毛莊小學春期安全教育周活動方案

一、指導思想

以“三個代表”重要思想為指導，以安全法律法規為準繩，進一步貫徹落實《中央社會治安綜合治理委員會、教育部關于教育系統進一步參與社會治安綜合治理工作的通知》精神，緊緊圍繞市教育局安全教育周活動，堅持“安全第一，預防為主”方針，切實做好學校師生安全教育，綜合整治校園安全隱患，防患于未然，以保障學校廣大師生人身財產安全和學生健康成長。深入開展法制教育、安全教育，提高學生的自護自救安全防范意識，決定開展為期一周的學生安全宣傳教育活動。

二、活動目的

通過開展“安全教育周”活動，進一步強化學校安全教育工作，幫助學生樹立安全意識、掌握安全知識、提高自我保護能力，動員全社會共同關注和支持學校安全工作，保證學校的教育教學工作健康有序的開展。

三、活動時間

自3月21日起至3月27日

四、活動內容

本次“安全教育周”活動的主要內容是“五全”、“五意識”教育。所謂“五全”教育是指對學生進行交通安全、消防安全、飲食安全、活動安全、身心安全的教育;所謂“五意識”是指通過活動以增強校長制定安全規范、教師執行安全措施、學生自我保護、家長支持配合、社會服務監督的“五種意識”。

五、活動要求

(一)提高認識，加強領導。

學校安全工作關系到學生的健康成長，關系到千百萬家庭的幸福安寧和全社會的穩定。學校迅速成立了安全教育工作領導小組，落實具體負責領導，主動與家長、有關部門聯系，認真策劃，廣泛發動，加強指導，嚴密組織。

(二)科學組織，講求實效。

我校安全教育活動將面向全體師生，全員參加，根據低中高年級段，圍繞“五全”、“五意識”積極組織和開展宣傳教育系列活動。

1、開辟一組宣傳櫥窗。

〔1〕利用學校宣傳欄的功能，在學校櫥窗內以漫畫、照片、圖片等形式布置一組宣傳板塊，深入淺出地將安全知識普及學生。

〔2〕開展“四個一”活動，營造安全教育氛圍。即制定好一個安全教育實施計劃，各班制定一份班級層面的安全教育方案;出刊一期以安全教育為主題的黑板報;召開一次安全教育的主題班會;使學生人人知曉在火災、地震等意外災害面前如何自我保護和逃生。使學生增強了安全意識，增強了自救逃生的能力，學會了自我保護。

〔3〕在各個樓梯口設立安全標語，如：“上下樓梯慢慢行”、“上下樓梯朝右走”、“課間游戲不蹦跑”、“你追我趕危險多”等等，營造事事講安全，人人懂安全的氛圍。

〔4〕發放告家長書，聯合家長力量，配合學校切實做好安全教育工作。

2、組織一組教育活動。

〔1〕3月15日，制定學校“安全教育周”活動方案，各中隊在此基礎上制定本中隊“安全教育”活動方案，包括活動目的，活動內容，活動過程，活動小結。活動內容包括晨會課和主題中隊活動內容。活動小結包括兩部分內容：隊員的活動體驗和輔導員的輔導感受。3月15日交大隊部。

〔2〕3月21日，集體晨會時間由王校長做安全教育動員講話。

〔3〕3月22日由輔導員就本中隊實際，結合安全教育晨會課內容開展活動，記好活動過程。

〔4〕3月23日，在紅領巾廣播時間由大隊輔導員宣講“在校內外安全注意事項”報告。

〔5〕3月23日—3月27日全校統一開展以“安全教育”為主題的中隊活動，記好活動過程，寫好活動小結。

〔6〕利用宣傳教育周活動時間，邀請本校校外法制輔導員到校，開展一次法制知識講座，案例剖析、法制咨詢等活動，增強學生的法制觀念，提高學生知法守法的意識。

3、舉辦一組應用競賽。

結合中隊活動，分低中高年級開展競賽活動。低年級以知識競賽的形式，中高年級以演講比賽的形式。事前在各中隊的“安全教育”方案中要準備好題目，活動結束要附上

一、兩篇演講稿。

4、策劃一組宣傳報道。

⑴ 由通訊員在學校網站投稿，宣傳“安全教育周”活動。

⑵ 在低、中高年級開展活動分別請學生向廣播、電視、報紙投稿，引導社會各界關注學生的安全教育，關注學生的健康成長。

5、指定一組值勤人員

除值日教師之外，每天有值日大隊委和扶助員在早操、課間操、課間活動時間到崗值勤，預防危險事情的發生。并對全校設施設備進行一次安全大檢查，找出安全隱患，針對校園門、窗、欄桿、圍欄、教室、活動室、實驗室、電腦室可能存在的問題認真排查，做好記錄，發現隱患，解決問題。

教育是安全的前提，安全是教育的目的。我們將始終堅持把學生的安全教育工作貫穿于學校教育的全過程，落實人人參與的要求，警鐘長鳴，常抓不懈，確保學生在安全的環境中健康成長。

我著急地向醫院——媽媽的辦公室走去，到辦公室門前，媽媽已經關門下班了，我趕緊往車庫跑去，看見媽媽正要啟動摩托車。我一叫媽媽，媽媽驚訝看著我，一邊說：“你怎么來這里?到底出什么時候事啦?”我小心地伸出右腳，慢慢地把褲腳往上拉，說：“你瞧。”媽媽仔細一看，二話不說，連忙帶我到注射室。

一位護士阿姨連忙幫我清洗傷口，感覺傷口隱隱作痛，但我還是咬牙堅持頂住，不敢發生半點聲音。

不一會兒，傷口處理好了。我一出門，正好走進一個小男孩，大約5歲，他媽媽拉著他去打針，他一邊哭，一邊喊：“我不打針，我不打針。”聽到這哭聲，我便停下來看個究竟。他媽媽拉著他，他一直躲在他媽媽后面。一會兒，護士阿姨準備給他打針了，不管他媽媽怎么勸怎么哄都不愿意，一個勁的`掙脫媽媽的“魔掌”，一邊在哇哇大哭，整棟樓好像都被他扛起來了。看到這小男孩的樣子，我心想，我小時候也是這樣的，都害怕打針。

到了晚上，我湊到廚房的`桌子上一看，“哇塞！真的變成墨色呢！”我情不自禁的發出驚嘆。真是不可思議啊，我連忙跑到桌子那兒拿了一支毛筆，蘸了蘸寫起字來。頓時，一個個黑字映入我的眼簾。真是神了，和墨水的效果簡直一模一樣嘛！可是，銹鐵針放入茶水里怎么會有這么大的變化呢？想要弄清楚這個實驗是為什么，只能去問問百度了啊！我查了資料才知道，原來，茶葉中含有一種叫單寧酸的物質，它遇到銹鐵會起化學反應，因此，茶水就會變黑。

那是一個陽光明媚的上午，爺爺奶奶都不在家。我想出去玩，可看到那只愛叨人的大公雞站在院子里我嚇出了一身冷汗。停了一會，我終于鼓足了勇氣邁出了屋門。那只大公雞一聽有動靜，立馬扭過頭來不懷好意的蹬著我。我全身的汗毛都豎起來了，步子變得更加小心。我本以為能順利躲過大公雞的追捕，可沒想到就在我快要邁出大門的時候，那只大公雞一下追了上來，我反應的快，立馬跑了起來。可我當時才五六歲，哪里跑得過肥肥壯壯的'大公雞，就在他快要追上我的時候，忽然縱身一躍啄住了我的衣角。我使勁的甩可是甩不掉。于是我腦子里靈光一現，想出了一個好點子：我跑到門外把大鐵門關上，可衣角和公雞還在里面我把衣服使勁拽了幾下，只聽見咚、咚、咚幾聲，他被撞暈倒在了地上。我高興地手舞足蹈。

后來爺爺把那只大公雞殺了，我還難過了一陣呢。大公雞呀大公雞你給我留下多少美好的回憶。
