律動是幼兒園韻律活動的類型之一,是指在音樂或節奏的伴奏下,以身體動作為基礎、以節奏為中心的音樂活動，其特點是節奏感強,動作形象簡單.小班幼兒具有動作發展快、愛模仿、“認知依賴于行動”等特點,從這些特點來看,律動是一種符合小班幼兒學習需要、深受孩子們喜愛的活動類型。
《幼兒園教育指導綱要》中明確指出：教育活動的選擇應注重貼近幼兒的生活，選擇幼兒感興趣的事物和問題。而音樂律動活動更應如此，只有選擇了幼兒感興趣的事物和問題作為教育的內容，幼兒才有可能全身心地投入，不斷激發出對律動的熱情，才有可能豐富經驗、拓展 視野。從而達到提高幼兒學習音樂的興趣和進行音樂素質的培養的目的。在幼兒園的音樂教學中,我們仍在不斷地實踐和探索。在這一過程中，通過實踐，我覺得律動教學有以下幾個重點：
一、創設寬松愉快的學習氛圍，感受音樂律動。
《幼兒園工作規程》明確把“創設與教育相適應的良好環境，為幼兒提供活動和表現能力的機會與條件”作為幼兒園教育原則之一。因此，教師要多創造激發幼兒音樂興趣的環境，同時利用幼兒好奇、好玩的心理特點,把音樂教學的每個環節趣味化、生活化。我們班把一日活動中滲透律動音樂，誘發幼兒對音樂的興趣。同時，我們還利用一些空余時間，如餐后散步，或進餐前、集中教學前等時間來播放或彈 奏各種類型的音樂讓幼兒表演一些優美的律動。久而久之，幼兒傾聽興趣慢慢地提高，孩子們耳濡目染地接近音樂、熟悉音樂，從而喜愛音樂、體會音樂，現在孩子們無論在什么場合，只要聽到音樂、歌曲，他們都會手舞足蹈，自得其樂。
音樂律動教學應該以聽為主線。在幼兒熟悉音樂的過程中，逐步引導他們去做拍手、點頭、踏腳等動作，或者，啟發他們做簡單的即興表演。這樣，既能幫助他們去掌握音樂的節奏、韻律，還能啟蒙他們對音樂的感受力和表現力，讓他們投入到音樂的意境中。如小班《洗手帕》的音樂，讓幼兒感受韻律平緩、反復的特征，想象起床后小朋友洗手帕的情景。教師重復播放讓幼兒邊聽做，通過談話讓幼兒安 排好洗手帕的順序，然后在晾曬起來。這樣律動《洗手帕》就完成了。
二、運用多種音樂教學形式，表現音樂律動。
幼兒期正是一個從情感由低級向高級逐步發展的重要階段之一，在這時期中，富有情感性的音樂活動對幼兒的情感發展具有明顯的促進潛力，幼兒越是能夠有機會 接 觸 各種 音 樂作 品，參 加 各 種 音 樂 活 動，就 越 會逐 步 懂 得 愛、溫 柔、同 情、自 豪、集體精神、憎恨丑惡和追求美善。在律動活動中，幼兒首先需要欣賞音樂作品，了解音樂性質，引起共鳴，激發情感，才能在此基礎上創編動作。為此，我們班采用多種音樂律動教學形式，通過欣賞、舞蹈、游戲等多種教學形式來引導，把音樂的感受和身體的運動密切地結合起來，讓它產生更好的教學效果。
1、幼兒律動教學跟舞蹈是密不可分的，它們都是把音樂的感受和身體的運動密切地結合起來，讓它產生更好的教學效果。由于音樂是訴諸于情感的表演藝術。所以，律動和音樂的語言同是情感的語言。因此，把舞蹈放人律動中，把它的設計重點放在分析教材內容和音樂情緒的基礎上，根據教材的特點來設計。輕快活潑的舞曲，動作的設計必然干脆利落，表現出歡快的情緒；柔和優美的抒情曲，其動作就應該突出抒展??；
2、玩游戲可以說是幼兒的天性，游戲也是幼兒最基本的活動。實踐表明：幼兒對自己感興趣的游戲連續玩上若干遍，仍然興趣盎然。它符合幼兒的生理、心理特點：幼兒好動、好玩，思維具體形象，符合音樂的感知規律，因此將音樂和游戲融為一體是可行的教學手段。我們將音樂律動改編成許多律動游戲，使幼兒在有趣的音樂游戲中體驗、感知、表現音樂，接受美的熏陶，萌發感受美、表現美的情趣。如：我上的律動教學《小兔捉迷藏》以“捉迷藏”的游戲情節貫穿始終，我事先在教室創設了環境，玩了幾次后，幼兒就能自己總結出游戲規則，聽到小花的音樂就變成花不動，聽到蹦跳的音樂就變回小兔子，非常簡單的規則和過程，卻深受孩子們的喜愛，幼兒很樂意玩“變一變”、“找一找”的游戲，他們能很快完成從兔子到花朵的角色轉換，這種轉換同時又體現了動靜交替的原則，避免了連續跳造成的疲勞，集中展示了藝術表達的形象性和愉悅性功能。他們聚精會神地從背景音樂中區分這時快時緩的音樂，輕松快樂地游戲著，在發展聽力的同時，也在欣賞理解著音樂。既激發了幼兒的興趣，又滿足了幼兒以角色身份參與活動的愿望。
三、從情感入手，提高審美理解力
幼兒對藝術的喜愛都是從情感出發的，他們對藝術活動表現出的興趣都是淺層次的，往往帶有一定的情緒色彩，容易停留在好玩、我喜歡的水平上，而且很容易轉移、波動。所以根據幼兒的生活積累、想象都不盡相同，在選擇樂曲時，應考慮到是易于幼兒理解的，且具有鮮明節奏特點的音樂?；虮憩F寧靜、安詳的搖籃曲；或表現雄赳赳、氣昂昂的進行曲；或歡快、活潑的舞曲等，以啟發幼兒相應的情緒、聯想和創造。如：用一段以跳音為主的樂曲，請幼兒表演，幼兒能很快感受到音樂活潑、跳躍的特點，表現出小兔、青蛙、袋鼠等動物跳躍的形態。又如：在一段輕柔優美的音樂中小朋友情不自禁地翩翩起舞，表現蝴蝶飛舞、小魚戲水、樹葉柳枝隨風擺動??孩子們會隨著音樂而打開記憶的窗戶，展開想象的翅膀，在傾聽、感受、體驗音樂的同時，促進幼兒豐富聯想生活中一切美的事物，從而培養陶冶了幼 兒的美感和個性。逐步提高他們的審美理解力。
教師應及時幼兒給予表揚，注意保護每個孩子剛剛萌芽的自尊心，使兒童經常體驗到成功的快樂。即培養了孩子的自信心，又讓他體驗到成功的快樂，同時鼓勵了其他幼兒，使幼兒相互學習，相互激勵，喚起他們的情感，使幼兒從情感上愛律動，愿意參加表演活動是相當重要的，通過對律動的充分表現，來表現內心的喜悅，激起孩子們表現音樂的欲望，享受著音樂的美、動作的美，充分發揮了自己的想象力。讓幼兒在自由輕松的氛圍中，做自己喜愛的動作，從中感受愉快?？傊?，音樂教育是改善幼兒心理品質，促進幼兒智能發展，增強幼兒身體健康，豐富幼兒審美情感的一種有效手段。幼兒需要音樂，沒有音樂的幼兒生活是不可想象的。因為音樂它可以鼓舞人，給人以靈感和力量，雖然只是簡單的律動，也能給幼兒以美的享受，提高他們的精神境界

1、幼兒音樂公開課小結
上周幼兒園組織了全體教師開展音樂教研活動，我上了一節音階課：《小老鼠上樓梯》，主要讓寶貝們通過小老鼠上樓梯的故事，感受音階高低、快慢的變化，并大膽用肢體動作表現，體驗音樂活動帶來的快樂。張老師上了一節歌唱活動課：《王老先生》，這首歌曲十分生動活潑，孩子們都特別喜歡。
通過這次音樂公開課，真的感覺孩子變懂事了很多，大部分寶貝都能夠很好的遵守上課常規，都十分樂于參與到活動中來，真的很不錯！繼續加油哦！
2、幼兒音樂公開課小結
相比于欣賞教學活動，唱歌教學活動就顯得稚嫩了些，主要的問題有下這些：
1、關于教師的基本功問題：
教師的唱、彈功夫是音樂活動的根本，因此教師必須對歌曲非常熟悉，做到張口就來，而不是在唱時還需去想歌詞、想節奏；而彈要做到不但能邊彈邊唱，而且還能眼光離開琴譜，關注到幼兒的學習，這個對教師的考驗是很大的，所以教師必須練到眼睛能離開琴鍵彈琴為止，這樣在教學時才能把注意力放在幼兒身上。如果琴譜是在不同的頁碼上，教師要事先把譜復印在同一張紙上，以省去翻頁帶來的麻煩。另外，如果老師有走調的情況，建議不用清唱，可以借助輕聲的鋼琴伴奏來彌補，抑或用多媒體手段。
2、關于教具的問題
這次，老師們都做了較為精致的教具，這是一個很好的現象，說明老師們的標準在提高。但在使用時要考慮它的價值，如《小狗抬花轎》活動中老虎手拿扇子坐在幼兒用手搭成的轎子上，還要表演搖扇子的動作。我覺得這個動作幼兒可能會因重心不穩而帶來安全隱患。
在分發人手一件的學具時，要考慮怎樣又快又有序。如小一班，把落葉胸飾事先貼在教師四周墻壁上，幼兒使用時可以自由地拿取貼上，減少時間的浪費，而且又有序，值得借鑒。
3、關于環節的設計問題
唱歌教學的重點是唱歌，不是語言活動，也不是表演活動，這個是教師要記住的。因此教師要創設濃厚的音樂氛圍，讓幼兒始終徜徉在音樂的熏陶中。在組織活動時要把主要時間放在唱歌教學上。徐卓婭教授曾經說過，幼兒對音樂表象要留下印象，必須重復音樂6遍左右，才能讓幼兒學唱。因此，教師要避免只傾聽
一、兩遍音樂后就開口讓幼兒一遍遍地枯燥地學唱?？梢赃\用多種方式讓幼兒傾聽音樂，當幼兒的頭腦中有了音樂的表象時再學唱，幼兒就能較輕松地學習。另外，教師還要重視對歌詞的理解，避免到最后幼兒都沒能明白唱的是什么的現象。
還有表演也是一樣，不要為了表演而表演，表演也是為唱歌服務的。當幼兒對歌曲還不熟練時就讓幼兒表演，幼兒只能是根本不管音樂的瞎玩，音樂成了背景，只留下教師一人的“獨唱”和“你們怎么都沒有聲音啊”的責問！
4、關于教師的語言問題
音樂活動中教師的語言要精煉，避免無效的多講。有時候一遍遍地講解還不如教師準確、清晰地范唱。因為唱歌是聲音的藝術，光講是講不清楚的。教師規范地示范演唱是幼兒模仿最好的依據。
3、幼兒音樂公開課小結
本次期中開課內容全為音樂領域，我們分為唱歌和欣賞兩組，班主任上欣賞活動，配班上唱歌活動。先來說說欣賞活動吧：欣賞活動是我們的弱項，平時也很少組織這樣的活動，本以為效果會不怎么樣，但聽課后出乎我的意料，原來我們的老師也是會上欣賞課的，而且亮點頻現：
1．題材豐富——有純音樂的名曲欣賞，也有經典的幼兒歌曲欣賞，更有國粹京劇的欣賞，可以看出老師們敢于挑戰和不斷進取的精神。
2．準備充分——老師們為開課，上網找視頻、找錄音，準備教具、學具，熱情高漲。這次每位老師都有質量較高的教具為教學服務，圖譜、頭飾、表演道具??而且很是美觀，為教學的順利開展打下了基礎。老師們還為提問、流程、細節等反復斟酌、推敲，體現了老師們的用心和有心！的確，你化一份力和花十分力，效果肯定是大相徑庭的。
3．環節流程清晰——從導入、感知、理解分析到表演，層層遞進，環環相扣，幼兒參與性強，創設了一個很好的氛圍。
4．游戲化的教學——為了讓教學更吸引孩子們嗎，老師們用了游戲化的策略，讓幼兒在玩中、在角色扮演中輕松地學習。
但肯定優點的同時，也提出幾點建議：
1．欣賞活動中適當加強感受音樂、理解曲子的結構、樂句或是歌詞的環節。注重音樂氛圍的創設。
2．要重視幼兒傾聽音樂習慣的培養，做好安靜傾聽，在不熟悉音樂時以坐在位置上做小幅度的動作為宜。教師的語言提示逐步減少，讓幼兒把關注點落到對音樂的傾聽上。
3．充分利用圖譜。很多老師在欣賞時都用到了圖譜，但利用不夠，出示后聽音樂時還是自顧自地做動作，失去了圖譜的價值。建議出示圖譜后，要有一個邊指點圖譜邊完整欣賞音樂的環節，讓幼兒建立起音樂與圖譜的聯系，使抽象的音樂形象與直觀的圖譜建立起聯系。
4．注重幼兒動作的節奏性，教師在編排動作時要注意樂句的劃分，讓幼兒感知樂句就像說話，是一句一句的，否則就像是破句了。
本次的欣賞活動教學是我們的第一次研討展示，希望老師們總結經驗，不斷磨出更多的精品課來！
4、幼兒音樂公開課小結
這節課的設計與第一個設計不同之處在于：教師一上來就從音樂活動入手，先讓學生用打擊樂為歌曲《只要媽媽露笑臉》伴奏，之后，我們進行師生合作練習。學生走，教師用打擊樂與他配合，然后是教師按照歌曲節奏走，全體學生觀察并進行伴奏。這樣實際在培養學生細心的觀察力和聽力?；顒又邪殡S成功感在里面。然后我們聽音樂伴奏，這樣逐漸使學生熟悉歌曲《秋天到》的節奏。
學生出現的問題就是聆聽第二樂句第一個小節時，總是聽不準，總把節奏打成X X X X，而歌曲的節奏是X X X-，從中我發現有的孩子上課時觀察的不細心。這樣聽音樂伴奏時就一定要出錯，于是教師指導學生聆聽這些細節的方面。另外在感知音樂形象時，我們運用了對比的方法，學生馬上就聯想到用快速唱不象春天的腳步走來，向是春天或夏天的腳步，這樣對比之后，學生對歌曲形象的理解就更加深入。
不足的是，音樂形象的對比還不透徹，設計了，但是做的不明確，這是我在今后教學中要設法避免的。
