在準備澳洲留學材料過程中，發現畢業證、學位證、成績單、戶口薄、出生證明都是需要公證滴

很大菜鳥們開始面對這些雜七雜八的材料和從未接觸過的公證時不曉得從哪里入手

也不曉得該如何準備材料

其實即使是中介代理申請國外學校的親們在起初遇到公證問題的時候都會有一蘿框的疑問，更何況是那些DIY的童鞋?

例如，申請學校和辦理簽證需要哪些公證?

在哪里辦理，是自己家鄉還是自己所在地?

公證如何收費?可以自己翻譯證書么?

公證錯了應該找誰負責?

希望看了這篇貼后，親們能找到答案。

首先，我們來了解一下公證的定義吧。公證是指國家公證機關根據當事人的申請，依照法定程序，對法律行為及有法律意義的文件和事實，確認其真實性和合法性的一種活動。公證機關，是由國家設置的，行使國家公證職能的機構，我國的公證機關是市、縣公證處，還有外交代表機關即駐外使館、領事館。公證處受司法行政機關領導;但它本身不是國家司法行政機關，而是國家公證機關。各公證處之間沒有隸屬關系，各自出具的公證書，都具有同等的效力。我們的留學公證一定是市級以上的公證處做的涉外公證，目的就是證明你的證件的有效性以及你的證件的譯本是否和原件符合。畢業證，學位證，成績單可在你所在地的市公證處公證，有中介的同學可以請中介代理，戶口簿和出生證明則一定要到你的戶籍所在地的市公證處辦理。

涉外公證書的格式都大體相同：按先后順序，第一頁是證書原件，然后是原件的譯本，公證詞，公證詞的翻譯。翻譯很重要哦，因為很可能你公證書上的翻譯有嚴重錯誤,從而影響你的申請!(我就遇到過這樣的悲劇@_@，所以首先想到要寫一篇關于公證的貼子)由于現在很多垃圾公證，他們自己不會翻譯，只能請翻譯公司翻譯，而很多翻譯公司又是垃圾公司，不負責任趕時間，造成錯譯或者亂譯，抑或是一些低級錯誤。通常小城市的公證處都是找省里的翻譯公司翻譯的。我申請了兩所學校，一所是MQ和USYD，兩所學校我是8月26號同時遞的申請，MQ的OFFER在9月29號就下來了，而悉大的OFFER一個多月了一直就沒有消息。后來收到通知，說是我的成績單的公證有問題，要我重新遞交一份有效的成績。我當時傻了，難道公證也會出錯?我于是找到我的公證自己好好檢查了一下，才發現確實公證的翻譯有錯誤，95分翻譯成85分，口語譯成聽力。我當時很氣憤，真的不能太相信公證處了。可是由于時間緊迫，我必須盡快拿到OFFER，我也沒有找公證處理論，自己翻譯了一份成績，確保無誤后找學校領導蓋了章，第二天就遞交上去了?？赡躆Q大學在審理我的材料的時候不是很仔細，所以給了我OFFER，而悉大則相對嚴格，所以遲遲沒給我OFFER。后來，成績submit過去后的第四天就給了我OFFER。

在不同省市辦公證收費是不同的，自己翻譯和讓公證處幫助翻譯的價格也不同。(申請悉大可以不用公證了的成績，只要是學校承認的英文成績單就可以了。)其實這些證件都是可以自己翻譯的。我去做戶口簿公證的時候，標準收費是公證加翻譯一共680元，自己翻譯300元。因為有經驗，我自己翻譯，于是用相機在公證處拍了一個戶口本的翻譯樣本，自己花了一個小時就搞定了，節約了380元!還有一次我做了一個委托公證，我自己去問價時說是要收250元，然后讓我爸找他熟悉的公證員，他花50元就辦好了。還是那句話，對公證處真的很無語!^_^很多DIY的同學在辦理時都是希望盡量節約成本，像公證上的一些翻譯費用完全可以節約下來哦，不要讓公證處“黑”了可愛的童鞋們。

Tips: 筒子們在申請學?；蛘咦龊炞C的時候，不要太相信公證處，拿到公證后一定要仔細檢查公證是否有疏漏;如果親的公證處允許，親可以自己翻譯你要公證的證件，這樣可以節約大概50%的公證費;用來申請悉尼大學的成績單可以不用公證，公證了反而可能增加不必要的麻煩，親可以直接用學校承認的英文成績單申請;拿到任何公證，親都應該及時發現公證件錯誤的地方，因為如果因為公證的問題而耽誤了親的申請，即使公證處愿意給你重新公證，或者賠償，親也是得不償失啦，關鍵是要保證親能順利拿到OFFER。
