我在一家外企上班，雖然同事都是中國人但領導層大多是老外，我的讀寫還行但口語不好，沒有信心和領導直接交流，也就浪費了很多升職的機會。

其實我早就知道口語的重要性，業余時間我也花了不少精力。背了好幾本新概念，也經常看看英文電影，效果不好。各種英語培訓也都試了一遍，至少對我來說錢是白花了。后來下決心找個外教直接教我，心想如果還不行我也不學了。外教只教一個學生就是不一樣，每次都能體會到進步。本打算用半年的時間，現在四個月了我都想畢業了，至少和領導聊聊天沒有一點問題。關于升職問題我以前老是怨聲載道，現在想想也不能全怪老外，關鍵是沒法在一起開會。現在雖然沒有升職，但我挺有信心的。

有時候我也后悔，畢竟浪費的精力太多了，如果我的口語早一天提高的話……至少比現在強。所以建議大家可以嘗試一下。
