第四篇：初一英語上冊教學計劃

1.教材分析：

初一上冊共有三個單元的預備篇和十二個單元的正式篇，每個單元都有section A 和section B以及self check三部分組成，以下對三部分簡要分析：

Section A: 1a呈現(xiàn)了本單元的重點詞匯，句型和相應的語法結(jié)構(gòu)，1b起到承接1a的作用，為聽力練習，1c 是學生之間進行的對話練習2a和2b是擴展性的聽力練習，2c是擴展性的對話練習，另外，Grammar Focus,這一部分系統(tǒng)直觀地呈現(xiàn)了之前練習到的語法知識。從3a到4部分是課堂活動部分，這部分整體起到學習新知識和鞏固作用。

Section B:1a和1b 是在舊知識的基礎上添加新知識，若有1c的話，一般為對話的練習，2a和2b都屬擴展性的聽力，若有2c的話，一般為對話的練習，3a到4部分是多樣性的課堂活動，這部分整體起到鞏固和擴展作用。

Self check: 測驗同學用自己所學的知識，有一個自我評價，教材的趣味化也在此部分體現(xiàn)出來。

2、教學目標

首先，知識目標

運用“直觀性、啟發(fā)性、鞏固性、循序漸進、因材施教等教學原則使學生能夠正確認識書本知識，采用講授、談話、討論、演示、練習、參觀、實驗等教學方法，使學生掌握重點詞匯、句型和語法知識并應用，鼓勵他們大膽的說出來，做到基本英語對話的脫口而出。

其次，能力目標

通過對初一上冊英語知識的學習，使學生在聽、說、讀、寫整體能力上有所提高，其中，我認為，為了深化雙語實驗學校教學特色，應該重點抓學生的聽和說的能力。

最后，道德目標

要使學生真正明白，學習知識是為了什么？是為了提高自身的素質(zhì)，是為了提高自身的能力，是為了在走出校門后，能以煥然一新的面貌面對任何人。

初一，是學習英語的關鍵時期，起著基礎性作用，初中英語學習的狀況，會直接影響到高中，還有大學的學習，所以初一英語教學起著至關重要的作用，對此，在教學中，我制定了以下的措施：

（一）備課

上好一堂，我認為備課起著很重要的作用，任何一堂高質(zhì)量的課，都離不開教師的精心備課，對此，我將做到，全心投入，在遇到不明白的地方，及時和其他英語老師討論研究，直到問題解決為止，多聽聽有經(jīng)驗老師的課堂教學（可以用視頻在方式在網(wǎng)上觀看），學習其教學方法，并加以總結(jié)，并鼓勵自己進行創(chuàng)新。另外，了解學生原有的知識和能力基礎及學習需要，對學生學習新知識可能存在的困難和問題進行預測。

（二）課堂教學

此方面是教學措施的中心環(huán)節(jié)，是引導學生掌握知識，提高思想素質(zhì)和能力的關鍵。對此，我將做到以下幾點：

首先，目標明確，明確每節(jié)課通過老師的課堂教學后，學習應達到的水平（在心理學上，叫做最近發(fā)展區(qū)），要最大限度的擴大學生的最近發(fā)展區(qū)，這里主要包括：知識水平、能力水平、素質(zhì)水平。

其次，內(nèi)容正確，要保證教給學生知識的科學性、系統(tǒng)性和正確性。

第三，方法得當，要選擇合理的教學方法，并且科學地運用其方法，盡量做到因材施教，最大限度地發(fā)展學生的潛能。

第四，組織有效，我認為這個方面起到主導作用，一個班級擁有一個良好的課堂秩序，是保證教學效果的基礎性因素，作為一名教師，要把課堂秩序組織的井然有序，氣氛活躍，這樣，才有利于學生思考深入。

第五，相互體驗，“教學”教師的教要起到主導作用，學生的學要起到主動作用，學生和教師要以積極的狀態(tài)體驗教學，這樣才能提高教學的效果。

（三）課外作業(yè)的布置和批改

我將做到幾下幾點：

第一，形式多樣：根據(jù)不同的教學內(nèi)容，給學生布置可以鍛煉其各方面能力的作業(yè)，難易要適中。

第二，要求明確：對所布置的作用提出明確的要求，便于學生及時有效的完成。

第三，及時反饋：要及時給學生批改作業(yè)，并在批改的過程中，發(fā)現(xiàn)學生的優(yōu)缺點，尤其是大多數(shù)同學存在的典型錯誤，分析產(chǎn)生的原因，以便于下次講解，并對作業(yè)進行鑒定。

（四）課外輔導

課外輔導環(huán)節(jié)是對以上幾個環(huán)節(jié)的補充，在此方面，我將做到：從實際出發(fā)，對學生進行因材施教，加強思想教育的指導，提高學生學習的積極性和主動性。

教學評價

首先，教師自我評價，通過自己體驗到的教學過程，總結(jié)自己教學的長處與不足，發(fā)揚長處，努力改進不足，及時和其他教師進行交流。

其次，學生評價，可以通過考試、競賽等途徑，對學習學生情況進行總結(jié)評價（注意德育），進而指導學生調(diào)整學習目標和方式。
