如何加強小學生英語的聽讀訓練

敏銳的外語語感是學好外語的重要條件,也是一個人語言素質的重要標志。但它是在語言活動中發展而來的,并且是建立在語言內容而不是語言形式基礎上的。所以從起始年級開始,老師就要有目的、有意識、有步驟地引導學生練聽練讀,培養外語語感。

練聽,具體可分四個步驟:(1)模仿跟讀階段。讓學生通過聽錄音或聽老師讀,模仿正確的語音或語調,適當講解意群、連續、弱讀、清輔音濁化等語言特征和現象;(2)辯音會意階段。可以是一組組的單詞(如ship/sheep;it/eat;Miss/Mrs;T/G等),也可以是一組組的句子(如:Is this box?/Is this bus?/Are they students?/Are there students?/The glass is small/The class is small等)。在此階段教師除加工語言材料之外,還要有意識地讓學生在識別數字、時間、日期等方面作專項訓練;(3)技能訓練階段。本階段主要是以情景會話和短文理解作為聽力材料。以上三個階段應為教師控制下的聽力訓練;(4)智能培養階段。即指導學生獨自去聽錄音、廣播。這階段應屬非控制下的聽力訓練。老師要為學生創造條件,如翻錄磁帶、告訴學生可以收聽什么波段或頻率的英語廣播等。

練讀。語言材料要多讀,尤其是課文——規范化的閱讀,即可以在理解的基礎上出聲地朗讀,也可以采取默讀的方式進行思考。精妙之處要圈圈點點,一方面注意句子結構,另一方面通過語詞激發喚起有關表象、再造想象以及各種聯想;或者在情感上引起強烈共鳴,或者運用語境和自己的體驗品味出言外之意或弦外之音。當然,老師首先應從方法上引導。
