第四篇：網教工作總結

網教工作總結

我負責的是現代遠程教育方面的網教工作，其中包括的學校有：北京航空航天大學、華中師范大學、北京外國語大學、東北財經大學、東北師范大學、中國人民大學、中國石油大學、北京理工大學、天津大學、西南財經大學。來到安宇的三個月里，我的具體工作內容如下：

一、網教項目的正常接單，解決業務所提出的各種問題以及及時反饋給項目組長是每天必做的工作。這其中，經歷了一次東北財經大學的項目截單上報工作，先后整理好最終的錄入表和學員資料，進行信息的核對和與業務報單反饋的核對，似乎每一項工作都是新的接觸與新的成長。

二、13秋的網教項目全部截單后，處理剩下的滯留單，經過與業務員的溝通，已處理完畢。

三、陸續收到13年秋季錄取通知書的情況：北京理工2人；東北財經大學32人；北京航空航天大學72人；北京外國語大學2人，都逐步進行了核對、掃描、備案的工作，并給業務反饋下發。

四、做北京航空航天大學的網上作業和寫北航、中國地質大學的試卷。北航是我負責的項目，關于網上作業，及時幫助同事解決登錄不上和答案下載不全的問題，對于沒能在指定時間做完作業的同事進行反饋、催促。關于試卷考釋，在項目組長的指導和同事的幫助下，整理各分校的學員簽到表，進行試卷的分類和下發，答案的搜集整理，以及最后對試卷的回收、檢查、封袋。

五、北京航空航天大學考查課的小論文在同事的協助下完成，共提交668份。

六、關于11月北航和北外的免考工作。整理需要做免考的學員，反饋業務進行資料上交和網上證書截圖工作，其中北外共進行免考10人，北航共進行免考82人，并已經整理好下批要做免考的學員名單。

七、對業務、代理的變更進行備案。

八、11秋北京航空航天大學學員的論文開題報告與最終成稿工作，給業務傳達寫作要求，及時反饋學員的論文狀態。

九、11秋北京航空航天大學學員的畢業信息采集工作，下發采集通知，畢業生登記表已上交完畢，照相信息待各地新華社的反饋。

十、經過回顧整理，已經完成了總結工作并上交。

十一、日常協助同事做的工作。

（1）同組的同事請假，代其處理她手頭的相關工作。
