第五篇：閥門活動試驗

a.閥門試驗應一側一側進行；

b.在手動狀態下不允許進行全行程閥門試驗；

c.在試驗期間如果遇到控制裝置切至手動時應立即終止試驗，此時應將“自動/手動”鑰匙開關切向“手動”，并通過閥門手操的“增”或“減”按鈕來恢復閥門的原始狀態，以保證一定的功率。

2.4.3.2試驗條件：

a.試驗前征得值長同意并聯系鍋爐及電氣專責。

b.確認運行方式在“操作員自動”方式下運行；

c.將機組負荷減至50%--70%額定負荷（松動試驗無此要求）；

d.切除調節級壓力反饋回路；

e.投入功率反饋回路（松動試驗無此要求）

2.4.3.3試驗步驟：

（1）主汽門活動試驗

a.按“閥門試驗”按鈕燈亮；

b.按下“高主1”（或“高主2”）鍵；

c.按下“關閉”鍵，燈亮，此時與選中的主汽門同一側汽室的高壓調門GV2、GV3在60秒內，相繼關下，待同側調門全關后，則主汽門TV1在1秒內迅速自關，從CRT14幅畫面或就地觀察各門開度變化，關閉過程中應無卡澀跳動現象。

d.按“恢復”鍵燈亮，則TV1先開啟，然后GV2、GV3相繼開啟；

e.在關閉或開啟過程中，如發現異常情況，可按“試驗保持”鍵，燈亮后，閥門位置保持；

f.必須在各閥門恢復至試驗前開度，“閥門復位”鍵燈滅后，才能做另一個閥門的活動試驗或退出閥門試驗；

g.要選做TV2的試驗，重復b--f的 操作即可；

h.中壓主汽門活動試驗與高壓主汽門試驗步驟相同，在同側中調門全關后，DEH會輸出一開關量去關RV，“復位”后先取消開關量輸出，延時30秒，再恢復中壓主汽門RV指令輸出；

i.按試驗結束鈕，“閥門試驗”鈕燈滅，退出閥門試驗；

（2）高中壓調門單獨試驗

a.按“閥門試驗”鍵燈亮；

b.按“高調門”鍵（或鍵入其它調門）

c.其它試驗步驟同主汽門試驗；

d.按“試驗結束”鈕，結束試驗。

（3）閥門松動試驗

a.“閥門松動”試驗鍵與“閥門試驗”鍵是互鎖的，同一時刻只能有一個燈亮；

b.按下“閥門松動”鍵燈亮；

c.鍵入除中壓主汽門外的其它閥門編號；

d.按“開啟”或“關閉”鍵，被選閥門開或關當前值的10%；

e.按“復位”鍵，所有閥門恢復原開度；

f.重復c--e的步驟做其它閥門的松動試驗；

g.按“試驗結束”鍵，退出試驗。

2.4.3.4注意事項：

a.試驗過程中應注意主汽壓、再熱汽壓不超限，汽機軸向位移、振動、差脹等參數正常；

b.若試驗過程中出現異常情況，如閥門卡澀、控制系統失靈應立即停止試驗，盡快聯系有關人員處理；
