不足之處在于:讓學(xué)生根據(jù)聽力內(nèi)容,運(yùn)用1b中的信息,首先理解對(duì)話、模仿對(duì)話,進(jìn)行表演對(duì)話。這一環(huán)節(jié)能夠很好地體現(xiàn)出學(xué)生合作學(xué)習(xí)、互相交流的精神,培養(yǎng)語言能力和創(chuàng)新精神。課堂上進(jìn)行練習(xí)的不夠充分。課堂教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)不夠科學(xué)實(shí)效,備課也不夠充分,對(duì)于學(xué)生的課堂反應(yīng)估計(jì)過高。小組合作竟學(xué)這個(gè)模式,自己運(yùn)用的不夠充分,熟練,很牽強(qiáng)。今后要多加強(qiáng)小組合作竟學(xué)模式的運(yùn)用,貫穿于自己的教學(xué)中去。學(xué)生對(duì)英語學(xué)習(xí)缺乏興趣、自信心和學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力;在英語課堂上不積極參與,缺少主動(dòng)發(fā)言的熱情或根本不愿意發(fā)言;另外,相當(dāng)一部分學(xué)生在聽新課時(shí)跟不上老師的節(jié)奏或不能理解教師相對(duì)較快的指示語。反思:我們老師應(yīng)該給予學(xué)生進(jìn)行獨(dú)立思考、獨(dú)立解決問題的空間。而如何培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自學(xué)能力,我們教師在其中起著極為重要的引導(dǎo)和啟發(fā)的作用應(yīng)充分認(rèn)識(shí)到:一節(jié)課有沒有效益,并不是指教師有沒有教完內(nèi)容或教得認(rèn)真不認(rèn)真,而是指學(xué)生有沒有學(xué)到什么或?qū)W生學(xué)得好不好。如果學(xué)生不想學(xué)或?qū)W了沒有收獲,即使教師教得很辛苦也是無效教學(xué);或者學(xué)生學(xué)得很辛苦,卻沒有得到應(yīng)有的發(fā)展,也是無效或低效教學(xué)。課堂效益意識(shí)體現(xiàn)在教學(xué)的設(shè)計(jì)中要充分為學(xué)而教,以學(xué)生如何有效獲取知識(shí),提高能力的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)。課堂設(shè)計(jì)要有助于學(xué)生在課堂上積極參與,有助于他們有效內(nèi)化知識(shí)與信息,要重視學(xué)習(xí)方法的指導(dǎo),在教學(xué)中恰當(dāng)?shù)赝貙捊虒W(xué)內(nèi)容。
