一、現狀分析
我們初二年級共14個班,共有英語老師7位。在下學期的工作中,備課組的老師們將會齊心協力,認真反思過去經驗的成功與不足,制定行之有效的計劃,爭取在本學期提高課堂教學質量、提升學生英語學習的興趣和水平。
二、工作目標
總目標: 縮短差距整體推進
具體目標:
1、在初二階段的日常教學過程中注重基礎知識訓練,強化聽說讀背練習,重點落實合格率和優秀率的提高問題。
2、積極參與英語組內培訓,提高老師業務水平從而全面提高學生的聽、說、讀、寫能力。
3、開展各類與英語有關的活動,在培養學生興趣的同時增強學生學習英語的能力。
三、工作重點
1.繼續培養學生學習英語的興趣。有了內在的動力,學生能夠主動積極地學習英語,而不是靠老師來逼著學。上學期,我們備課組成功舉行了外語文化節活動,活動的舉行在相當大的程度上調動了學生的積極性。本學期,我們初二備課組將會繼續組織學生參與手抄報比賽,單詞過級,書法等比賽。
2.繼續堅持每單集體備課,發揮集體智慧,認真鉆研教材,改進教法,提高課堂效率。
初二英語組教師將珍惜每周備課時間,共同研究教法,經常性進行組內互聽互評,不斷提升自身業務水平。針對新教材的特點,備課組全體成員要做到精心備課,吃透教材,根據每個單元各自特征和學生的實際能力,制定出不同教學設計方案和任務單,以此促進學生的積極性。在平時的常規課堂教學時,力求教學明確目標,突出重點,抓住關鍵點和難點,充分調動學生的積極性,發揮學習主動性。
3、針對學生英語學習“兩極分化”現象,我們將采取如下措施:
1)、結合各班實際,仔細研究教材,制定切實可行的教學方法。特別注意面向
全體,隨時調整教學密度、深度、廣度,提出的問題要注意深淺結合、因人而異,増強學生學習英語的信心,順利完成教學計劃。
2)、對待每一位學生都滿腔熱情、一視同仁,為每位學生的成長負責。對學習困難生要加倍關心、特殊愛護,耐心輔導差生,耐心解答他們學習疑難問題,使之掌握有效的學習策略。讓每位學生真正感到教師是她們的知音,產生親近感,有利于師生間的情感交流、教學和諧。
3)、嘗試分層教學。可以嘗試分班分層或班內分層等形式實施分層教學。針對不同層次的同學確立不同的教學目標,采用不同的教學方法,既要照顧到優秀學生“吃不飽”的現象,又可以解決一般學生“吃不了”的問題,促使每一個學生能發揮出最佳水平。
我們將繼續本著團結一致,多溝通,多研究,重探索,重實效的原則,在總結上學期經驗教訓的前提下,出色地完成初二英語組備課任務。
