為保證****經濟技術開發區在建綠化景觀工程主要材料詢價工作的正常有序進行,經詢價小組集體研究決定,現確定以下注意事項:
1、人員管理:參與詢價的人員在詢價前實行實名簽到制,未經主管領導批準,不得請假、晚到、早退。詢價結束后,需按時參加詢價總結、分析會議,并簽字確認。
