決定成果的三要素就是態度、能力、和行動
態度:就是取得成果的想法、思路、心態及意愿度等。能力:就是取得成果的有效方法、策略及技巧等。
行動:將態度和能力變成結果的實施過程。
一、態度
一個人的品德、精神和靈魂如何,具體表現在做事的態度上。正所謂思維決定行動,良好的態度會激發好的能力,想出好的方法,再付諸行動,從而獲得好的成果。
態度先于能力,而態度決定一切,那就是對于任何人和任何事情,態度是第一位要來考慮的因素。沒有積極的態度,其他的都免談。
每個人都會有一份責任,在不同時期的責任不一樣,在家里你要對家人負責,在工作中你就要對工作負責。也正因為存在這樣、那樣的責任,我們才會對自己的行為有所約束。遇到問題便尋找各種借口,將本應由你承擔的責任轉嫁給社會或他人,那是極不負責任的表現。更為糟糕的是,一旦養成這樣的習慣,那你的責任心將會隨之煙消云散。一個沒有責任心的人,是很難取得成功的。
其實,負責任也是相對應的,特別是在工作中,如果你對你的工作不負責任,那最終就是對你的薪水和前途不負責任。
