音都聽得見。小鳥的叫聲“嘰嘰喳喳”,溪水流聲“叮叮咚咚”,好像大自然在開一場音樂會呢!再往上走,就是方山水庫了,人們經(jīng)常去那里燒烤、野炊。那時,縷縷炊煙直升藍(lán)天。

這就是九峰公園的美麗景色,它是我們黃巖的一顆璀璨無比的明珠。

今天下午,天板著灰蒙蒙的一張臉,不安分的朝我們蓋來,我覺得沒趣,吵著要媽媽帶我去九峰公園游玩。

到了九峰公園的大門口,一股清香撲鼻而來,瞧瞧四周,一朵朵嬌艷欲滴的小黃花好像一張張小嘴在吹著喇叭,淡綠色的葉子襯托著它,就像一群撒嬌的小孩吵嚷著,蹦跳著。

一路上,我好奇地問這問那,就像一個話匣子,一刻不停地說著話。來到砰砰有獎激射臺,我有些膽怯地拿起一把電子槍,緊張地射擊起來。第一局我就敗下陣來,累得精疲力竭,手心冒汗的我就像散了架。可我還是咬咬牙,這時旁邊的阿姨耐心地教導(dǎo)我:“用眼睛把槍上的瞄準(zhǔn)柱對牢,再指導(dǎo)向要射靶的紅色中心點,就能打下靶。”我試了試,嘿!還真靈,打中了34個,最后我樂滋滋地領(lǐng)著獎品,哼著小調(diào),跑了出去。

咦!這兒怎么這么熱鬧呀!一定有什么好玩的,我隨著人群硬塞了進(jìn)去。哈!這是我喜歡的碰碰船,拿著票,我迫不及待地跳上船,胡亂撥弄了一陣,可我是第一次玩呀!我的手在顫抖,幾次從方向盤上滑下來,好不容易定住神,控制自如了。這時,湖面上搖搖晃晃地出現(xiàn)了一個碰碰船,原來來了一群女孩子,她們正慢慢地往前挪,我趁這大好機會,沖上去就是一撞,她們立刻拿起船上的槍掃射……碧綠的湖面上留下了我們的歡歌笑語,記錄了這美妙的時光。

九峰公園是浙江省開園最早的公園,在黃巖城東郊的方山腳下,那里一年四季都風(fēng)景如畫。

秋天,樹木開始脫下碧綠的夏裝,漸漸換上金黃色的秋裝。風(fēng)兒一吹,那些夾雜在樹上的綠葉帶著一絲遺憾,飛向大地媽媽的懷抱。楓樹的葉子紅了,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)望去,就像一簇簇燃燒的火焰,近看又像一個個手掌。公園門口的桂花開了,芬芳迷人。人們常常到公園區(qū)欣賞桂花,為寧靜的九峰公園增添了許多的歡聲笑語。

冬天,報春園里的梅花欣然怒放,不畏嚴(yán)寒。要是碰到雪天,白雪紅梅美得無法形容。看著美景,不由讓人想起王安石筆下的《梅花》。許多樹的枝頭已經(jīng)光禿禿了,而松柏依然昂首挺胸,像一個個騎士,守衛(wèi)著九峰公園。

啊,這就是我家鄉(xiāng)的九峰公園,一個讓人流連忘返百去不厭的地方。

我見過烈日下熱氣騰騰的九峰公園,游賞過冬雪中如詩如畫的九峰公園,卻從沒欣賞過春雨中別具一番風(fēng)味的九峰公園。

走進(jìn)公園,幾壇五彩繽紛的花兒映入眼簾,朦朧中,它們像織不完的錦緞那么綿延,像天邊的霞光那么耀眼,像高空的彩虹那么燦爛。走近仔細(xì)一瞧,更是紅似火,黃賽金,粉如霞,白像雪。有嬌小的梅花、高挺的郁金香、五彩的百合花……還有一些說也說不出來、見也沒見過的花兒。閃閃發(fā)光的“珍珠”像小嬰兒似的臥在嬌艷柔嫩的`花瓣上,給花朵增添上了不同的色彩。湊近一聞,一股沁人心脾使人神清氣爽的香味撲鼻而來。幾只蝴蝶也被吸引過來,在花上,在公園里,在我的心頭翩翩起舞。

再往前走幾步就是煙雨湖,一滴滴雨落在湖上,濺起一圈圈漣漪,水紋往外擴散,水滴躍出水面,好似小精靈般跳躍,形成在水中怒放的白蓮花。煙雨湖真大啊,大得一眼望不到邊;煙雨湖真綠啊,綠得像一塊巨大的翡翠;煙雨湖真干凈啊,凈得碧綠中沒有一絲雜色,水面上沒有絲毫的垃圾。

沿著湖邊一直往前走,有一個小園子,園里有幾棵枝葉茂密的參天大樹,拔地而起,直插云霄。這幾棵樹不但高聳,而且粗壯極了,好幾個小朋友張開雙臂才能勉強地圍起來。樹上的枝丫重重疊疊,一簇堆一簇,一堆擠一堆。樹上的葉子真綠啊,在春雨的洗禮下煥然一新,綠得油光發(fā)亮,是那么的清晰可見,叫人看了真舒服。

春雨中的九峰公園真是五彩的、連綿不斷的畫卷。我愛家鄉(xiāng)的九峰公園。

今天,我和媽媽爸爸一起去黃巖九峰公園玩。我高興的不得了,6點還未到,我就起來了。還馬上讓爸爸媽媽快起來。吃過早餐,我們急忙走去車站。真幸運一到車站,就有公交車。我馬上上車。到了,黃巖九峰路。走到橋邊,我看見許多在橋底洗衣服。我猜是因為這個水太清澈見底的原故吧。我們繼續(xù)往前。一大堆好吃。

有:羊肉串、臭豆腐、炸醬面、竹筒飯、麻滋……走進(jìn)九峰公園,我看有許多人拿桶。我問媽媽:“他們干什么啊?”媽媽說:“這里的山水很好,所以他們拿桶帶水回家。”我也想勺水回家,可是我沒有裝水的任何一樣?xùn)|西呀,我只能放棄這個想法了。之后我們來公園里的游樂園。我去玩了“飛椅”,我坐上椅子綁上安全帶。椅子,慢慢往上升了。一開始轉(zhuǎn)的時候,我不害怕因為轉(zhuǎn)的慢。正當(dāng)我正在想會不會轉(zhuǎn)的飛快,突然轉(zhuǎn)的飛快。這時我轉(zhuǎn)的這么快會不會甩下去呢?如果,真把我甩下去會出人命的。玩完了飛椅,我玩游覽山洞。

我一開始玩的時候,我覺得這個非常無聊。后來我改變了我的想法。原來,是個鬼屋啊。我坐著小列車在山洞探險。我開進(jìn)了山洞。突然一個鬼雕塑跳了出來嚇?biāo)牢伊恕=又俺鰜碓S多鬼雕塑。還有的鬼雕塑張開大嘴巴準(zhǔn)備咬住游人。最恐怖有一個鬼雕塑懸在半空中,好像隨時準(zhǔn)備抓游人的頭。之后,我們準(zhǔn)備回家了。可是我的肚子突然餓了。我看著這么多美食,好想把他們通通消滅掉。我馬上吃起美食有許多、數(shù)不勝數(shù)。吃完美食后,我就回家了。

“終于到了”。隨著我和表姐的一陣歡呼,美麗的九峰公園映入我們的眼簾。我和表姐就想一只只歡快的小鳥飛出了“鳥籠”。我們想要躲避兩位媽媽的視線,跑得飛快。我們轉(zhuǎn)過頭去,看不見她們了,我停下來了。表姐氣喘吁吁的問我:“她們會不會找不到我們呢?”我自信地回答:“不可能。”

不知不覺,我們就來到了兒童樂園。媽媽提醒我們,只能挑三樣玩。于是,我們就選擇了自己喜歡的三樣。我們是第一批顧客。我們先玩颶風(fēng)飛椅。哦們各自選了一個座位,剛坐穩(wěn),機器就啟動了。在轉(zhuǎn)動的一瞬間,我們還聊了幾句話,還發(fā)瘋似的尖叫了幾聲。突然,我的椅子有點兒傾斜,嚇得我膽戰(zhàn)心驚,一動也不敢動,生怕稍不留神就會掉下去。飛椅越轉(zhuǎn)越快,越轉(zhuǎn)越高,我都不敢睜眼看了。飛椅開始降落了,最后慢慢著陸。我快速下了飛椅,立刻感到頭暈?zāi)垦5模孟裉炜斩嫁D(zhuǎn)了起來。刺激的颶風(fēng)飛椅結(jié)束了,我們就選擇了比較舒心的太空漫步。剛坐上去,我的懷里就像揣著一只小兔,“嘭嘭嘭”跳個不停。要知道這可是在半空中的呀!開始了,我看著表姐掌控著方向盤,我心里忐忑不安的,想:萬一表姐一失手,我們就完蛋了。可是不一會兒就到了。表姐跟我說起一路上的美景,真可惜自己沒有留心去觀賞。最后,我們?nèi)ネ媪伺雠鲕嚒?/p>

今天上午,我們玩得可真愉快!

星期六晚上,我們決定去九峰公園玩,因為我特別想念六年級畢業(yè)生王瑛瑛了,便決定約她一起去九峰公園玩。

終于,我們在門口等到了她,我們手拉手一起進(jìn)公園。公園里可熱鬧了!真是人山人海,有的在跳舞,看那些跳舞的人不分男女老少,他們隨著音樂在那舞蹈,心情十分愉快,看著他們這么歡快,我也想上去扭一扭了。有的人在滑冰她們的腳一擺一擺的,就可以快速向前行駛,看上去十分威風(fēng),我看著,也十分想學(xué)。還有一些人在散步,打羽毛球呢!

我們繼續(xù)向前走,就可以看到清澈見底的龍珠湖,在燈光的照耀下,龍珠湖波光粼粼,再加上金碧輝煌的樓層和人影,美麗極了。我看著這美麗的景色,都陶醉在其中。

突然,我們看到有一些人在圍這房子轉(zhuǎn)圈圈,于是,我們也準(zhǔn)備一起去逛逛,我們走了進(jìn)去,映入眼簾的是一幢幢古老的大樓和樹木,那密密的枝葉,正好成為了人們乘涼的好地方。在一片空地上,我們看見了一些老公公和老婆婆在打太極,他們聽著舒緩的音樂,在那慢慢地做動作,我們也跟著學(xué)了一點呢!

走過游樂場,我們到了運動器材那做了健身運動。這里有很多人在打羽毛球呢,那一個個羽毛球在空中劃過一道道美麗的弧線,漂亮無比。

玩著玩著,不知不覺到了八點半,我們依依不舍地告別了九峰的美景與王瑛瑛,回家了。

九峰公園,坐落在城關(guān)九峰路東面,背后靠著一座大山叫方山,正面對著整個城市.當(dāng)你走到公園門口,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)就看見了一對雄偉的獅子,蹲在那里守衛(wèi)著公園,就聽到小溪流水嘩嘩的聲音.一直往前走,兩排二米多高四季常青的桂花樹挺立著,像解放軍戰(zhàn)士一樣.如果你九月份來到這里,就會享受到滿樹金色的桂花散發(fā)出一陳陳清香.再向右走,過通道展現(xiàn)你眼前的是公園最美的龍珠湖.春天到了,湖邊的柳樹發(fā)芽了,柳樹上垂下來無數(shù)像綠絲帶一樣的柳條.桃樹,梨樹,你不讓我,我不讓你,爭著開出了粉紅色的桃花和雪白的梨花,上千上百只蜜蜂在美麗的花朵下面嗡嗡地鬧著.大小的蝴蝶飛來飛去.到了夏天,陽光投射在龍珠湖的湖面上,反射著疊疊波光,湖中的荷葉像一個個碧綠的大圓盤,挨挨擠擠,粉紅色的荷花從大圓盤中冒出來,亭亭玉立,像一個個美麗的仙女.湖水里的小金魚在自由自在地游來游去,可愛的小青蛙在荷葉上跳來跳去,還呱呱地叫個不停.我們坐在龍珠湖的長廊中,向東望去,就看見有一座拱形的小橋,橋兩邊欄桿上雕刻著精美的圖案,有高貴淡雅的菊花,出污泥而不染的荷花,有兩條噴著水花的龍,有的像兩條相互纏繞的龍,前爪相互抵著,各自回首遙望,還有刻著雙龍戲珠.在這里我們還能聽到動聽的歌聲,聲聲入耳.再向南看去,有一個很大的兒童樂園.那里可真熱鬧,到處都能聽到兒童們喜悅的笑聲.如果你有興趣,爬到公園背后的山上,你就能看到整個家鄉(xiāng).我覺得家鄉(xiāng)的九峰公園美極了.
