翻譯是一項艱苦的探索實踐性活動。它形成于社會、文化和語言現實之中，同時又為促進社會、文化和語言發展服務。“翻譯并不比隨便的創作容易，然而與新文學的發展卻更有功，于大家更有益”（魯迅語）

翻譯屬于交叉學科，它與語言學、符號學、修辭學、心理學、人類學等有著密切的聯系。它正在發展成為一個自成體系的獨立學科——翻譯學。

翻譯又是一門學術。翻譯美學是翻譯學不可分割的組成部分。

總之，翻譯是一種融理論、技能、藝術于一體的語言回見活動。

翻譯一般分為三類：

1，按翻譯手段，可分為口譯、筆譯和機器翻譯。

2，按源出語和目的語，可分為語際翻譯、語內翻譯和符號翻譯。其中，語際翻譯是我們學習的重點。

3，按翻譯題材，可分為政論翻譯、應用文翻譯、科技翻譯、文學翻譯等。19世紀末，我國清朝資產階級思想家嚴復在《天演論》中，提出了“信、達、雅”三字標準。翻譯事需要兼顧兩面，忠實和通順。忠實是指忠實于原作內容。譯者必須把原作的內容完整而準確的表達出來，不得有任何篡改、歪曲、遺漏、閹割或任意增刪現象。例如：

Jane does not work hard because she wants to earn money.誤譯：因為簡想賺錢，所以才不下力。

推薦譯文：簡并不是因為想賺錢才下力干活的。

忠實還指保持原作的風格即原作的民族風格、時代風格。語體風格、作者個人風格等。要完全做到這些，實非易事。但作為基本要求，可先掌握口語體和筆語體的不同特點以及對翻譯的要求，掌握各種問題的不同特點及其對翻譯的要求。

所謂通順，即指譯文語言必須通順易懂，符合規范。譯文必須是明白流暢的現代語言。例如：

Pindus Road was a long, wide, straight street that ran parallel with Bread Road.原譯：平得斯路是一條與布萊德路平行的、長長的、寬寬的、壁紙的大街。

推薦譯文：平得斯路與布萊德路平行，是一條又長又寬又直的大街。

為培養和提高認識能力、分析能力和理解能力，為確保理解不走樣，從各奔上說應該努力掌握馬克思主義理論，掌握科學思維，此外還應該學習一點關于現代語言學、符號學、邏輯學、文體學等方面的只是和理論，借以只帶我們的翻譯實踐。語義分析是語言分析的一個分支，說明處在一定的語境中、按照一定次序排列的此項之間的語義關系，塔諾詞項的意義。首先必須要注意詞的概念意義和關聯意義。其次，把握意義關系，特別注意同義與反義、褒義與貶義、多義與歧義等的關系。例如：

He has the reputation of being a blood-sucker.他是個臭名昭著的吸血鬼。語境分析，所謂語境包括彼此不同但又密切相關的兩次意思：一是語言內部的上下文的關系，二是話語與經驗世界的關系。同語義分析一樣，語境分析也是語言分析的一個分支。上下文關系基本上是指語言環境，有些理解問題可以通過語言環境分析獲得解決。例如：

The first lady of the United States often pulled the string behind the scene.美國第一夫人常常搞幕后操縱。

任何語言都是人類學習行為方式的總和。語言既是一種社會現象，又是一種文化現象。它是文化的主要組成部分，同時又是文化的再提，是人們思考、交流、積累和傳播知識的工具，是用來保存、傳輸文化的手段。就語言而論，翻譯是語言機制的轉換。

在翻譯中注重整體與局部。整體，整體性、統一性，也就是語言自身的統一性，語言與經驗世界的統一性。在處理局部語言現象時，必須落居這兩個統一性，并堅持局部服從整體的原則。因此，譯者必須要有整體意識，注重巨劍的鏈接，從整體關系上把握個別詞的力度。

主要信息和次要信息。所謂主要信在翻譯的時候，不僅要譯出該話語所包含的各種信息，而且要反映說話人的息和次要信息，是指說話語各部分內容之間的關系。一句話或一段話若有兩個或者兩個以上的內容，其中一個是主要的，而其余的可能是次要的。這主要取決于講話人的意圖。因此人的意圖。

總之，翻譯中有很多技巧可尋，我們在做翻譯中要勤于練習，注意積累。

在創造性的問題時，翻譯過程涉及很多內容，需要我們在實踐中認真總結積累。并且，注重漢語基礎的學習，廣泛閱讀。

本學期我任教八年級四班五班的物理教學任務。這一學期即將過去，總體來看，我認真執行學校教育教學工作計劃，轉變思想，積極探索，改變教學方法，力舉實施“高效課堂”的探究式課堂教學模式的同時，把新課程標準的新思想、新理念和物理課堂教學的新思路、新設想結合起來，轉變思想，積極探索，改革教學，收到較好的效果。現將本學期的教育教學工作總結如下：

一、明確新的理念，教學工作有起色

怎樣教物理,《國家物理課程標準》對物理的教學內容，教學方式，教學評估教育價值觀等多方面都提出了許多新的要求。無疑作為物理教師要身置其中去迎接這種挑戰，是我們每位教師必須重新思考的問題。因此我不斷的學習讓我有了鮮明的理念，全新的框架，明晰的目標，而有效的學習對新課程標準的基本理念，設計思路，課程目標，內容標準及課程實施建議有更深的了解，本學期我在新課程標準的指導下教育教學工作出色，躍上了一個新的臺階。

二、精心備課，全方位把握課堂的“教”與“學”

通過學習我體會到新課程標準不同與以往的教學大綱，課前認真熟讀新課程標準及新課程理念的相關資料，透徹理解并掌握新課程標準，力爭在每節課前仔細閱讀然后制定具體的教學方案，在上每個一節課前，精心準備、認真備課，充分了解學生的學習狀況，做到教學中有的放矢，不打無準備之仗。從一學期的教學情況來看效果較好，學生的各項素質有較大的提高。新教材對教師的教學方法和教學內容等都沒有過多的束縛，充分體現用教材教而不是用教材學，課前查閱大量的資料根據學生的的基礎制定教學計劃、方案、教學設計等。

三、加快課堂教學改革，力舉實施“高效課堂”

本學年我深知作為物理教師應是課堂教學的實踐者，為保證新課程標準的落實，我把課堂教學作為有利于學生主動探索的學習環境，把學生在獲得知識和技能的同時，在情感、態度價值觀等方面都能夠充分發展作為教學改革的基本指導思想，把物理教學看成是師生之間學生之間交往互動，共同發展的過程。我們進行了集體備課，緊扣新課程標準，力舉實施“高效課堂”的探究式教學模式。最大限限度的吃透教材，認真撰寫教學導案。積極進行了實驗探索問題的實踐。

四、狠抓學風，認真落實教研常規

八年級學生兩極分化比較嚴重、部分學生對學習失去興趣，特別是難度較大的數理兩學科。大部分學生由于是獨生子女比較嬌慣，少數學生學習和紀律都很不好。對此，我狠抓學風，在班級里提倡一種認真、求實的學風，嚴厲批評抄襲作業的行為。與此同時，為了提高同學的學習積極性，開展了學習競賽活動，在學生中興起一種你追我趕的學習風氣。我從各方面培養學習興趣，對那些基礎太差后進生，我找他們來，了解原因，有些是不感興趣，我就跟他們講學習物理的重要性，跟他們講一些有趣的物理故事，提高他們的興趣；有些是沒有努力去學，我提出批評以后再加以鼓勵，并為他們定下學習目標，時時督促他們，幫助他們；給他們進行課外輔導。經過一個學期努力，絕大部分的同學都有所進步。布置作業有針對性，有層次性。為了做到這點，我常常上網搜集資料，對各種資料進行篩選，力求每一次練習都起到最佳的效果。同時對學生的作業批改及時、認真，分析并記錄學生的作業情況，將他們在作業過程出現的問題做出分類總結，進行透徹的評講，并針對有關情況及時改進教學方法，做到有的放矢。做好課后輔導工作，注意分層教學。在課后，為不同層次的學生進行相應的輔導，以滿足不同層次的學生的需求，避免了一刀切的弊端，同時加大了后進生的輔導力度。對后進生的輔導，并不限于學習知識性的輔導，更重要的是學習思想的輔導，要提高后進生的成績，首先要解決他們心里，讓他們意識到學習的重要性和必要性，使之對學習萌發興趣。要通過各種途徑激發他們的求知欲和上進心，讓他們意識到學習并不是一項任務，也不是一件痛苦的事情。而是充滿樂趣的。從而自覺的把身心投放到學習中去。這樣，后進生的轉化，就由原來的簡單粗暴、強制學習轉化到自覺的求知上來。使學習成為他們自我意識力度一部分。在此基礎上，再教給他們學習的方法，提高他們的技能。并認真細致地做好查漏補缺工作。后進生通常存在很多知識斷層，這些都是后進生轉化過程中的絆腳石，在做好后進生的轉化工作時，要特別注意給他們補課，把他們以前學習的知識斷層補充完整，這樣，他們就會學得輕松，進步也快，興趣和求知欲也會隨之增加。

五、創新評價，激勵促進學生全面發展。

怎樣提高學生學習成績，我把評價作為全面考察學生的學習狀況，激勵學生的學習熱情，促進學生全面發展的手段，也作為教師反思和改進教學的有力手段，對學生的學習評價，既關注學生知識與技能的理解和掌握，更關注他們情感與態度的形成和發展；既關注學生物理學習的結果，更關注他們在學習過程中的變化和發展。抓基礎知識的掌握，抓課堂作業的堂堂清，采用定性與定量相結合，定量采用等級制，多鼓勵肯定學生少批評學生。堅持以教學為中心，強化對學生管理，進一步規范教學行為，并力求常規與創新的有機結合，促進教師嚴謹、扎實、高效、科學的良好教風及學生嚴肅、勤奮、求真、善問的良好學風的形成。

本學期物理教學，雖然積極認真落實學校教學常規，努力完成教學工作任務，仍有很多不足和困惑：如何減小兩極分化；怎樣更好的提高學生學習興趣；怎樣打造“高效課堂”等都值得耐人思考。

時光如梭，本期又即將成為“過去式”。本學期我擔任九(7)及七(2)班的數學教學工作，每周6課時。回顧本期工作，本人能認真執行學校教育教學工作計劃，轉變思想，積極探索，改革教學。在學校領導和同事們的關心指導下，通過一期的辛勤耕耘，已經圓滿完成了全學期的教育教學工作任務。現將有關工作簡單總結如下：

一、教學方面：

1、抓好每個教學環節，上好每一堂課。

教學必須抓好每個教學環節。從制訂教學計劃入手，我認真鉆研教材、教參和《課程標準》，對初中所有數學教材的課程體系作了全面的了解熟悉。因為本期是初中階段的最后一個學期，所以本期的教學計劃制訂的非常詳細，對每周的教學內容、作業設計、實驗、復習、測試等教學事項都作了全盤考慮。備好課是上好課的前提。在備課時，我不僅認真鉆研課標和教材，而且認真備“學生”，深入了解學生的原有知識水平、興趣、需要以及學習習慣、方法等，根據學生的年齡特征、思維特點和教學需要創造性地使用教材，還充分考慮：學生在學習新知識可能有哪些困難，應采取什么相應的預防措施。

數學教學是數學活動的教學，因此我圍繞各個具體的教學活動精心設計教學方法。上課時多采用自主探究、小組合作學習等課堂模式。總復習課的設計更要有吸引力。復習課并不是幾個例題和習題的簡單直接呈現，而是根據各知識點的特點與學生的認知水平，把例題和習題放在具體情景的實際生活問題中或游戲活動中，寓教于樂充分調動每一位學生的積極性，使九年級的總復習真正成為培養學生分析問題解決問題的“收獲季節”。每堂課后，我都會認真寫教學反思，吸取教訓，積累經驗。及時、認真地批改作業和試卷.2、創新評價，激勵促進學生全面發展。

二、教研教改方面：

本期我積極參加教研活動，因為我認為只有鍛煉才會成長。在只有一星期的準備時間的情況下，我仍然參加安慶市農遠應用新星數學說課競賽，榮獲市級農遠應用新星光榮稱號。我還經常聽課，虛心向他人學習。我常常備好課后就去聽同年級老師的課，然后對自己的設計做適當調整再去上課，這樣可以揚長避短。本期我還到棗市中學和景弘中學觀摩名師的示范教學，領悟名師的高尚師德，探究名師的 精湛教藝，不斷將公開課上的精華延伸運用于日常教學實踐中。

三、有待進一步努力的方面：

一期來，有收獲也有困惑與不足。回想一下，有以下幾個方面有待加強：

1、在多媒體教室上課時，因為教室里沒有黑板，所以沒有處理好教師板書和學生板演的問題。

2、在學法指導上也有待加強，特別是“學困生”的學法指導應下苦功。

3、良好的師生關系是學生學習動力的源泉。以后要認真學習心理學，妥善協調師生關系。

一份耕耘，一份收獲。教學工作苦樂相伴。我將本著“勤學、善思、實干”的準則，一如既往，再接再厲，把工作搞得更好。
