珠海市實驗中學義工分隊2011工作總結

珠海市實驗中學初、高中部全體師生，致力學生素質的全面發展，積極落實青年志愿者服務工作。初中部現有義工隊員250人，高中部現有義工隊員約600人，全校共有義工隊員約900人。

青年志愿者服務工作，不應是一招一式的形式性工作，而應是長期的、持續性的、有意義的、對學生綜合素質和能力的全面提高又切實意義的工作。我校的青年志愿者工作，一直堅持此項基本原則，在校內，發揮全體學生的主觀能力性，將工作落實到學生日常學習生活的每一個細節，開展長期性的系列活動；在校外，通過開展特色服務活動，進一步加強學生服務社會，服務他人的奉獻意識。

一、校內工作

（一）校內常規管理工作

主要承擔學校的小賣部規范管理、校園小交警和校園衛生檢查等任務，同時對校內的一些活動也經常進行志愿者服務。自成立以來，作風嚴謹，高效務實，受到了全體師生的大力支持，為我校的各項活動的順利開展提供了有力的保障。

12、敬老院慰問：十一月中旬，我部組織志愿者與香洲義工共同到敬老院進行

An old saying “No Pains, No gains.” reminds us that if people want to be successful and outstanding, they must make their own efforts to overcome all the possible difficulties.For example, the Chinese athletes’ excellent performance in 2004 Olympic Games in Athens is definitely the result of their hard training.If they didn’t work hard, even those with the best talents,can’t compare with others and win the championship in games.Another case in point is my own learning experience.I was not good at English when I started learning it.Sometimes the result of the exam was so dissatisfactory that I almost gave up.It was the old saying: “No Pains, No gains.” that brought back my confidence.Since then, I took every chance to practise my English.Now I have made great progress and English became my favourite subject.
