英語議論文寫作技巧:議題要開門見山
議論文是作者對某個問題或某件事進行分析、評論,表明自己的觀點、立場、態度、看法和主張的一種文體。議論文有三要素,即論點、論據和論證。論點的基本要求是:觀點正確,認真概括,有實際意義;論據的基本要求是:真實可靠,充分典型;論證的基本要求是:推理必須符合邏輯。
英語議論文的結構一般較為固定,通常包括以下三部分:
1.在導語部分提出需要議論的議題; 2.在正文部分對所提出的問題進行議論;
3.在結論部分對以上的討論進行總結和歸納。
寫議論文要考慮論點,考慮用什么作論據來證明,怎樣來論證,然后得出結論。它可以是先提出一個總論點,然后分別進行論述,分析各個分論點,最后得出結論;或者先引述一個故事,一段對話,或描寫一個場面,再一層一層地從事實中分析出道理,歸納引申出一個新的結論;也可以在文章開頭先提出一個人們關心的問題,然后一一作答,逐層深入;還可以把兩個不同事物以對立的方式提出來加以比較、對照,然后得出結論。
在具體寫作中要注意下列幾點:
1.議題的提出要開門見山,不要拖泥帶水。
2.議論時可以采用不同的方法。如:可以擺出正反兩方面觀點,進行對比;也可引經據典論證作者自己觀點的正確性,從而使讀者接受自己的觀點;亦可提出一種錯誤的觀點然后論證其錯誤,最終提出正確的觀點。正文部分是寫作的重點,論證方法可用歸納法、推理法、比較法等。
3.在結論部分必須表明作者的觀點,對討論的問題做出總結。
4.注意連接詞和過渡詞等詞語的使用,以增強文章的條理性和邏輯性。常用的過渡詞和連接詞包括:first, second, third, finally, in addition, furthermore, besides, what was worse, more importantly, in contrast, because, since, now that, therefore,consequently,in that case, as a result/consequence, in conclusion, to sum up等等。

新聞報道的結構一般分為四個部分:
(一)標題、(二)導語、(三)主體、(四)結語。標題是新聞的題目,是編輯對最有新聞價值內容的濃縮、概括、提煉和再創造。撰寫標題是為了擷取新聞要點、詮釋新聞意義、吸引讀者閱讀。在今天繁忙的現代社會中,報紙的讀者大多是標題瀏覽者。導語是消息開頭的第一段或第一句話,它扼要地揭示出消息的核心內容。主體是消息的主要部分,它用充足的事實表現主題,是對導語內容的進一步開展和闡釋。新聞報道的結語一般是最后一句話或者一段話,通常對全文內容作概括性的總結,或對新聞事件的發展趨勢作出預測。有時,作者根據報道的事實在結語中提出令人深思的問題。
一般來說,標題、導語和主體是構成新聞報道的必不可少的三部分。可根據新聞報道的內容而確定是否要結語或其它內容(如事件和歷史背景等),有時,還可將它們暗含在主體中。
在寫新聞報道時,首先要注意新聞的標題具有語言幽默風趣的特點,有較強的吸引力。同時,寫作依據的材料要充分,要用事實來說話,語言力求簡潔。最后,報道中要有亮點,能引人深思或能讓人產生強烈的興趣。

1.通覽全卷,迅速摸透“題情”
剛拿到試卷,一般心情比較緊張,建議拿到卷子以后看一下,看看考卷一共幾頁,有多少道題,了解試卷結構,通覽全卷是克服“前面難題做不出,后面易題沒時間做”的有效措施,也從根本上防止了“漏做題”。
2.答題順序:從卷首依次開始
一般地講,全卷大致是先易后難的排列,所以,正確的做法是從卷首開始依次做題,先易后難,最后攻堅。有的考生愿意從卷末難題開始做,他們認為自己前面的題沒有問題,好壞成敗就看卷末的難題做得怎么樣,開始時頭腦最清醒,先做最難的題成功率高、效果好,想以攻堅勝利保證全局的勝利。這種想法看似有理,實際是錯誤的。一般卷末的題比較難,除了個別水平特別高的學生,都沒有做好該題的把握。很可能花了不少時間,也沒有把這個題滿意地做完。你這時的思緒多半已經被攪得很亂,又由于花了不少時間,別的題一點沒有做,難免心里發慌,以慌亂之心做前面的題,效果也會大打折扣。但也不是堅決地“依次”做題,一份高考試卷,雖然大致是先易后難,但試卷前部特別是中間出現難題也是常見的,執著程度適當,才能繞過難題,先做好有保證的題,才能盡量多得分。
3.答題策略
先易后難、先熟后生。先做簡單題、熟悉的題,再做綜合題、難題。應根據自己的實際,果斷跳過啃不動的題目,從易到難,可以增強信心,但也要注意認真對待每一道題,力求有效,不能走馬觀花,有難就退,傷害解題情緒。
先小后大。小題一般是信息量少、運算量小,易于把握,不要輕易放過,應爭取在大題之前盡快解決,從而為解決大題贏得時間,創造一個寬松的心理氣氛。
先局部后整體。對一個疑難問題,確實啃不動時,一個明智的解題策略是:將它劃分為一個個子問題或一系列的步驟,先解決問題的一部分,即能解決到什么程度就解決到什么程度,能演算幾步就寫幾步,每進行一步就可得到這一步的分數。
4.學會分段得分
高考閱卷評分辦法是“分段評分”,或者“踩點給分”--踩上知識點就得分,踩得多就多得分。所以對于難度較大的題目采用“分段得分”的策略實為一種高招兒。對于會做的題目,要解決“會而不對,對而不全”這個老大難問題。會做的題目要特別注意表達的準確、考慮的周密、書寫的規范、語言的科學,防止被“分段扣點分”。如果遇到一個很困難的問題,確實啃不動,一個聰明的解題策略是,將它們分解為一系列的步驟,或者是一個個小問題,先解決問題的一部分,能解決多少就解決多少,能演算幾步就寫幾步,特別是那些解題層次明顯的題目,或者是已經程序化了的方法,每進行一步得分點的演算都可以得分,最后結論雖然未得出,但分數卻已過半,這叫“大題拿小分”,確實是個好主意。
解題過程卡在某一過渡環節上是常見的。這時,我們可以先承認中間結論,往后推,看能否得到結論。如果不能,說明這個途徑不對,立即改變方向;如果能得出預期結論,就回過頭來,集中力量攻克這一“卡殼處”。
由于考試時間的限制,“卡殼處”的攻克來不及了,那么可以把前面的寫下來,再寫出“證實某步之后,繼續有??”一直做到底,這就是跳步解答。若題目有兩問,第一問想不出來,可把第一問作“已知”,“先做第二問”,這也是跳步解答。
5.答題速度:以快為上
高考數學試卷共有22個題,考試時間為兩個小時,平均每題約為5.5分鐘。為了給解答題的中高檔題留下較充裕的時間,每道選擇題、填空題應在二至三分鐘之內解決。若這些題目用時太長,即使做對了也是“潛在丟分”,或“隱含失分”。一般,客觀性試題與主觀性試題的時間分配為4:6。
6.立足中下題目,力爭高水平
平時做作業,都是按所有題目來完成的,但高考卻不然,只有個別的同學能交滿分卷,因為時間和個別題目的難度都不允許多數學生去做完、做對全部題目,所以在答卷中要立足中下題目。中下題目通常占全卷的80%以上,是試題的主要構成,是考生得分的主要來源。學生能拿下這些題目,實際上就是數學科打了個勝仗,有了勝利在握的心理,對攻克高檔題會更放得開。
7.確保運算正確,立足一次性成功
高考是限時限量的選拔性考試,在120分鐘時間內完成大小22個題,時間很緊張,不允許做大量細致的解后檢驗,所以要盡量準確運算(關鍵步驟,力求準確,寧慢勿快),立足一次成功。解題速度是建立在解題準確度基礎上,更何況數學題的中間數據常常不但從“數量”上,而且從“性質”上影響著后繼各步的解答。所以,在答卷時,要在以快為上的前提下,要穩扎穩打,字字有據,步步準確,盡量一次性成功,提高成功率。不能為追求速度而丟掉準確度,甚至丟掉重要的得分步驟。假如速度與準確不可兼得的說,就只好舍快求對了,因為解答不對,再快也無意義。
試題做完后要認真做好解后檢查,看是否有空題,答卷是否準確,所寫字母與題中圖形上的是否一致,格式是否規范,尤其是要審查字母、符號是否抄錯。
8.要學會“擠”分
高考試題是“題題設防,題題把關”,高考試題每一道題目都“長牙”,每一道題目都“咬人”,只有這樣才達到區分的目的。另一方面高考試題是分步賦分,做對幾步就會得到幾分,因此考生在答題時要學會“擠”分。
擠分的主要方法有:理科把主要方程式和計算結果寫在顯要位置,作文尤其主要開頭和結尾,文科一般都按要點給分。所以每一道題都認真思考,能做幾步就做幾步,高考是按步賦分,千萬不能產生定勢,高考試題為了達到理想的壓分度,住住是難度逐步加深,對于考生來說就是能做幾分是幾分。這是考試中最好的策略。
因此考生在考試時,不急燥,不氣餒,要學會用“擠”的辦法提高自己的得分率。
9.檢查的方法:順手記下該檢查的題號
檢查是答卷的一個環節,檢查時最忌從頭到尾一題題地檢查。因為在短短的時間里看許多題,自然不會很細,而輕易地更改常會把本來做過的題改錯。正確的檢查是只檢查應該檢查的題,一個題該不該檢查,應當在做完這個題時給出判定,并在演草紙上記下該檢查的題號。
一份考卷上該檢查的題不應當多,有經驗的考生知道答完題后要面對的題無外乎四種,一是解題過程順利且很有把握,這類題就不需要檢查了。二是解題過程不順利,自己覺得在某一點上沒有把握,還需再斟酌,這類題就是需要檢查的題。三是感覺難做,但一時理不清頭緒,無從下手,只好暫時放下的題。第四種題是完全不會,估計再花時間也沒有希望做出 12 來,不如放棄此題,如果是選擇題,就選一個最像是正確的答案了事。這類題就不必再做檢查了。

10.檢查后的涂改方式要講究

二、如果對現有的題解不滿意想重新寫,要先寫出正確的,再劃去錯誤的。有的同學先把原來寫的題解涂抹了,寫新題解的時間又不夠,本來可能得的分數被自己涂掉了。

幫助學生提高視讀的速度。閱讀理解考的是速度,慢讀是不行的。因此作閱讀理解時,要注意培養學生快速閱讀的習慣。閱讀時眼球總是不斷地移動、停頓、移動著。理解是在“眼停”的瞬間進行的。我們要使眼停的時間相對增加,就要擴大視讀的廣度,把逐詞逐句的點式閱讀變成一次掃描一句的線式閱讀,并且把看到的東西迅速報告給大腦,形成眼腦較快的直映能力。切不可在個別難懂的詞句上磨蹭,只要全篇理解了,個別難懂的詞句可以根據上下文和構詞法去猜測,去推斷。對個別不清楚的地方也可以再看幾次。要留心關鍵詞句,注意弦外之音。對文章的評價分析,一定要堅持“詞不離句,句不離篇”,要理解文章作者的原意,而不能按自己的意愿去想當然。
培養學生閱讀時的語感。所謂語感是指人們對語言中詞語搭配及句型結構的熟練程度。語感好的人,理解力就強,視讀的速度就快。對于那些長的文章,可以讓學生先把文章后面的問題看一遍,帶著問題去看文章。這樣可以幫助學生去掉雜念,提高閱讀速度和解題的正確性。在練習中應培養學生善于找出關鍵句的能力,可以邊讀邊用鉛筆做點標記,把有關的人物、事件、時間、地點、原因等劃出來。讀完一篇文章后,要回味一番對文章的段落結構,中心思想,人物事件,論點論據要做到心中有數。
讓學生學會“自學”。這是提高英語閱讀的有效措施。要充分利用選材上的優勢來滿足不同層次學生的興趣。根據學科特點,為他們訂一些報刊雜志,這樣可以大大擴大學生的知識面,培養學生的課外閱讀能力,使英語閱讀策略在課堂外得到有效的實踐。

該句型可直接表明人們對于某一問題的不同看法。范文中可用本句型,用staying at home and going out for traveling替換…,表達簡明清晰。
(4)詳述各方觀點 People’s opinions about … vary from person to person.When it comes to … , some people think(hold the opinion)that ….However, others....該句型為議論文常用句型,用于說明關于某種問題的兩種不同看法。范文中若應用該句型于開頭部分,下文部分可以不用過多贅述,只說明支持某種看法的理由即可,更加簡明。

(1)補充說明類
As it has been mentioned above...或In this respect,…或Not only …, but also ….或Further,…或Similarly, we should pay attention to...此類句型用于補充說明上文觀點,范文中在闡述認為假期該待在家里的理由時,將舒適和省錢用What’s more 連接,也可選擇用上述句型表示遞進關系。
(2)闡明理由類

范文中,支持假期應該待在家里有兩個理由,一是便捷舒適,二是省錢。除了像范文中用what’s more 連接,可以采用上述句式如Why did …? For one thing …,for another…,邏輯性更強,可以讓閱卷老師一目了然。
(3)支持某觀點類
There's no denying the fact that...或I cannot entirely agree with the idea that ….范文中作者在表達自己支持某種觀點時用到it would be much better to…,句式表達上過于簡單蒼白,可以選擇使用上述句型,表達上更加貼切。
(4)反對某觀點類
As a matter of fact,…或In spite of the fact that...或However ,…或On the contrary,…
范文中作者在表達反對某種觀點時用了兩次 but,用詞重復,欠缺文采。可以選擇用上述短語替換。
(5)舉例說明類
A case in point is...該句型用于舉例說明,多數學生會使用 for example 或者 for instance,使用該句型會讓你異于他人。

(1)表明自己觀點類

范文中結尾沒有對上文進行總結,有時議論文寫作會有要求。套用上述句型簡單高效。
