Our Future: A Battle between Dreams and Reality

Good morning teacher:

· When I was in the primary school, I have a dream.I want to be a scientist to be remember,· When I was in the secondary school, my dream was to study in my ideal university.· And when eventually I got into the university, my dream was to graduate.· How pathetic!When we grow up, we dream less and become more realistic.Why? Only when we believe that the reality is not real can we soar with our dreams.· people say that our future is a battle between the reality and our dreams.And if, unfortunately, Mr.Reality wins this war, then I see no future of mankind at all.AIDS will never be curable as this IS the reality;people living in the undeveloped countries will suffer from starvation forever as this IS the reality;Disputes among different countries would never be settled as this misunderstandings and intolerance IS the reality.· How many of you have a dream of being able to make a lot of money? 04年的中專生涯，我并沒有因為進入中專而自卑，我一直堅信是金子總會發(fā)光的。13年的鍛煉，給我僅是初步的經驗積累，對于邁向社會遠遠不夠的。因此，面對過去，我無怨無悔，來到這里是一種明智的選擇；面對現(xiàn)在，我努力拼搏；面對將來，我期待更多的挑戰(zhàn)。戰(zhàn)勝困難，抓住每一個機遇，相信自己一定會演繹出精彩的一幕。

通過這3年的學習使我懂得了很多，從那天真幼稚的我，經過那人生的挫折和坎坷，到現(xiàn)在成熟、穩(wěn)重的我。使我明白了一個道理，人生不可能存在一帆風順的事，只有自己勇敢地面對人生中的每一個驛站。當然，過去的我，曾也悲傷過、失落過、苦惱過，這緣由于我的不足和缺陷。但我反省了，這只是上天給予的一種考驗，是不能跌倒的。中專生的我們應該善用于揚長避短的方法來促進自己，提高自己的綜合水平能力。

中專3年是我一生的重要階段，是學習專業(yè)知識及提高各方面能力為以后謀生發(fā)展的重要階段。從跨入中專的校門的那一刻起，我就把這一信念作為人生的又一座右銘。

中專三年里，在提高自己科學文化素質的同時，也努力提高自己的思想道德素質，使自己成為德、智、體諸方面全面發(fā)展、適應21世紀發(fā)展要求的復合型人才，做一個有理想、有道德、有文化、有紀律的社會主義建設者和接班人。

中專三年，塑造了一個健康、充滿自信的我，自信來自實力，但同時也要認識到，眼下社會變革迅速，對人才的要求也越來越高，社會是在不斷變化、發(fā)展的，要用發(fā)展的眼光看問題，自身還有很多的缺點和不足，要適應社會的發(fā)展，得不斷提高思想認識，完善自己，改正缺點。要學會學習，學會創(chuàng)新，學會適應社會的發(fā)展要求

珍貴的中專生活已接近尾聲，感覺非常有必要總結一下中專生涯的得失，從中繼承做得好的方面改進不足的地方，使自己回顧走過的路，也更是為了看清將來要走的路,我整裝待發(fā)，將以飽滿的熱情、堅定的信心、高度的責任感去迎接新的挑戰(zhàn)，攀登新的高峰。

在三年中專生涯中，使自己的知識水平、思想境界、工作能力等方面都邁上了一個新的臺階。在這即將揮手告別美好中專生活、踏上社會征途的時候，我整軍待發(fā)，將以飽滿的熱情、堅定的信心、高度的責任感去迎接新的挑戰(zhàn)，攀登新的高峰。

工欲善其事,必先利其器。中專幾年,我努力學習專業(yè)知識,同時也不忘在工作上積累實際操作經驗。雖然一心難以兩用,但我始終把握著兩者之間的平衡。

在校期間，我始終以提高自身的綜合素質為目的，以個人的全面發(fā)展為奮斗方向，樹立正確的人生觀和價值觀。本人具有熱愛等祖國等的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)，積極向上的生活態(tài)度和廣泛的興趣愛好，對工作責任心強、勤懇踏實，有較強的組織、宣傳能力，有一定的藝術細胞和創(chuàng)意，注重團隊合作精神和集體觀念。

非本人意愿中斷就業(yè)如何認定

【導語】： 所謂非因本人意愿中斷就業(yè)就是非自愿失業(yè)，非本人原因中斷就業(yè)的人員是指：終止勞動合同的；被用人單位解除勞動合同的；被用人單位開除、除名和辭退的等。

什么是非因本人意愿中斷就業(yè)？如何認定？

所謂非因本人意愿中斷就業(yè)就是非自愿失業(yè)。按照勞動保障部《失業(yè)保險金申領發(fā)放辦法》等有關規(guī)定，非本人原因中斷就業(yè)的人員是指下列人員：

（一）終止勞動合同的；

（二）被用人單位解除勞動合同的；

（三）被用人單位開除、除名和辭退的；

（四）根據《中華人民共和國勞動法》第三十二條第二、三項與用人單位解除勞動合同的。（《勞動法》第三十二條規(guī)定，有下列情形之一的，勞動者可以隨時通知用人單位解除勞動合同：

（1）在試用期內的；

（2）用人單位以暴力、威脅或者非法限制人身自由的手段強迫勞動的；

（3）用人單位未按照勞動合同約定支付勞動報酬或者提供勞動條件的。

（五）法律、行政法規(guī)另有規(guī)定的。

認定非本人意愿中斷就業(yè)，主要是看勞動合同是如何被廢除的。在我國，廢除勞動合同一般分為兩種情形： 其一，終止勞動合同。

即勞動者和用人單位雙方在勞動合同中約定的期限已到期或者雙方約定的勞動合同終止條件出現(xiàn)，勞動合同終止履行，用人單位不再與勞動者續(xù)簽勞動合同，造成勞動者失業(yè)。這些情況皆屬于非本人意愿中斷就業(yè)。

其二，解除勞動合同。

即勞動者和用人單位雙方提前終止勞動合同的履行。根據《勞動法》的規(guī)定，解除勞動合同也分為三類情況：

一是由勞動者個人提出解除勞動合同。

主要是指個人主動辭職。由這種情況造成的失業(yè)，是不屬于非本人意愿中斷就業(yè)，而是一種自愿性失業(yè)。但因用人單位以暴力、威脅或者非法限制人身自由的手段強迫勞動，未按照勞動合同約定支付勞動報酬或者提供勞動條件而致使勞動者主動解除勞動關系，造成失業(yè)的，也可以認定為非自愿性失業(yè)。

二是由用人單位單方解除勞動合同。

按照《勞動法》規(guī)定，用人單位可在下列情況下單方解除勞動合同：

（1）勞動者在試用期間被證明不符合錄用條件的；

（2）嚴重違反勞動紀律或者用人單位規(guī)章制度的，嚴重失職、營私舞弊、對用人單位利益造成重大損害的；

（3）被依法追究刑事責任的；

（4）勞動者患病或者非因工負傷，醫(yī)療期滿后，不能從事原工作也不能從事由用人單位另行安排的工作的；

（5）勞動者不能勝任工作，經過培訓或者調整工作崗位，仍不能勝任工作的；

（6）勞動合同訂立時所依據的客觀情況發(fā)生變化，致使原勞動合同無法履行，經雙方協(xié)商不能就變更合同達成協(xié)議的；

（7）用人單位瀕臨破產進行法定整頓期間或者生產經營狀況發(fā)生嚴重困難，確需裁減人員的。在這種情況下出現(xiàn)的失業(yè)，一般都是非本人意愿中斷就業(yè)。

三是雙方協(xié)商同意解除勞動合同。

用人單位和勞動者，不論是誰提出來，只要雙方協(xié)商一致，可以解除勞動合同。在這種情況下出現(xiàn)的失業(yè)，一般也都按非本人意愿中斷就業(yè)對待。
