這一部分最重要,一定花心思去寫。如果我們已經(jīng)知道客戶有明確的需求,比如需要某某服裝,那么我們會(huì)選取某某服裝進(jìn)行具體的推薦性介紹,反正就是針對(duì)客戶需求的特定介紹;如果我們只拿到客戶的名片,不太清楚客戶的需求,那么我們就把公司經(jīng)營產(chǎn)品的整體情況,如質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),價(jià)格水平,打樣速度、交貨速度等作為籠統(tǒng)的介紹。當(dāng)然附上目錄,CATALOGUE,報(bào)價(jià)單或者另寄樣品供客戶選擇也是經(jīng)常采取的做法。

比如你在展覽會(huì)上和客戶拍的合照,可以隨信而發(fā),既可以提醒客戶你是誰,讓客戶一下子就記住你,也可以更加表達(dá)你和客戶的友好關(guān)
系。
