(一):我周一會有家面試,好久沒有面試過了,不知道會有什么問題提問英語,我是說一般會問哪些問題。答:如果是到一家外貿公司應聘外貿業務員,口試筆試都有可能。以下是外貿面試常見的一些情況:

口試時英文的自我介紹一般是免不了的。有工作經驗的當然得多談談你的工作經驗,比如某年某月到某年某月,在某某公司,某某職位,主要負責某某工 作,取得了什么什么的成績。如果你沒有工作經驗,你就要在自我介紹中多介紹一下自己的專業學習和英語水平。如果你是學生干部,說說你的工作表現(即使不是 學生干部你也瞎編吧,這已經是一種潛規則了,呵呵)。如果你考過了諸如外銷員資格考試、報關員資格考試之類的考試,那你一定要說。至于比如你哪一年出生 的,哪里人,興趣愛好等等,不說也罷,除非他們問你。招聘單位才不關心這些呢,他們只關心你的能力和水平。自我介紹完一般是就你的自我介紹提問。這個就沒 法預測了,隨機應變吧。口試還有可能考些國貿實務的內容(內容集中在三個主要的海運貿易術語、L/C及T/T支付方式、保險及運費的計算,其他的應該不會 考,除非是一些以做其他貿易術語為主的公司),不過不大可能讓你用英語回答,所以只要自己對實務課有點把握,問題就不大。

筆試的話一般是測試你的外貿英語,比如翻譯一個客戶郵件(有時翻完后會告訴你需要回復的主要內容,要你現場答復)、翻譯一個外銷合同、翻譯一份信 用證等等。具體內容就不大確定了。我也有碰到過兩次讓我翻譯專業性資料的情況。這就看你英語的真實水平了,事先準備都準備不了的,只能到時候盡力而為。

現在招聘單位都喜歡招聘有相關外貿工作經驗的,比如服裝行業的就喜歡招一些以前做過服裝出口的,那當然會考些相關行業方面的內容。口試筆試都有可能。考試內容可能是兩個部分:一是專業詞匯,二是比如價格計算等專門的技術。這方面也是蒙不了人的,就看你的實際經驗和水平了。

當然,面試也有些技巧和方法。比如要注意儀表,比如盡量讓招聘單位先提出薪酬待遇,比如面試時記得把手機調成震動或把鈴聲關掉,比如筆試的時候如果沒人看著你,碰到某些專業詞匯之類,趕緊發短信讓朋友上網幫你查一下,呵呵??

對于一個出口企業,首先第一點是要確定企業目標市場的定位和買家的定位,企業的定位比努力更重要。

-企業是制造商,貿易商,工貿結合?

-企業接受OEM,ODM?

買家的定位

-零售,批發商,進口商,OEM,廠商

2,了解買家的能力(從業經驗,行業,對行業產品的認知度)

3,了解尋盤買家的地區(貿易壁壘,配額,進出口信息)

以上內容是需要了解,并有一個認知。然后在回復客人的時候要突出一個特點,你是制造商,你的特點是什么,貿易商,那你的特點又是什么。注意,一定要結合自己公司,不要來來個籠統的,想想客人收到10個郵件,10個郵件的特點都是一樣,客人還會看下去嗎?說不定還以為已經看過這封郵件。

第二點是評估市場反饋并做出及時調整。

1,買家是通過什么渠道發來的詢盤,參展,廣告,網絡,朋友介紹,老客戶,全新的客戶。

2,發送詢盤的企業類型,批發商,零售商,OEM

3,詢盤查詢的產品,主打還是偏門

4,詢盤來的市場,歐美,中東

5,詢盤的分類,一對一,群發

通過對詢盤的分析,及時做出調整,尋找特點,然后突出你的特點。

我個人覺得上面的講解主要是分析,然后找出你的特點,一定要是有別于別人的特點,一定是要有優勢的特點。

找到特點后,具體問題具體對待。客戶屬于哪個類型,我就給他突出什么特點。讓客人對郵件有讀下去的沖動,能讀說不定就能回,然后就是繼續溝通。

對于一封郵件的回復,1,要有簡單直接的標題,讓客人有打開的沖動

2,不要啰嗦

3,用專業的問題吸引買家,有的時候要提些問題,但一定要是專業的,這個可以跟老板探討。

4,突出特點,這里的特點就是我們前面分析公司的特點。

5,網站鏈結

6,提到客人的名字,免得成為垃圾郵件

企業的賣點

1獨特的賣點(發現企業的競爭優勢)

2,描述競爭對手不具備的優勢

3,描述你能為客人提供利益,這點我個人覺得很重要,讓客人覺得你是在為他找賺錢的路子,而不是單純的買東西給他,說不定他還以前沒有做,聽你一說,還要感謝你呢。

4,必須以事實,數據為依據

6,描述公司產品的服務,優勢

對于客戶信息不齊全,不要馬上按要求發報價單或目錄,要發一封反詢問信,可以以表格的形式,提及你想要知道的內容,但一定要注意,要表達這樣做有助于向他推薦更好的產品和服務,查戶口誰都不愿意。

寫了這么多覺得亂七八糟,總之一點,要鎖定客人的興趣點,根據客人的興趣點,突出自己公司的賣點。

面試問題參考:

1、企業如何辦理進出口資質,需要哪些資料

首先要到商務局辦理對外貿易經營者備案登記,后續還需涉及到工商、稅務、海關、出入境檢驗檢疫局、電子口岸、外匯管理局等大約七個部門。

需要準備營業執照復印件、組織機構代碼證復印件、國地稅正副本復印件、法定代表人身份證復印件、銀行開戶核準通知書復印件、財務人員身份證復印件、企業章程復印件等資料。

2、進出口權申請要領哪幾個證件

大約要申領五個證件。對外貿易經營者備案登記表、檢驗檢疫證書、自理報關海關注冊證書、電子口岸身份識別卡和電子口岸IC卡等。

3、如果貨物被查驗,基本流程是什么樣

若遇查驗。首先在出口科的查驗登記本上登記,然后制作關封,把關封送往箱子所在的碼頭的監管科查驗。

查驗過程大致為:查驗接單—移箱—開箱查驗—寫查驗報告—報關員簽字—武警簽字—科長簽字—返單。

4、出口合同履行的一般程序

① 申請領取出口許可證(外經貿機構批準)

② 申請原產地證書(貿促會批準)

③ 接受法定檢驗或委托鑒定,取得檢驗報告或鑒定證書(商檢提供)

④ 催證、審證、改證

⑤ 制作各類單據(如匯票、發票等)

繕制單據后提交至銀行,接下來就是: 審單復單→ 結匯→ 退稅→ 合同歸檔

5、出口報關基本流程

1.根據海關相關規定,繕制全套出口單證并校對無誤后,向海關審單中心發送電子信息。

2.電子審單通過,打印正式的紙質報關單。

3.整理全套報關單證,按照報關單-委托書-發票-裝箱單-三聯單-核銷單-出口明聯報關單-打印申請單的順序訂好單證

4.報關單上簽字,蓋上報關行的章。

5.根據船名航次的不同,將報關單放入報關袋,相同船名航次的報關單放入同一個報關袋.6.電腦派單:海關關員收單后由電腦派單。

7.電腦顯示該單派在幾號窗,單證就要交到幾號窗。

8.在海關的終端上查詢是否放行,若放行了就可以到原派單窗口取單。

9.若單子遲遲未放行,極有可能是單證有問題,被海關卡著,那要及時去窗口問

10.正常放行的單證,從單證中取回三聯單和核銷單,檢查三聯單上的箱號上是否蓋有“放行章”,核銷單上是否蓋有“驗訖章”,其余單證放回報關袋,交回海關留底。

11.之后單證會流轉至單證科,正常的單證就會打印結匯和退稅報關單,到4樓專門取報關單的地方,找出自己的單證,簽收后,該單就完全結關。

6、貨物出口保險費計算方法

保險金額=貨物價值X投保加成(110%-130%)

保險費=貨物價值X投保加成(110%-130%)X保險費率
