1.Turn on the blender.打開果汁機。

turn on以及本單元學過的cut up，mix up等都屬于“動詞+副詞”結構的短語，其賓語是名詞時，名詞位于動詞和副詞之間或副詞之后均可。但賓語若是代詞時，代詞必須位于它們之間。如：Turn it on.把它打開。

2.How many bananas do we need？我們需要多少個香蕉？/ How much cinnamon do we need？我們需要多少肉桂？

同樣是表示“多少”，為什么前一句用how many，而后一句用how much呢？

二者的意思均是“多少”，用法稍有不同。

how many常用來提問可數名詞的數量，后跟可數名詞的復數形式，而how much常用來提問不可數名詞的數量，后跟不可數名詞。本單元學過的yogurt，relish，mustard，cinnamon等這些不能用數目來計算的名詞均為不可數名詞。e.g.（1）How many apples do we need to make fruit salad ?

在生活中，我們經常要向別人講述一件事情發生的經過，或者講述做事的先后順序。也就是敘述一個過程，恰當的使用first , next , then , 和finally，既能使說話人喘口氣，又能使聽話者感到句子的連貫性。

first …（首先…），next …（接下來…），then …（然后…），finally …（最后…）。如我們把上面的句子改成以下的對話：

初二英語上Unit 11教學反思

我所實習的學校地處鄉村小鎮，只教七年級的英語。在這里，學生原有的英語基礎和學習英語的習慣都較差，這勢必大大影響了初中英語的學習效果，在這幾個月的教學工作中，經過努力和學習，我也掌握了比較多的教學經驗和教學理念，但同時我發現剛升七年級的學生成績兩極分化現象，普遍存在，而且是比較難以解決的一個問題。

一般說來，我們這是六年級開始學習英語的，兩極分化形成的規律是：六年級剛學英語的同學對英語學習熱情高，好奇心強，學習成績較好。但隨著時間的推移，難度的加深，以及興趣的減弱，一些學生的成績一步步地落后掉隊，而且落伍人數也相對地增加。到了七年級，分化現象尤其突出，直接影響著學生在整個中學階段的英語成績，同時也阻礙了初中英語教學質量的提高。我從學生實際出發，遵循教學規律，對如何在農村初中英語教學中實施素質教育用心探索。我認為，在英語教學中實施素質教育的目標是提高全體學生整體素質，就是要讓全體學生，通過聽、說、讀、寫等方面能力的訓練，使學生獲得基礎知識和為交際初步運用英語的能力。因此，在教學實踐中，我想方設法幫助學生學會學習，以及激發和保持學習動力，培養自學能力，培養良好的學習習慣，把優化課堂教學當成落實素質教育的主渠道，盡最大可能為學生創造運用英語的景，指導學生積極地運用語言，在學中用，在用中學。出現兩極分化的原因，我認為主要來自師生兩方面，綜合起來有以下幾種情況：

第一、學生學習目的不明確。有不少學生開始學英語時是從興趣出發，隨意性和方向性程度大。他們學英語只是一陣子，一旦遇到挫折，就容易喪失興趣和信心，知難而退，不思上進，導致成績直線下降。

第二、學生學習方法欠佳。有些學生沒有掌握好正確的學習方法。如：記單詞，死記硬背；練句型，生搬硬套，不注意語言環境；寫句子不遵循英語習慣，強行漢譯英逐句逐詞對譯等。

第三、學生不了解學習英語的關鍵和要點。不少學生誤以為，英語是知識型、理解型的課程，僅滿足于老師講的內容聽懂了，而沒有把主要精力用在聽、說、讀、寫實踐練習上，所以就無法形成語言技能，不能熟練掌握，就會邊學邊忘，越學越困難，最終導致掉隊。

第四、學生忽視了語言學習的漸進性。學習英語一定要循序漸進、扎扎實實、逐步提高。單詞學不好就無法組織句子，簡單句掌握不好就難學復合句，聽力差就不能說好英語。如果一段時期沒有抓緊，連續出現缺漏，學生繼續學習英語就困難重重。

第五、教師的教學問題。英語課堂教學是初中生學習英語的主要渠道，如果教師教學不得法，不嚴格遵循語言教學規律，不全面貫徹英語教學原則，教法單一呆板，只注重知識傳授，不注意能力培養，只注重講解，不注意實踐，這樣持續下去，學生就很自然地只滿足于學好語法、背會單詞、看懂課文、會做習題，而實際上沒有達到熟練掌握，形成技能。大面積掉隊的現象，也就在所難免。

造成學生學習興趣不高的原因我認為還有的就是學生感覺課堂的安全度不夠高，其實在課堂上有很多同學對老師提出的問題都有想去思考和回答的趨勢，但又怕自己舉手回答后答錯了或者被同學說是“搶風頭”，有這樣的心理存在就在一定程度上打擊了學生學習的積極性，久而久之造成學習興趣的下降，甚至討厭上課。

基于以上分析，為防止和杜絕兩極分化現象的形成，教師就必須根據兩極分化及時幫助，以防為主，初中英語的教學重點是基礎知識和基本技能，因此教學應面向全體同學，爭取做到人人基本達標。在教學過程中學生學習出現差距是不可避免的。一旦出現，就應該及時找學學生談，分析他們掉隊的原因，動之以情，曉之以理，使學生從思想上認識到學習外語的重要性。同時給予學習方法的指導，耐心幫助他們補習功課。對于一些有可能掉隊的學生，及早指出，說明掉隊的嚴重后果，做到防患于未然。產生的成因，有的放矢地采取相應的對策。

首先，五分鐘會話。每堂安排五分鐘左右時間進行會話。會話內容有值日生匯報、自我介紹、家庭情況、談論天氣以及熟悉的歌星、影星和運動員等。讓學生自由用英語交談，允許學生模仿課文內容適當增減，自由發揮。也可以根據課文內容，通過問答形式作簡要的復述。在開展會話中，始終以學生為主體，引發他們的聯想思維，由單一的討論內容過渡到綜合內容，把幾個不同內容的話題串聯起來，既復習舊知識，又開發了學生的智力。我特別注意，輪到中差生值日生時，鼓勵他們大膽實踐，并注意發現他們的“閃光點”，有點滴進步就給予表揚肯定，以增強他們的自信心。

其次，注重語感教學。加強聽說訓練，努力做到視、聽、說同步，培養語感和學習興趣。每篇課文的生詞、句型和文章都是朗讀的好材料。朗讀不能老是采用“跟我讀”的形式，而是要注意創造情景，讓學生懂得不同句子的重音有不同的語感，顯示說話者不同的語言的心理。同樣，語調的不同，重音的移動，也體現了說話者不同的心理狀態。經過訓練，學生在以后朗讀中也就注意了正確使用語音、語調和重讀、弱讀及升調，這樣朗讀繪聲繪色，津津有味，整個課堂興趣盎然，學習積極性大大提高。

第三，對話使用，角色表演。結合課文內容，每教授一個情景句型，讓學生用當天所學的自編一個簡短的情景對話,到講臺表演。如學到Where is your pen pal from 這課，我發動學生搜集各種他們所能搜集到的筆的類型，并找出產自于哪里，然后讓他們拿著自己搜集來的筆和資料上臺用英語講解，如果不懂的地方同學可以幫忙，整個課堂就是歡聚一堂，在熱烈氣氛中學會并運用所學的句型，提高了運用語言交際的能力。對于因害怕答錯問題的學生，我在課堂上會充分的利用一些教學手段，比如小組討論，每個小組選一名同學代表本小組來回答老師提出的問題，這樣學生的怕答錯題的心理就比較容易消除，創造一種互助協作的氣氛。增加學生的自信和安全感。另外還要適當的鼓勵答錯的題的同學，讓他們逐漸的建立一種課堂的安全感。

第四，運用直觀教具為了進一步激發學生學習興趣。我們鄉村地方沒有多媒體教室，于是我充分利用圖片、圖表實物、錄音機等教具，生動形象地開展教學和交際活動。例如，用提問的方式猜物品，讓學生大聲讀出這個物品叫什么，然后自己將實物與英語句子連起來，練習聽、說。這樣的話英語課的趣味性、直觀性很強，就容易吸引學生的注意力，營造英語氛圍。這樣學生不但有興趣去接受所學的知識，更重要是的是能夠專心的跟隨你備課思路去走。

第五，平時注意了解和分析每個學生的具體實際情況，因材施教，有的防矢，合理安排好45分鐘教學內容和進程，課堂上，與學生互動，讓每個學生都參與學習活動

第六，溫故知新，人的記憶時長是有限的，當天學的東西要讓學生們熟練運用就必須回家溫習。因此，我會布置家庭作業，以復習當天的功課。我要讓學生學習┈復習┈再復習，反復操練，由易而順利地完成一個個學習目標。

第七，指導學生訂出學習英語長期計劃和短期安排，每天堅持搞好課前預習，發動家長幫助督促實施，第二天上課之前以互動或提問的方式復習下上一堂課的知識點及重點，讓學生們輕松徹底的掌握。在學生經過一段學習活動后，進行歸納分析，以鼓勵表揚為主，滿腔熱情幫助學生，及時處理反饋信息，當堂鞏固，讓學生真正地學有所得.第八，讓學生擁有學習的能力，所謂“授人以魚，不如授人以漁”教是為了學生的“學”，因此，我重視對學生的課外學習的指導，幫助他們養成良好學習習慣和自學能力：（1）早讀課，堅持聽新教材的課文錄音，加強聽力訓練，讓學生模仿地地道的英美人語音、語調；（2）鼓勵他們多讀一些英語小故事,嘗試去讀一些英文原著；（3）強調作業的獨立完成，培養學生克服困難的意志。幫助學生認識到，做作業實際上是新舊知識的運用過程，一定要養成自覺獨立完成作業的習慣；（4）培養學生認真聽課，初步運用英語思維和理解；（5）從音、形、義幾方面培養觀察力和記憶力，打好語音基礎；（6）用聯想對比，歸納演繹等記單詞和語法知識。

英語作為一門外語, 其重要性已漸漸為學生們所認同.那么,如何幫助學生真正地掌握這一重要學科,更好地做好英語教學工作,作為一名教育工作者,我們需要付出更多的辛苦,努力成為一名真正合格的英語教師.
