大家下午好！

周而復始，日月輪回。今天是5月4日，今天我演講的主題是：保護生命，防震減災，做一個成熟的地球公民。

大家知道，幾年前的5月12日，在我國四川省汶川縣發生了里氏八級的強烈地震，給人們的生命和國家財產帶來了很大的損失。

我國是個地震多發的國家，地處在太平洋板塊和亞洲次大陸板塊的結合部位，受這兩大板塊的共同作用和擠壓，形成了我國西高東低復雜地形地貌。著名的地球之顛珠穆朗瑪峰就是地殼運動的結果，板塊漂移的杰作。其實，億萬年前，青藏高原一帶還是汪洋大海一片。人們不僅感嘆：地球運動的力量是多么神奇。

第一，學習科學，認識地球，預測地震。

人類對地球內部構造的探索從來就沒有停止。我國東漢時期有位杰出的大科學家名叫張衡，他于公元132年發明了世界上第一臺地動儀，張衡制造的這臺地動儀，相當靈敏準確。公元138年的一天，地動儀精確地測知距離洛陽500多公里的隴西發生地震，可見精密程度達到了相當高的水平。歐洲在1880年才制造出類似的地震儀，但在時間上晚了1700多年。當代我國最優秀的地質學家李四光、翁文波等人，經過長期的科學實踐，認為地震等自然災害是完全可以預測的，截止目前，運用李四光的預測理論，我國已經成功地預測了地震活躍帶上14次6級以上的地震其中的10次，準確率達70%。

盡管我們的祖先非常優秀，現在的科學進展也了不起。但是由于地質構造非常復雜，加上地震類型復雜多樣，人類的科學認識水平，到目前為止，還不能每次都準確地提前探測出地震，即使是世界科學發達的國家美國也做不到。所以現在人們雖然實現了毛主席生前預見的可上九天攬月的美夢，我們國家的嫦娥登月也即將成為現實；但是還做不到可下五洋捉鱉，通俗地講，也就是上天相對容易，入地反而更難。這是我們人類科學方面普遍遇到的一塊短板。需要我們當中未來產生更多的小張衡，從小學好地理知識，了解更多的地殼運動規律。從而象天氣預報那樣提前測報地震就好。

第二，認識自然，關注一些自然界異常現象，可能就是地震前兆。

我手里拿著一本淄博市地震局編印的防震減災手冊，當然，地震還是有些前兆的，比如講，天邊提前出現特別的地震云，有的地方地下水會變顏色，會發出異樣的聲響，有的動物會有特別的反應，1976年河北唐山大地震前，動物園的好多動物就亂跑嘶鳴，雞飛狗叫，這次汶川大地震前一兩天，上萬只癩蛤蟆集體搬家，只不過人們大多麻木，沒有重視和警惕，所以，人們也要好好向動物學習，這門學問叫仿生學。

第三，防震減災，杜絕人禍，警鐘常鳴，居安思危。

一次大地震會教我們清醒不少，我想，等同學們將來長大了，如果成為建筑工程師，你在設計的時候，首先要考慮提高房屋的防震標準，起碼得按八級設防。如果你將來長大了，成為一名科學家，你要更多地認識我們這個地球，探索更多的科學規律，盡到做到提前預報，減少損失；同時，不論何時何地，要有防患危機意識，當災難降臨時，不要慌亂，或就地臥倒，或在老師的指揮下有序疏散撒退到操場上，要學會自救自護，1995年9月20日臨沂蒼山發生5.2級地震，地震本身沒砸死一個人，卻造成320人受傷，其中56人重傷，其中絕大多數為震時學生跳樓受傷或爭搶外逃而被擠倒踩傷。然而，1976年唐山大地震青龍縣幾十萬鄉親無一傷亡，這次汶川大地震，安縣桑落中學2200名學生毫發無損。都因為積極有為，平時防微杜漸，創造了零傷亡的奇跡。

我們這個世界，有的人不幸死于象地震這樣的自然災害，也有不少人是死于無知，所以我們每一個公民，從小就要多學習一些科學知識和自救自護安全逃生知識，了解地理學、仿生學，就可以做到防震減災，我相信，隨著科學日新月異的進展，人類終將變得越來越成熟，人們能夠象預報天氣那樣準確性地預報地震，從而保護生命，減少損失。

同學們，還記得2008年的5月12日嗎？三年前的5月12日，四川省汶川地區發生了自新中國以來最為可怕的災難——8.0級大地震，地震造成7萬余人遇難，37萬余人受傷以及巨大的經濟損失。為此，我國把每年的“5月12日”定為了“防震減災日”。這，既是紀念四川汶川大地震故去的人們，也是提醒我們前事不忘、后事之師，增強全社會防震減災意識。

我國是世界上自然災害最為嚴重的國家之一，災害種類多、分布地域廣、發生頻率高、造成損失重。在全球氣候變化和我國經濟社會快速發展的背景下，近年來，我國自然災害損失不斷增加，重大自然災害乃至巨災時有發生，我國面臨的自然災害形勢嚴峻復雜，災害風險進一步加劇。

作為學生，我們要樹立足夠的危難意識，珍愛生命，最大限度保護自己，我們要學習地震應急避險知識，提高應對突發地震事件的能力，掌握必要的自我保護技能，為生命設防。那么，我們學生在地震發生時要注意哪些呢？

1．如果正在上課，地震來了，同學們一定在要在老師的指揮下，迅速抱頭，閉眼，趕快躲在自己的課桌下面。

2．第一次震感過后，大概也就是在幾十秒鐘，還是在老師的指揮下迅速、有序的，抱頭，撤離教室，在樓道里不要驚慌，又要喊叫，不要擁擠，避免踩傷，摔傷，沖出教學樓，沖向操場。

3．如果正在操場上上體育課，可原地不動，蹲下或趴下，雙手護著頭部，注意避開高大建筑物。

4．應該強調的是千萬不要跳樓！不要在窗臺邊上去！也不要到走廊的護欄邊上去，更不要尖叫，不要擁擠，迅速撤離教室、教學樓。剛才學老師在說到地震來了怎么辦的時候,同學們注意到了沒有,有兩個關鍵詞:一個是“在老師的指揮下”；一個是第一波地震來時“桌子”非常重要。

第一，通過這次期中考試，發現很多學生充分調動單詞的能力還有待加強，明明那些單詞學生都會說，但是當單詞出現在試卷上的時候，很多人就不認識了。雖然在平時早讀課的時候我都要求學生邊讀邊指，讀到哪指到哪，但是部分學生還沒能達到單詞句子認讀的要求。

第二，單詞，課文的鞏固力度還不夠，這也一直是學生們的一大弱項。家庭作業大都是以讀單詞，背課文為主，所以家長一定要做好監督工作。

第三，26個字母的大小寫書寫不規范。沒有注意特殊單詞首字母要大寫。

第四，注意細節，強化記憶。有些題學生明明是可以拿滿分的，可因為一些細節的東西而丟了分，這是最冤的。

下面介紹一下教材，四年級的英語，是小學英語學習中一個重要的階段。“萬丈高樓平地起”，只有地基打牢了，樓才能建得高。所以打好基礎是非常重要的。四年級是英語學習的初級階段和基礎階段，培養孩子良好的學習英語的學習習慣是最最要的。這些好的學習習慣會讓他們在英語學習的道路上受益匪淺。怎樣幫助孩子學好英語呢？我們老師自然是最直接的知識傳授者，雖然我們英語課時特別少，但是我會盡自己最大努力提高課堂效率。在此，我只是真誠地呼吁我們的家長配合學校，配合老師，我們共同努力來幫助孩子學好英語。我們要和孩子共同成長。因此我們要重視學生良好的學習習慣的培養。

“一輩子”的奉獻精神，或“一輩子”的服務精神，是雷鋒精神最根本、最主要的方面。雖然雷鋒只活了短短的22年，但據有人不完全統計，雷鋒做了200余件好事。他的生命是有限的，但是雷鋒的精神是永恒的。我們只有心懷祖國，感恩祖國，報效祖國，才叫不汪活一世人。

弘揚雷鋒“一顆釘”的學習精神

雷鋒曾說過：“有人說工作忙，沒有時間學習。我認為問題不在于工作忙，而在于你愿不愿意學習，會不會擠時間。釘子有兩個長處：一個是擠勁，一個是鉆勁。我們在學習上，也要提倡這種‘釘子’精神，善于擠和善于鉆。”現在我們抓緊時間努力學習，發揚雷鋒的“釘子”精神。
