幸福原來如此簡單

宜昌市寶塔河小學502班王思伊

今天，老師給我們布置得作文題是《幸福原來如此簡單》，我覺得不會寫，就給媽媽打電話求助，媽媽讓我仔細想一想，其實幸福就在我身邊，時刻與我相隨！坐在書桌前，我百思不得其解，我幸福嗎？我想到了吃飯時爸爸總是往我碗里夾菜，還讓我喝不喜歡的酸奶；上學時媽媽總是嘮叨著：看清楚了過馬路，注意安全；婆婆、姨媽時常偷偷地（媽媽不允許）往我書包里塞零花錢，讓我買喜歡的小玩具；還有我和小伙伴們時常相約去爬磨基山、去圖書館看書、去公園野餐等等，難道這就是幸福嗎？哦，是的，這就是我簡單的幸福！我恍然大悟。我想起了前幾天媽媽的話，原來我也是媽媽的“小幸福”。

那天在家剛寫完作業，媽媽就下班回來了。媽媽進門就躺在了沙發上休息，幾分鐘后媽媽掙扎著坐起來，問我：“餓了吧？我給你做飯去！”我還沒來得及回答，媽媽就進了廚房。吃完晚飯，我畫畫，媽媽拿出工作包，又開始了忙碌的工作。前兩天媽媽告訴我，她們單位要迎接上級領導的檢查，會很忙，回來很晚。連續幾天，即使回來的早一點，也會在家繼續工作。家里很安靜，只聽見媽媽寫字的沙沙聲。突然，我想到媽媽今天上班穿的高跟鞋，忙了一天，腳肯定會不舒服。我便跑到衛生間拿過盆，給媽媽倒了一盆熱水，端出去。“媽媽，你腳疼嗎？泡泡腳吧！”媽媽從忙碌中抬起頭，茫然的看著我，看到我手里端著的盆，才反應過來。媽媽接過盆放下，把腳放進去，舒服的吐了口氣。我又拎了瓶熱水，放在她邊兒上，“媽媽，水涼了，你就加點兒！我畫畫去了。”媽媽一把抱住了我，親了親我的額頭，說：“寶貝兒，媽媽有你真幸福啊！”

現在想起媽媽的夸獎，心里都還是暖洋洋的，心想：其實幸福離我們很近，也很簡單，只要我們伸伸手！

我們院子里打掃衛生的曹奶奶，這幾天總是怒容滿面。我悄悄地問他們家張爺爺，張爺爺告訴我：對面那棟樓的住戶總是有幾家缺少公德心，喜歡從樓上往下丟垃圾、潑水，垃圾隨風飛灑，滿院子都是不說，有時曹奶奶還會被砸到，大聲提醒了幾次，收效甚微。真愁人！其實曹奶奶和所有的環衛工人一樣，他們的幸福也很簡單，只希望能有人體諒他們，尊重他們的勞動成果，只要我們上前一小步，則文明一大步！

上學后和小伙伴兒們討論，其實我們每個人對幸福的想法都不一樣：有人想讓在外打工的父母能回來陪自己過生日；有人想擁有一個有爸爸和媽媽的家；有人想得到老師的一句夸獎；有人想找回丟失了的泰迪犬。小飯桌的爺爺也告訴我，他的幸福要求就是希望在外謀生的子女們都能平平安安，常回家看看！我終于明白了，我們想要的幸福是有愛相隨，如此簡單！

第四篇：聆聽首師大王陸教授

聆聽首師大王陸教授“基于真實性評估的教師專業發展COP”講座有感

12月1日，在學校教科室石主任的帶領下，我們去長沙聽了一場關于“基于真實性評估的教師專業發展COP”的講座，王陸簡介：工學學士、教育學博士，首都師范大學教授，智能學習支持環境方向學術帶頭人。北京市面向信息化教師專業發展基地負責人，首都師范大學現代教育技術重點實驗室主任。博士畢業于西北師范大學，師從我國電化教育的開拓者與奠基人南國農先生，研究方向為智能學習支持環境和e_Learning基本理論。

下面我來說說講座的主要內容：

講座總共分為四個部分：

一、基于真實性評估的教師專業發展是什么

這個部分主要解釋了什么是真實性評估，以前聽過診斷性評價、形成性評價、總結性評價，但沒有聽過真實性評價，真實性評估通俗的來說就是一種基于真實情境的評價方式，只有將教與學放到厲害關系的時候才能發揮作用，比如，我們將怎么評價老師上課？我們可以錄像，然后用S-T表進行分析，得出評估表，然后又比較了教師1.0學習與教師2.0學習的區別。

二、基于真實性評估的教師專業發展要做什么

王老師將教師知識分為兩種一種是學科取向的內容知識，一種是實踐取向的默會知識，第一種知識是比較容易得到的，第二種知識是一種隱性知識，不容易得到。然后給我們列舉了一些關于真實性評估的案例，強調為什么要獲得實踐取向的隱性知識，這個知識的獲得是決定了我們教師專業化程度的一個指標，也是新手教師和成熟教師的重要區別，所以我們有必要做這個項目。

三、基于真實性評估的教師專業發展如何做

這是本次講座的重點部分，主要介紹了COP，COP就是面向實踐性知識創建教師社會網絡，它其實是一個教師實踐社區，它是由深圳巨龍科教高技術股份有限公司與首師大聯合推行的一個基于網絡的教師專業發展COP平臺，但是很可惜我一直沒有找到這個網址，好像只能對合作學校開放的這個平臺，在這個平臺上有很多的支持服務，總共有12類共4096種服務，這個平臺主要的功能：首先，我們要對合作的學校進行改裝，教室安裝電子交互白板、攝像頭、電腦等設備，這樣一套設備價值大概在兩萬左右吧。然后，教師在上課之前按下開關按鈕進行錄像，在結束后按上傳按鈕，視頻即可上傳到這個平臺上。最關鍵是，首師大的研究團隊可以通過S-T軟件和其他課堂分析軟件對它進行分析，得到該節課的真實性評估，可以得出，這節課是什么教學模式、師生互動比有多少等等一些精確的數據，課后可以供教師進行反思。

四、我們的信念

最后談到信念，認為隱性知識學習的幾個要素，其中最重要的就是信念要素。

本次講座的給我的印象最深的就是那個COP平臺，但是很遺憾的是，在網絡上沒有找到，只找到了首師大王陸教授的研究團隊網址http:///，給我印象深刻的還有就是真實性評估，王老師總是用中西醫的方法來比喻對教師教學進行診斷，讓我聯想到了一個新的職業——教育診斷師，教育技術人可以利用適當的技術來診斷教育問題，我們也可以在網絡上開設教育診斷室，因為，目前很多教師不能很好的知道自己的教學問題，可能他覺得一節課上的還不錯，但是沒有人告訴他的教學中存在的問題，我們可以通過中醫的望聞聽切來初步診斷出病癥，還可以利用西醫的精確診斷來給教師進行評估，形成真實性評估報告，教師通過自己的反思，最后治愈自己不足之處。

陸王莊社區調解委員會工作計劃

2012年，社區人民調解工作將圍繞以人為本、科學發展的思路，堅持預防為主、防調結合的工作方針，努力化解一切民間矛盾糾紛，減少社會矛盾糾紛的激化，維護人民群眾的合法權益，維護本地區的和諧穩定。

1、時刻把握時事動態。社區人民調解委員會不定期地組織全體調解工作人員學習各種政策、法律，掌握最新的時政動態，為調解工作的深入打好理論基礎。為了更好地學習掌握新的調解工作方式方法，繼續堅持開展每年二次的人民調解員培訓工作。

2、堅持矛盾糾紛排查分析制度。堅持屬地管理，誰主管誰負責的原則，明確職責，落實措施，著眼于早發現、早報告、早解決，把預防工作作為關鍵環節來抓，重點落實好三排查：即落實社區每半月的定期排查分析制度；落實特殊時期以及重大節假日其間的重點排查；落實對矛盾糾紛重點地區、重點人群、重點行業的重點排查。在做好正常排查調處工作的同時，特別要組織好重大事件的集中專項排查活動，防范和化解社會矛盾糾紛，維護社會穩定。

3、堅持報告制度。社區人民調解委員會定期上報每月調解報表和雙周排查情況，社區人民調解委員會定期上報調解報表和分析情況。重、特大矛盾和緊急事件要做到特事特辦，不得因工作失誤造成無法換回的影響和損失。

4、堅持半月一次的人民調解工作例會制度，通過會議及時傳達新的調解工作精神和新頒布的法律法規，學習和交流新的工作經驗。

5、指導人民調解工作。社區人民調解委員會認真履行指導社區和單位人民調解工作的義務，在檔案、資料等方面建立一整套的規范管理模式。

6、完善公調對接管理機制。特別是在2012年建立公安派出所人民調解工作室的檔案資料的收集整理和歸檔工作。

7、建立一整套的人民調解工作考核機制。成立人民調解工作考核小組，擬定出臺考核目標。要對各單位、公安人民調解工作室實行考核機制，做到平時與半年、全年考核相結合，做到公平、公正、公開，進一步規范人民調解工作行為，為適應《人民調解法》的出臺做好準備。

8、提倡創新人民調解工作思路，在堅持原則的基礎上想方設法地化解矛盾糾紛，并形成新的調解模式。

9、人民調解委員會在上、下半年完成調解信息各2條。要求信息質量高，有較強的交流性和研讀性，禁止從網絡上下載。

10、積極完成上級交辦的各項任務。

11、爭取走出去。學習其他調委會的工作經驗，做到取長補短，不斷地提高自身的調解水平。
