國家旅游景區(qū)分5個等級，AAAAA是最高級別，最低級別是A。要獲得AAAAA級，需要在旅游交通、游覽、安全性、衛(wèi)生條件、經(jīng)營管理、自然資源和空氣質(zhì)量等多個方面滿足質(zhì)量許可。

一、杭州西湖——“天下湖，看西湖”

“天下湖，看西湖”的宣傳口號運用，它能瞬間傳達給游客：“西湖就是湖中第一湖”的品牌形象。這種第一品牌形象，將使得西湖永遠有別于其它湖泊，“第一印象”將會永遠根植在游客的腦海里，牢牢抓住了游客的心智資源。

以前的“杭州西湖，人間天堂”宣傳口號固然很好，但它很容易讓人們把它和“上有天堂，下有蘇杭”的宣傳口號混淆在一起，這種給人混淆的概念，也就不能第一時間樹立起西湖第一品牌的新形象。

二、溫州市雁蕩山——寰中絕勝,夢回雁蕩
