在2014年暑假,我很幸運地被我們學校錄取為產學合作協調員,主要負責監督,協調,走訪所帶學生的產學合作的具體情況,并根據學生的表現對其工作情況進行評分。
在暑期到來之前,學校對于我們進行了兩次的仔細培訓,給我們詳細介紹了我們學校的產學合作的來源,實質,以及要求等等,并給我們介紹了關于我們協調員暑期的工作任務和職責,以及一些注意事項等等。
在參加培訓之后,過了沒幾天,就開始步入了工作的第一個階段,與所帶教的學生進行第一次聯系,跟他們介紹產學合作的要求的一些具體事宜。由于當時聯系時,部分專業已經放假,所以沒有機會和他們面對面地交談,我只好給他們挨個挨個打電話。沒想到,在剛剛開始的時候,就遇到了一個大大的挫折。有一個外蒙古的學生,由于已經回到了境外,所以,上海號碼怎么也打不通,向她同學要了她的家庭號碼,心想豁出去了,不管電話費了,打了才知道,我的手機沒有開通業務,無法打過去,沒辦法,不過,好在還是拿到了那個外蒙同學的微信號碼,開始用微信跟她聯系。還有,好幾個同學的號碼也是沒辦法打通的,我只能接著跟那些學號相連的同學以及他們班的班長聯系,來獲得他們最新的聯系號碼。
快到六月底的時候,開始提醒并督促學生的產學合作安置信息的填寫,于是,再次打電話,發短信給還沒有填好安置信息的同學,催促他們填寫雇主單位安置信息,如果沒有及時填寫,就會在本學期產學合作中被掛掉,而且由于產學合作只能在大四的時候補修,很麻煩。所以,我很負責地一個一個地催那些沒有填寫安置信息的同學。但是,有一個學生一直到很晚才確定雇主單位,然后,在快到填寫安置截止日期的時候,他跟我說登陸不進去,然后,我趕緊給我的老師聯系,;老師讓他打學院電話,重置密碼,結果,恰逢禮拜五下午,學院老師放假了,沒辦法,只能等到禮拜打電話,當時,我也和他一樣著急緊張死了。不過,終于還是在截止日給填好了,不然,他就得掛掉了,好險,最可怕的就是,必須得等到大四的時候才能重修,可能會影響的畢業。
打電話給所有的雇主單位,確認學生是否在崗工作并詳細了解學生的工作狀況和工作態度是我們第二個工作階段的任務。在同學們填寫好了雇主單位安置信息之后,我登陸了協調員系統,逐個地打電話給學生工作的公司,確認該同學是否在該公司上班,并考察學生的工作認真情況。記得以前在培訓的時候,培訓人說在打電話的過程中,一定要態度謙和友好,本著認真負責的態度,不作假,不徇私,一切以事實說話。所以打電話的時候,我一方面注意自己態度的溫和,另一方面,詢問清楚該同學的工作情況。大多數電話的聯系,還是蠻順利的。不過,還有,很多電話或是停機,或是沒人接,或是說該同學沒有在該地方工作。接著,我開始與學生聯系,詢問具體情況。然后,一遍一遍繼續給同學們的雇主打電話,有時候,電話一直沒人接,我會隔幾個小時打一次,一直打,有時候我自己都覺得我很煩,不過沒辦法,直到確認到學生的工作為止。工作二,最終也還是順利的完成了。
緊接著,開始了了最重要的一個環節。就是走訪在上海實習的學生,我在協調員系統確定并標記在上海參加工作的學生的工作時間,以便后續對他們工作的跟進和走訪。然后,在七月中旬的時候,我開始與在上海實習的學生約定時間,方便我去走訪他們。
在走訪學生我的陳宛晴同學之前,我提前給她打電話,詢問其具體工作時間,工作地點,并和她約定好走訪日期。
然后,在七月二十三日上午,我到達了上海市寶山區顧新路21號。陳宛晴同學帶著我參觀了她的工作環境,拜訪了她的上司和同事,并給我介紹了她的工作內容以及她的職責。陳宛晴實習的公司主要是銷售五金等產品,而她從事的工作是會計出納,負責管理現金和記日記賬等一系列工作。
隨后,我詢問了陳宛晴的上司關于陳宛晴同學的工作情況。“這個小姑娘比較勤勞踏實,做事也比較認真負責,挺上進的。”其同事也稱贊其性格活潑開朗,容易相處,勤快善良,比較乖巧能干。她的老板也表示以后還愿意讓這個學生去他們公司實習和工作,聽她的老板在夸她,我感覺也特別的自豪,感覺陳同學為學校掙光了一樣。隨后,我和陳宛晴同學在她的辦公室以及公司門前各拍了一張照片,就回去了。
在產學合作快接近尾聲的時候,還有一個環節,就是給所帶教學生在工作中的表現,以及之前打電話聯系他們時,走訪時他們工作的情況給他們批注,以及他們同事及老板的評價,他們自己寫的產學合作業務報告的情況進行綜合地評分,對于這個光榮的任務,我本著認真負責的態度,嚴格按照學生的實際情況,該得多少分就給多少分,不徇私,不舞弊,無偏見,謹慎的按照程序客觀公正地評分。還是很開心,有這樣一個機會,可以體驗一次當老師的感覺,很榮耀,很滿足。
在擔任產學合作協調員工作的期間,我學到了很多東西。首先,學會不管遇到什么狀況,都要冷靜,都要踏實地工作,著急是沒有用的,事情還是要一步一步地完成的。比如,在第一個階段,聯系不上那個外蒙古同學時,要循序漸進地,通過電話,扣扣,微信等各種軟件,各種方式聯系她。再比如,在那個同學,在臨近截止日期,仍然登陸不上學工系統時,這時候,也只能耐心地等待,等到了禮拜一,趕緊給學院打電話重置。所以,事情,不能急,要慢慢來,這次,好好磨了我的急躁的性格。在當協調員這個過程中,我還學到很多其他的東西,比如,要有耐心,要堅持,盡管遇到很多困難,我還是要坦然面對,盡管很多同學聯系不上或者不接電話,不回短信時,我還是得堅持的打過去,知道聯系到通知到他們為止。
當然,也遇到了很多困難和意料之外的事情,比如剛剛開始,給同學發短信,詢問或者通知一些問題的時候,很多同學都不回短信。為了確認通知到信息,我就只好不停地給他們發短信確認。實在不行,就打電話。感覺挺氣餒的,被他們給無視了。不過,想想當初協調員培訓時,老師的教誨時,以及本著對他們負責任的態度,所以,我只好若無其事地繼續該發短信就發短信詢問,就像一個打不死的小強,盡量態度和善溫柔一些,慢慢的,大概跟同學熟了,他們回短信積極多了。我收集資料也就得心應手地多了。在接下來的督查工作中,我一直好好和同學相處,盡量幫他們處理他們遇到的問題,準確傳達無誤的信息,確認他們暑期工作的順利完成。還有一點想說的是,和這些同學接觸,又使我認識了好多以前不可能接觸到的別的專業的校友,擴充了我的人脈,我很興奮,認識到這么多新的的朋友。這些都是因為做協調員,才能學到和得到的。
我所協調的學生當中,有兩個外蒙古的學生,還有好多個學生是港澳臺的學生也是一個很讓我頭痛的事情是,剛剛開始的時候,部分的手機還是能打的通的,但是后來,想聯系他們的時候,屢屢短信不回的時候,我開始警惕起來,就打電話過去,才發現已經打不通了,意識到他們已經回臺灣了,所以在大陸的手機就停用了。然后,沒辦法,只能重新搜集他們的新的聯系方式,微信,扣扣等,但是很不方便的是,很多時候,有緊急事宜通知他們的時候,總是沒有電話方便,他們可能不登陸就收不到信息,導致信息延遲,挺苦惱的。不過,好在,在整個過程中,還是耽誤什么重要的事情。所以,協調員工作還是很順利地結束了。
我很開心,在擔任協調員的過程當中,我更好地了解了學校的產學合作的由來,產學合作的性質和特色以及其具體運作情況,所以,我更加覺得我們學校的產學合作的意義的重要性,我覺得學校實行產學合作教育,是非常有必要的,對于我們學生的適應社會的能力是有很大的幫助的,同時,通過暑期的辛勤工作,更讓同學知道為工作求生存的不易,體會到讀書的樂趣,從而珍惜大學時光,奮發努力,同時更為日后走上工作崗位積累經驗,增加學校就業率,提高學校的威望,吸引更多的學者來為我校的繁榮昌盛喝彩。另外,我校是國內唯一一個實行產學合作的學校,因此,我們更應該搞好產學合作之一教學項目,使之成為我校的一大特色,亦可以吸引更多的學校向我們學校學習,以我們學校為榜樣,跟我們一起搞產學合作這一教學項目,使產學合作成為大學的必需功課。
我堅決擁護我們學校的產學合作,并且認真實施我在產學合作工作中的任務和職責,也就是做好我的協調員的工作,認真負責地協調我的學生,指導他們的工作,負責并客觀地給他們評分。
