初二英語(yǔ)備課組“跳棋興趣小組”活動(dòng)小結(jié)

在本學(xué)期的跳棋興趣小組的活動(dòng)快結(jié)束的時(shí)刻，我們針對(duì)本小組活動(dòng)特作如下小結(jié)：

在舉行活動(dòng)之前，我們進(jìn)行了分配與踩點(diǎn)，最后比賽地點(diǎn)定在校門口辦公樓旁的大樟樹下，那是一個(gè)很有意境，很優(yōu)雅的地方。在分配班級(jí)比賽時(shí)，用的方法是抽簽法，抽到相同號(hào)的兩個(gè)班級(jí)進(jìn)行比賽，各班選取兩名選手進(jìn)行第一場(chǎng)比賽，每一局勝出者只有一個(gè)進(jìn)行第二輪比賽，最后勝出者進(jìn)入決賽，并分為1、2、3名，每一賽區(qū)都有一名裁判，裁判在參賽之前講解比賽規(guī)則，在比賽進(jìn)行中并監(jiān)督和管理賽場(chǎng)紀(jì)律。

在比賽時(shí)，參賽的同學(xué)們一個(gè)個(gè)聚精會(huì)神的下著棋，仿佛他們就是這個(gè)戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)上的將軍，鄭鎮(zhèn)定自如的指揮著他們的士兵進(jìn)行攻城占地，連我們?cè)谂赃呥M(jìn)行拍照她們都沒(méi)有留意到。等到她們發(fā)覺(jué)時(shí)也是會(huì)含蓄笑著用手去遮擋鏡頭。當(dāng)然也有并不是一味進(jìn)攻的人，他們運(yùn)用這他們的智慧堵住了一批批進(jìn)攻的人，還有一些是愛(ài)好和平的人，他們經(jīng)常在別人無(wú)計(jì)可施時(shí)，會(huì)慷慨解囊、傾情獻(xiàn)計(jì)，讓旁邊觀看的同學(xué)們看的津津有味，心里癢癢的。后悔沒(méi)來(lái)參加比賽，看著他們興致勃勃的樣子也都想上場(chǎng)大展身手，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)也有老師的到來(lái)觀看，還有一味老師帶著孫子一同前來(lái)觀戰(zhàn)，還一邊給孫子講解棋賽。

在比賽結(jié)束后，我們又進(jìn)行了拍照留戀，把勝出的同學(xué)留下合影，留下了在學(xué)校美好的回憶。

賽程總共進(jìn)行了兩個(gè)中午的時(shí)間，在結(jié)束的時(shí)刻同學(xué)們帶著歡快的腳步回到了教室中，而我們這些干事還在戀戀不舍的進(jìn)行拍照留念。

雖然在比賽的期間，我們部門的干部都處在忙碌狀態(tài)，有累有笑，但這些都是成正比的。甚至有時(shí)為了布置賽場(chǎng)而連中飯也沒(méi)有時(shí)間吃，要在賽后才能忙忙的吃上幾口，但我們還是樂(lè)在其中，比賽圓滿成功，“不經(jīng)歷風(fēng)雨怎能見得彩虹，先苦后甜嘛”。

這次活動(dòng)的開展很成功，也提示著我們開展活動(dòng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)越來(lái)越豐富了，我相信：“皇天不負(fù)苦心人，萬(wàn)事開頭難”，在以后的日子里，我們會(huì)越辦越好，越辦越大。

2011學(xué)第二學(xué)期英語(yǔ)備課組工作總結(jié)

本學(xué)期我們備課組認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)領(lǐng)會(huì)二期課改的教學(xué)理念，踏踏實(shí)實(shí)完成各項(xiàng)教學(xué)任務(wù)，齊心協(xié)力搞好英語(yǔ)教學(xué)。作為一線的教師，在一學(xué)期的教學(xué)實(shí)踐中，備課組同事們認(rèn)真探討、鉆研和勇于實(shí)踐，獲得了寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，取得了優(yōu)異的成績(jī)，收獲頗多，下面對(duì)本學(xué)期我們備課組的工作做一總結(jié)：

一、我們每位教師認(rèn)真鉆研教材，學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)代教育教學(xué)理論。堅(jiān)持集體備課，發(fā)揮集體智慧，解決教學(xué)中重難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題，加強(qiáng)教學(xué)交流。備課組每周研究教學(xué)活動(dòng)1次。參考資料統(tǒng)一，測(cè)試試卷統(tǒng)一，資源共享。分工合作搜集資料，提高辦事效率，減輕個(gè)人工作負(fù)擔(dān)。認(rèn)真對(duì)待、出好每一次的月考題并詳細(xì)地作考試質(zhì)量分析，找出存在問(wèn)題與不足之處，制定解決方法與措施。因此月考成績(jī)一次比一次有進(jìn)步。分工合作做好培優(yōu)補(bǔ)差工作，使學(xué)生在原有的基礎(chǔ)上有所進(jìn)步。本備課組學(xué)習(xí)氣氛濃，本學(xué)期每人至少聽課8節(jié)，在教學(xué)當(dāng)中注意取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短，努力提高自己的課堂教學(xué)水平與教學(xué)效率。

二、盡心盡力，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。大家都非常敬業(yè).盼望以自己的敬業(yè)精神來(lái)感動(dòng)學(xué)生,從而變被動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)為主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí).為了提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣,我們是八仙過(guò)海,各顯神通,可謂是軟硬兼施,連哄帶騙.只要是學(xué)生肯學(xué),老師不惜犧牲自己的休息時(shí)間,幫助學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ).從整體情況看來(lái),學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣和學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度有了很大的改變，養(yǎng)成了善學(xué)樂(lè)學(xué)的好習(xí)慣。

三、備課組團(tuán)結(jié)作戰(zhàn),圓滿完成教學(xué)任務(wù).大家互相學(xué)習(xí),取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短，齊心協(xié)力，共同作好教書育人工作。本學(xué)期內(nèi)大家嚴(yán)格按學(xué)校要求,經(jīng)?；ハ嗦犝n,評(píng)課,交流上課的心得，全體老師都圓滿完成了教學(xué)任務(wù)，各班考試成績(jī)穩(wěn)中有升。在教學(xué)中我們經(jīng)常利用多媒體、游戲等輔助教學(xué)，吸引學(xué)生的注意力，提高課堂學(xué)習(xí)效果，因而學(xué)生們都喜愛(ài)外語(yǔ)課，學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)自然提高更快。全年級(jí)學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)成績(jī)穩(wěn)中有升，學(xué)生學(xué)英語(yǔ)的氣氛濃厚，英語(yǔ)能力強(qiáng)。為了提高學(xué)生的閱讀能力，平時(shí)我們將“中學(xué)生英文報(bào)”的內(nèi)容結(jié)合在課堂教學(xué)中，使學(xué)生的知識(shí)得到有效的拓展。學(xué)生們的創(chuàng)新能力也得到了提高。

四、本備課組積極參加教研活動(dòng).每次活動(dòng)都是人到的最齊,到的最早.對(duì)布置下來(lái)的任務(wù),每次都按時(shí)按質(zhì)按量完成,積極支持科組工作.備課組內(nèi)堅(jiān)持集體備課，其它時(shí)間隨時(shí)隨地有問(wèn)題及時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)解決，全年級(jí)資源共享。年級(jí)統(tǒng)一進(jìn)度。每小單元一次年級(jí)考試。期中年級(jí)統(tǒng)一考試，題目出完后大家反復(fù)研究談?wù)?力爭(zhēng)不漏掉一個(gè)重點(diǎn)考點(diǎn).期末復(fù)習(xí)練習(xí)題大家分工編寫,各人負(fù)責(zé)一個(gè)專項(xiàng),既節(jié)約了勞動(dòng)力,又更有利于各人發(fā)揮強(qiáng)項(xiàng).大家都只有一個(gè)念頭,提高年級(jí)的英語(yǔ)成績(jī).五、我組老師還相當(dāng)注重自身的學(xué)習(xí)，教科研意識(shí)強(qiáng)。幾位老師都認(rèn)真撰寫教學(xué)論文，出版在學(xué)校的論文集上。注重自身的專業(yè)化發(fā)展，不斷提高自己的文化修養(yǎng)和道德素養(yǎng)。

當(dāng)然，我們的工作中還存在著許多不足，特別是各班都有幾個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)困難學(xué)生,他們拖了班級(jí)的后退,也影響了班級(jí)的學(xué)習(xí)。
