祈使句：表示命令；勸告；叮囑；建議別人做或者不做一件事，句末通常有感嘆號(hào)。祈使句的主語(yǔ)是第二人稱，通常省略；開頭用動(dòng)詞原形，否定形式在開頭加don’t。Eg.Don’t play football in the street!不要在街上踢足球！

本人有幸參加了為期一天的牛津英語(yǔ)新教材小學(xué)英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)，雖然時(shí)間較短，但是我感覺受益匪淺，感受頗深。下面談?wù)勍ㄟ^培訓(xùn)后的一些自己的心得和體會(huì)。

培訓(xùn)期間，教研員為我們安排了豐富的內(nèi)容，包括上海市寶山區(qū)教師進(jìn)修學(xué)院陸靜嫻教師對(duì)于教材的剖析與講解，教師之間的討論交流等。她們分別談了自己對(duì)新教材、新理念的一些看法，使我受益非淺，為我今后的教育教學(xué)明確了方向，理清了思路。

小學(xué)牛津英語(yǔ)課程的主要任務(wù)是通過對(duì)話、兒歌、故事、游戲等形式，重視英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)能力的培養(yǎng)。目標(biāo)定位在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行交際的跨文化交往能力，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生“國(guó)際理解與多元文化”的核心素養(yǎng)，為他們成為面向世界的現(xiàn)代化人才打下必要的基礎(chǔ)。作為一名小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師，我深感肩上責(zé)任重大，所以我要及時(shí)領(lǐng)會(huì)課程的新觀念、新特點(diǎn)，新要求，正確認(rèn)識(shí)把握教學(xué)目標(biāo)，調(diào)整教學(xué)方法和方式，力求在最短的時(shí)間內(nèi)吃透教材，找到感覺。

在此次培訓(xùn)中黃老師和陸老師能深入淺出地分析牛津教材的特點(diǎn)，將本教材的語(yǔ)言知識(shí)點(diǎn)作了詳細(xì)地分析，使得我們對(duì)于教材的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)能準(zhǔn)確地把握。語(yǔ)言點(diǎn)通過聽說讀寫模塊操練效果清晰可見。對(duì)于講座我有如下感想：

一、新教材課程建設(shè)上拓寬了英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的渠道，營(yíng)造了英語(yǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。我們的教學(xué)必須從課內(nèi)引申到課外，不要放棄對(duì)學(xué)生課外閱讀的指導(dǎo)。

二、新教材注重語(yǔ)言積累，開發(fā)學(xué)生潛能，淡化語(yǔ)法，不求系統(tǒng)，但求應(yīng)用。這就要求教師決不能把課堂變?yōu)樽约旱摹耙谎蕴谩保咸喜唤^、口若懸河地展示自己的口才，而要將話語(yǔ)權(quán)還給學(xué)生，極大地調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的發(fā)散性思維，強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生自覺參與，提高學(xué)生的感受和表達(dá)能力。要給學(xué)生提供盡可能多的語(yǔ)言實(shí)踐機(jī)會(huì)。

三、教師要改善學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式，變過去的“接受性學(xué)習(xí)”為“接受性、體驗(yàn)性、研究性”學(xué)習(xí)方式相結(jié)合。

其次，我們聆聽學(xué)習(xí)了幾位教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富并在一線教育工作的優(yōu)秀骨干教師對(duì)每一章節(jié)的知識(shí)點(diǎn)的剖析。她們能毫無保留地將自己在教學(xué)中積累的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)介紹給我們。使我們更快的熟悉了牛津新教材，并能準(zhǔn)確地把握每一章節(jié)、單元的重點(diǎn)，難點(diǎn)。同時(shí)也了解了如何將教改新理念轉(zhuǎn)化為教師的具體的實(shí)踐操作，覺得很受用。對(duì)以后怎么上課就更有底了。

總之，由于教研員章老師對(duì)這次培訓(xùn)做了充分的準(zhǔn)備（內(nèi)容豐富、形式多樣、有條 有理），加上我學(xué)習(xí)認(rèn)真、積極參與，因而收益匪淺，在今后的教學(xué)實(shí)踐過程中，我要進(jìn)一步貫徹這次培訓(xùn)強(qiáng)調(diào)的新理念，投入課改，提高英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的效果。我想，在今后的實(shí)際工作中，我要盡快把握新教材的思路，努力學(xué)習(xí)和樹立先進(jìn)的課程理念，用正確的課程理論指導(dǎo)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)實(shí)踐，在課程改革中提升育人能力、教學(xué)能力和科研能力。
