以培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新精神和實踐能力為重點的素質(zhì)教育是當(dāng)今教育改革的主旋律，課堂教學(xué)則是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新精神及實踐能力的主陣地。因此，教師必須加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新教育理論的學(xué)習(xí)，更新教育觀念，創(chuàng)新教學(xué)方法，創(chuàng)新教學(xué)手段。本文將通過五則教學(xué)案例，探討如何通過課堂創(chuàng)新教學(xué)設(shè)計培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新能力。

一、“一問”激起千層浪

提問可以促進(jìn)學(xué)生思維的發(fā)展，從而提高學(xué)生的智力。有多項研究證明，向?qū)W生提問不同類型的問題，可以開展學(xué)生的不同思維能力，從而促進(jìn)學(xué)生思維多元化發(fā)展。如JEFC(2B)Unit12，Lesson50 Part 2聽錄音后，筆者進(jìn)行了以下聽力測試：

T: Who called Anns mother?

S: Bill did.T: What was the message?

S: Bill couldnt go to the birthday party.到此，兩個問題已順利解決，但是筆者不失時機(jī)地誘導(dǎo)以激活學(xué)生的思維。

T: Why will Bill not go to the birthday party?

S1: Maybe he is ill.S2: I think his mother is busy.He has to look after his sister.S3: He may have little money, and he cant buy anything for Ann.??

前兩個問題來自課文的內(nèi)容，答案基本是唯一的。而第三個問題則書上無答案，要學(xué)生展開想象的翅膀，百花齊放，只要言之有理，就投以贊許的目光及恰當(dāng)?shù)狞c評。學(xué)生思維被激活，思維由集中而發(fā)散，興趣大增，競爭氛圍達(dá)到高潮。

二、有“頭”無“尾”并不壞

JEFC Book(2A)Unit 8,Lesson 29主要復(fù)習(xí)行為動詞一般過去時，通過看圖問答，看圖說話，對一般過去時有所了解。到此，我創(chuàng)設(shè)幾個有“頭”的情景，讓學(xué)生思維任其馳騁，憑“頭”想“尾”。例如：

T: Yesterday I was ill, I was late for school, I was worried...S1: Yesterday Wei Hua was busy...S2: Last week Li Mei was away from school for three days...這種寫作或演講，既有一定的約束，即有“頭”，要用過去時態(tài)，卻又自由發(fā)揮，任你去猜測、假設(shè)，只需把喜怒哀樂的緣由寫清(說清)便可收場，求異思維得到了較好的訓(xùn)練，使本來很棘手的寫作便成了言之有物，言之有理，充滿個性，富有創(chuàng)新的樂事。

三、各抒己見，分享智慧

學(xué)習(xí)JEFC Book(2B)Unit 15,Lesson 60時，筆者設(shè)計如下：

T: Yesterday we learned lessons 59.We have known something about HanMeis family and Indiras.We also discussed yesterday.Now please tell me something about your family.S1: Im a girl of 15.I have a small family.My father and mother are both busy.They have a small company.So they help each other with work and housework.Sometimes my father does some cooking and cleaning, my mother does some washing and shopping.At the weekend I often help them do some housework.I think everyone should do some housework.It’s good for a family.S2: Im a boy of 14.I have a big family...筆者對這一篇章式閱讀的處理如下：首先在學(xué)習(xí)課文后進(jìn)行討論，在討論的基礎(chǔ)上再進(jìn)行自由說，把各自家中的情況和同學(xué)一起分享。這一話題學(xué)生非常熟悉，與他們的實際生活密切相關(guān)，因此他們很感興趣。這樣學(xué)生不僅與文章的作者進(jìn)行了雙向交流，更與全班同學(xué)進(jìn)行了多向交流。這是一種高層次的閱讀技能訓(xùn)練活動，即閱讀不僅僅是為了掌握文章中事實，了解作者觀點，還更重視結(jié)合作者觀點及自己的經(jīng)歷，表達(dá)自己的體會，是真正實施素質(zhì)教育的具體體現(xiàn)。我想若干年以后，這些孩子長大成人，擁有各自的家庭時，依然會想到這堂英語課上大家討論“家務(wù)事”的花絮，而使自己的生活更充滿情趣，這其實是一種品質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)。

一、教學(xué)內(nèi)容

外研社《英語》(新標(biāo)準(zhǔn))第2冊第8模塊第1單元(Helen Keller)。

二、教學(xué)背景分析

在六年級下學(xué)期這一階段,教學(xué)內(nèi)容主要是復(fù)習(xí)鞏固以前學(xué)過的內(nèi)容和繼續(xù)擴(kuò)展學(xué)習(xí)新的內(nèi)容。本冊的主線是繼續(xù)和Daming一起了解美國,了解Daming回到中國之后為小學(xué)畢業(yè)、升入中學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)做的準(zhǔn)備。這一學(xué)段學(xué)生對語言的綜合運用能力需要進(jìn)一步提高,為此,我們在課堂上應(yīng)盡可能多地運用我們以前學(xué)習(xí)過的語言,堅持聽說訓(xùn)練,同時進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的讀寫訓(xùn)練。

本課主要學(xué)習(xí)兩個句型:

在完成知識目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過游戲和閱讀比賽活動的開展,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的合作能力、競爭意識和綜合運用語言知識的能力。

3.情感目標(biāo)

通過學(xué)習(xí)Helen Keller這位世界上著名身殘志堅有志之人的優(yōu)秀事跡,讓學(xué)生學(xué)有所得,學(xué)有所悟,希望她的精神能激勵和教育我們的學(xué)生在任何時候遇到艱難永不退縮。

4.策略目標(biāo)

通過課前預(yù)習(xí)、課上互動、課下交流反思,老師和學(xué)生互敬互學(xué),師生關(guān)系十分融洽。

四、教學(xué)重點與難點

重點:學(xué)生能夠用“could,couldn't”來描述過去所具備和不具備的能力。

難點:學(xué)生能夠流利地使用正確時態(tài)來描述自己的能力,能夠復(fù)述Helen Keller的偉大事跡。

T: Explain difficult words, be born, blind, deaf.Then lead to read.(教師在這里用自身的例子讓學(xué)生理解be born的含義,同時教會學(xué)生“年”的時間表達(dá)法,如1880:18----eighteen 80----eighty,進(jìn)而詢問他們的出生日和父母的出生日,如果不明確的話,回家可以用英語問問父母,一方面培養(yǎng)孝心,一方面讓學(xué)生練習(xí)在實際生活中使用英語。)

S: Look at the questions and listen.(教師播放課件出示問題,同時背景音為整篇課文錄音,學(xué)生一邊聽音、看圖畫,一邊思考這些問題的答案。這是教師有意在進(jìn)行信息差教學(xué),以此來更好地開動學(xué)生的英語思維。)

Activity 3 Game

破譯句子密碼.(每組準(zhǔn)備一個密碼)

T: You really did a good job.Next let's relax and play a game---破譯句子密碼.Find sentences in the story.Every group will have a card.There are some big letters on it.If you see SCS, you can get from the story, which is “She couldn't see.” Let's see which group can be the first one to guess the sentence.同樣是剛才的小組,每組分到三個密碼,如:“Helen's friend wrote the word 'water' on Helen's hand.”該句的密碼為“HFWTWWOHH”也就是該句子的每個單詞的首字母組合成的。給每組發(fā)一個密碼,在規(guī)定的時間內(nèi),哪個組最先破譯出來就是勝利者。

(游戲使得學(xué)生在放松娛樂的同時,感受Helen Keller成長的不容易。)

Activity 4 Tell stories

S: 學(xué)生拿出自己小時候的照片用該句型介紹。

(通過這些事例激勵學(xué)生要像Helen Keller、邰麗華、張海迪一樣意志堅強(qiáng),棄而不舍,關(guān)愛他人,同時珍惜現(xiàn)在的幸福生活,并學(xué)會感恩。)
