口語(yǔ)外教培訓(xùn):誰(shuí)說(shuō)口語(yǔ)不能速成? 我們身邊口語(yǔ)好的人無(wú)非兩種,要么是海歸,要么是外企人事。究其原因是他們生活和工作中都會(huì)用到英語(yǔ)。知道了問(wèn)題所在,那么提高口語(yǔ)就很容易了。正所謂“Practice makes perfect!”(熟能生巧)。
我們常說(shuō)興趣是最好的老師。學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)也一樣,首先要把學(xué)英語(yǔ)當(dāng)成一件快樂(lè)的事。可以通過(guò)多途徑多角度學(xué)習(xí),比如聽英語(yǔ)歌,看喜歡的英語(yǔ)電影,試著用英語(yǔ)寫日記,在 速恩英語(yǔ) 和外教一對(duì)一交流自己感興趣的話題等等,把英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)作為生活的一部分。
其次,學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)一定要重視學(xué)習(xí)效率。反復(fù)枯燥的復(fù)習(xí)已經(jīng)學(xué)會(huì)的內(nèi)容是沒(méi)必要的。直接高難度的學(xué)習(xí)也容易打擊積極性,所以選擇與自己水平相當(dāng)?shù)膬?nèi)容是很重要的。全外教英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)練習(xí),是根據(jù)學(xué)生的實(shí)際水平授課,不會(huì)出現(xiàn)太難或是太容易的情況。
很多同學(xué)都迫切的想提高自己的口語(yǔ)能力,這種心情可以理解。目前市面上的學(xué)習(xí)材料多不勝數(shù),讓人眼花繚亂,于是有人看著差不多的就買回家,隨便翻兩頁(yè)隨手就放在一旁,相信有不少人都花過(guò)這些冤枉錢。所謂“貪多嚼不爛“,自己學(xué)習(xí)很容易會(huì)出現(xiàn)這種情況。較好的方法是和老師交流,了解自己的水平,明確自己的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo),再有的放矢的學(xué)習(xí)。有條件的同學(xué)也可以參加全外教英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)班,帶著問(wèn)題去上課,上課后及時(shí)消化掉當(dāng)天所學(xué),讓學(xué)習(xí)節(jié)奏緊湊而又有序。
最后,最重要的一點(diǎn),一定要付諸行動(dòng),并且堅(jiān)持。就像學(xué)習(xí)游泳一樣,即使是世界冠軍給你示范一萬(wàn)遍,如果你就是不肯下水,那你就永遠(yuǎn)是個(gè)旱鴨子。口語(yǔ)的提高要靠日常的積累,口語(yǔ)速成,是掌握了正確的學(xué)習(xí)方法,少走彎路。

開展英語(yǔ)外教口語(yǔ)課方案
目的意義:
讓本校學(xué)生零距離向外教學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ),用英語(yǔ)與外教進(jìn)行交際,讓學(xué)生更深地認(rèn)識(shí)到英語(yǔ)的實(shí)用性和重要性,從而提高本校學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的積極性,為營(yíng)造學(xué)校學(xué)生更好的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)氛圍提供了有利條件。
讓外教給學(xué)生帶來(lái)他們的文化、價(jià)值觀,給教師帶來(lái)一些新的教育理念。
內(nèi)容:小學(xué)低年級(jí)外教英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)課 實(shí)施對(duì)象:
一、二年級(jí)學(xué)生 實(shí)施具體內(nèi)容:
一、課程設(shè)置:
1、二年級(jí)共兩個(gè)班每周各上2個(gè)課時(shí)。(每周共4個(gè)課時(shí))
2、看授課效果而定,初設(shè)三——六年級(jí)每學(xué)期每班各上1個(gè)課時(shí)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)體驗(yàn)課。
3、本學(xué)期第5周開始授課到15周結(jié)束(除國(guó)慶假期除外,一、二年級(jí)共80課時(shí))
(說(shuō)明:按二年級(jí)教學(xué)效果定,再加上三——六年級(jí)各班各一節(jié)的體驗(yàn)課8節(jié)(如果免費(fèi)),共30節(jié)次)
二、教學(xué)人員安排:
1、由
文化教育培訓(xùn)中心選派兩名有小學(xué)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)秀外籍教師,和兩名有一定教學(xué)技能、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)的助教進(jìn)行執(zhí)教。
2、相關(guān)年級(jí)的本校英語(yǔ)教師對(duì)外教教學(xué)工作進(jìn)行跟蹤。
三、教學(xué)內(nèi)容安排:
1、2、主要用現(xiàn)行的一、二年級(jí)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)教材
外教自己帶一些與學(xué)生所學(xué)教材內(nèi)容相關(guān)的學(xué)習(xí)輔助材料,通過(guò)自己的組織與創(chuàng)新利用進(jìn)行教學(xué)。(如:他們國(guó)家本土的一些有趣兒童書籍、故事、活動(dòng)片斷等)

五、培訓(xùn)費(fèi)用:約10000元

看!小手舉得多高!嘩嘩!鼓勵(lì)的掌聲此起彼伏;羅伯特老師流利標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的發(fā)音、詼諧幽默的肢體語(yǔ)言、極具親和力的嬌態(tài),深深吸引著在場(chǎng)的全體師生。更讓人回味無(wú)窮的是羅伯特嫻熟的教學(xué)技巧,寓教于樂(lè)、寓教于游戲的教學(xué)思想。聽課教師認(rèn)真記錄,并不時(shí)為羅伯特精湛的教學(xué)藝術(shù)、靈活多樣的激勵(lì)學(xué)生的方法所折服。下課的鈴聲響了,師生們還沉浸在愉悅、快樂(lè)之中。最后,還參觀了我校的校容校貌,就學(xué)校未來(lái)發(fā)展交換看法。
