展示新生兒出生哭泣多媒體圖片,以此情境導入新課,啟發學生思維:我們每個人一來到人世間就離不開空氣,需要不斷呼吸,外界的空氣經過呼吸道的處理后是如何進入肺部的?在肺中發生怎樣的變化?氣體又是如何達到全身各處的?這節課我們就一起來學習這部分內容。
教學中,現代化教學手段的應用、與學生的交流、問題的提出等都營造了一種輕松、愉快、活潑的課堂氛圍,給學生更多的馳騁的空間,讓孩子們體驗到學習是享受,樂學親師。
2.合作交流,講授新課
(1)肺與外界的氣體交換
教師展示多媒體畫面,讓學生觀看肺的位置結構圖,說出肺是呼吸系統的主要器官,它位于胸腔內,肺在有節奏地呼氣和吸氣,一分鐘大約呼吸16次。
學生用雙手輕觸自己胸側的肋骨處,深深地吸氣,感受自己在吸氣和呼氣時胸廓的變化及肋骨如何運動:深吸氣肋骨在向上向外運動,胸廓擴大;深呼氣肋骨在向下向內運動,胸廓縮小。
僅憑感官感覺到的現象得出的結論是不是準確呢?是否與科學事實相符呢?我們可以采用什么方法借助什么工具進行準確的測量呢?——在科學研究中,借助一定的工具進行準確的測量,是十分必要的。
學生實驗:測量胸圍差
測量方法:3~4人一組(男女生分開)、設計表格,做好記錄。為了數據準確,應測定三次,取平均值,然后計算胸圍差。
學生以小組為單位按照課本上的方法步驟進行實驗,并記錄實驗數據。
實驗完成后進行討論:
1.你的胸圍差明顯嗎?同年齡、同性別的同學,胸圍差有差別嗎?如果有差別,請找出原因。
2.胸圍差能完全代表胸腔容積的變化嗎?除胸廓前后徑、左右徑的變化外,還可能有什么變化影響胸廓的容積?
教師指導學生對實驗數據進行分析討論后得出結論。
1.同學間的胸圍差有差異。這同性別、年齡以及是否經常鍛煉等有關系。
2.胸圍差不能完全代表胸腔容積的變化。膈頂部的下降和回升使胸腔的上下徑發生變化,也可以影響胸廓的容積。
教師演示實驗:模擬膈肌的運動實驗
學生討論:小氣球代表什么?橡皮膜代表什么?氣球在什么情況下漲大?在什么情況下回縮?
然后播放多媒體,演示肋間肌的收縮和舒張,膈肌的收縮和舒張。讓學生仔細觀察它們的運動,并進行討論:
1.呼吸運動時,主要有哪些肌肉的收縮、舒張引起了胸廓容積的變化?在呼吸肌收縮和舒張時,胸廓容積發生了怎樣的變化?
2.隨著胸廓容積的變化,肺的容積發生了怎樣的變化? 3.是肺容積的變化導致了氣體的吸入和呼出嗎? 4.請嘗試完成下表:
學生分析、歸納肺與外界氣體交換的原理和過程:呼吸肌的收縮和舒張,使胸廓擴大和縮小,引起肺被動地擴張和回縮,形成肺內氣壓與大氣壓之間的壓力差,才使氣體能夠進出肺泡。
最后師生共同總結:吸氣時,肋骨間的肌肉收縮,胸廓的前后徑、左右徑增大;同時膈肌收縮,膈頂部下降,胸廓的上下徑也增大,胸腔容積變大,肺隨著擴張,肺內氣壓縮小,氣體入肺;呼氣時正好相反。
教師進一步引導討論:古代有些女子將胸部和腰部束得很緊,以保持苗條身材,但是呼吸受到影響,體質下降。為什么?
氣體到達肺部以后發生什么變化?又是如何到達全身各處的呢?下面我們來研究這方面的內容。
(2)肺泡與血液的氣體交換
媽媽在廚房里炒菜,我們在外面就能聞到飯菜的香味,這是因為香味能由近及遠地飄,即由濃度高的地方向濃度低的地方擴散。氧氣和二氧化碳也是這樣,總是由多的地方向少的地方擴散,直到平衡為止。得出氣體擴散原理:氣體總是由氣壓高(濃度高)的地方,流向氣壓低(濃度低)的地方。
指導學生自學閱讀“資料分析”,比較分析表格中的數據,然后討論以下問題:
1.甲、乙瓶中石灰水的渾濁程度不同說明了什么? 2.在實驗裝置中,為什么要設置甲瓶?
3.人體呼出的氣體和環境中的氣體有什么差別?為什么會有這樣的差別?
學生分組討論、交流后得出答案:
1.甲瓶中石灰水的渾濁程度小,說明空氣中的二氧化碳的含量較少;乙瓶中石灰水的渾濁程度大,說明人呼出的氣體中含有較多的二氧化碳。
2.在實驗中,甲瓶是這個實驗的對照組,起到對照的作用。3.從數據表中看出:人體吸入的空氣中,二氧化碳的含量較少,氧氣的含量較多;呼出的氣體中,二氧化碳的含量較多,氧氣含量較
少。由此可以推測,在人體內也發生了類似植物呼吸作用一樣的過程。根據對呼吸道和肺的結構的分析,可以推斷這一變化發生在肺部。
最后師生總結:呼出氣體中的氧含量,少于吸入氣體中的氧含量;呼出氣體中的二氧化碳含量,多于吸入氣體中的二氧化碳含量。這與體內進行氣體交換有關。肺與什么結構與這一功能相適應呢?
