1．要找出景區的特色，根據市場需求，把它設計成適合游客消費的產品；

6.充分利用景區旅游產品“準公共產品”的特點，在廣告宣傳上盡量少花錢多辦事；

上海奉賢注冊公司優惠政策

奉賢區在近年來積極爭取各項稅收政策，為選擇奉賢開發區注冊公司的個人與組織提供越來越有效的稅收優惠政策：

1.在奉賢開發區注冊公司投資及從事奉賢輸配電產業，生產，研發，市場營銷，企業可以享受3年，所得稅(除個人所得稅)地區受益于增值部分的70%增值稅，營業稅管轄區對部分獎勵40%的利益，區中小企業貸款擔保中心還提供不少于1:1信用擔保貸款，以提高企業的銀行貸款，融資的能力。

2.凡在奉賢開發區注冊公司，并投資定居下來，享受金融私營部門的技術改造給予優惠，每年公司收入超過50的獎勵，如一些獎勵%的收入稅的。

3.其中固定資產投資在奉賢50.000億元，在奉賢注冊的全資、控股和相對控股企業注冊10.00億元資金，在奉賢區注冊公司為三年，高達500年銷售收入連續兩年萬元人民幣，由上海市委中華人民共和國政府確定的大型企業可享受城市申請永久居留登記，相關的優惠政策，以促進其子女的教育。

另外，對于奉賢區入駐的外資公司，也有獨特的稅收優惠政策：

1.新的生產外國注冊公司來說，經營利潤從年初開始，10余年間，制定除所得稅，由國家規定可以享受兩免三減比優惠政策，但也增加了誘因從一些地區的年收益的一半局部地區的利益。

2.外資企業注冊登記后，若企業利潤中的外國投資者獲得部分再直接投資于該企業，不少于5年的營運期間，稅務機關，退還其再投資部分申請核準投資已繳納所得稅40%稅。外商在中國注冊的外商投資企業進行直接再投資和擴大出口企業或先進技術企業，經營不少于五年，經國家稅務機關批準申請的投資者，其所有重新退還部分投資已繳納企業所得稅。

3.經國務院批準的就業人數外國注冊的企業，以指導目錄項目，鼓勵更多的外國資本投資注冊的企業增加6000萬美元以上，或增加超過15個，注冊資本萬美元，注冊資本超過50以上的不少于5年的營運期原來，該投資者的申請，稅務機關批準其在由執行繳納的部分所得稅稅款增加投資%兩免三減半。

4.根據我國和上海市政府部門的要求，外國注冊的公司被確定為產品出口企業或先進技術企業，經過考試合格，可以享受以下優惠政策：

1)產品出口按照國家規定的企業，享受減免企業所得稅期滿，凡超過70%，年出口銷售業務，可以支付一半的企業所得稅現行稅率。

2)技術先進的奉賢注冊公司按照國家規定享受減免企業所得稅期滿，仍然是先進技術企業，可以延長三年繳納的企業所得稅減少一半。
