1.Listen to yourself(聽自己).如果你不能聽出你自己的發(fā)音問題，就很難去改正它。試著把你的朗讀或演說錄下來，并與以英語為母語的外國人士做個比較。

2.Slowdown(慢下來).很多英語學習者說話都求快，其實快不見得就說得好，說得越快毛病越不容易改掉。每天練習一點點，從聲調(diào)到單詞再到句子，慢慢來，急不得。

3.Pictureit(畫圖).閉上眼睛，在說話之前想想如何發(fā)這個音，想想嘴巴和臉的定位。
