第三篇：克拉管介紹

結構

管材直徑

克拉管的直徑可以從300mm到4000mm，兩相鄰規格的管材直徑可相差100mm.克拉管的公稱直徑為管材的內徑，因此在管材的環剛度或者壁厚變化時，管材的內徑不變，從而保證水流量不受影響。

管材結構

克拉管的公稱長度一般為6米，克拉管管身分為三部分，第一部分為承口，第二部分為管材主體，第三部分為插口。這三部分都是在線一次性成型。每一部分的厚度都可以根據工程需求靈活生產,因而管材的整體強度非常高。

克拉管的承口處為錐形內徑，插口處為錐形外徑，這種結構可以保證在采用電熔連接時，兩根管子將會被牢牢的焊接在一起而沒有任何的縫隙。

管壁結構

克拉管的水接觸層的厚度可從2mm做到300mm，因而克拉管可以做為排污排水或者供水管。考慮到管材的可靠性及施工，建議水平層的壁厚最小為4mm.克拉管的承重層可根據工程要求采用多種管壁結構來增強環剛度。這些管壁結構在增加環剛度的同時減輕了管材的重量，節省了材料。管材的環剛可以從2KN/M2到32KN/M2。

結構ST 這種結構內外壁光滑,管材壁厚由上到下逐漸加厚，主要是用于立式儲罐。

優點

1、優異的物理性能。高密度聚乙烯有很好的剛性、強度，也有很好的柔性、耐蠕變性，而且較高密度聚乙烯更有熱熔連接性能優良的特點，有利于塑料管的安裝。

2、耐腐蝕，使用壽命長，在我國沿海地區，地下水位偏高，土地濕度大，而PE管可耐多種化學介質的侵蝕，不需防腐處理。此外，它也不會促進藻類、細菌或真菌生長，使用壽命達100年。

3.熱態纏繞成型熔縫質量高，從擠塑機口模擠出的處于熔融狀態的平料帶和包覆料帶，按預定的位置均勻的纏繞在加熱的滾筒模具上，保證了結構壁管熔接縫質量,管材采用風冷卻，材料冷卻均勻。特別是結構設計中平料帶的熔接縫被料帶包覆支撐管所覆蓋，提高了制品整體的抗外壓能力。管材的水平層與加強結構層在熔融狀態下熔接，熔縫質量高，沒有內應力，管材的整體強度高。

4、環柔性

塑料管屬于柔性管，在受外壓負荷時，柔性管和剛性管的承受負載的機理是完全不同的。柔性管在受壓破壞之前，可以有較大的變形，而剛性管在受外壓破壞之前不可能有較大變形。當剛性管受外壓時，負載完全經過管材壁傳遞到底部的管床上，在管材壁內產生彎矩，隨著管材直徑加大，管壁的彎矩和應力急劇加大，所以大直徑的混凝土排水管常常需加鋼筋:而柔性管在受壓破壞前先變形— 橫向外擴，管材周圍的回填土壤可以起到阻止柔性管變形和外擴的作用，外壓負載就被傳遞和分攤到周圍的回填土中去了。所以，在同樣外壓負載下柔性管管壁內的應力較小，它和周圍的回填土共同承受負載，管土共同作用。因此，塑料埋地排水管不需和剛性混凝土管一樣的強度和剛度，在合理的剛度下，是完全可以達到使用要求的，這一點已被歐洲發達國家的應用實踐所證實陰。

管材的物理柔性 超載影響

4.韌性、撓性好。

PE管是一種高韌性管材、其斷裂伸長率超過500％，對管基礎不均勻沉降和錯位的適應能力非常強，抗震性好，因此，最適宜于有地震危險地區，世界各地的實踐證明PE管是耐震性最好的管道。有報道說1995年日本的神戶地震中，PE管和供水管是唯一沒有被破壞的管道。另外，PE管的撓性是PE管可以盤卷（尤其是管徑小的PE管），減少了大量連接管件。PE管的走向容易按照施工方法的要求進行改變。在施工時，可在管子允許的彎曲半徑內繞過障礙，降低施工難度。

5、流通能力大，經濟 上合算。PE管內壁光滑，不結垢。PE管內表面當量絕對粗糙比值是鋼管的1/20，相同管徑、相同長度、相同壓力下的PE管其流通能力要比鋼管大30％左右，因此經濟優勢明顯。與金屬管道相比，PE管道可減少工程投資三分之一左右（直徑200毫米以上大管成本略高些），可盤卷的小口徑管材，可進一步降低工程造價。

6、安裝性能優異，管道連接采用在承口預埋電熔絲同材質承插電熔連接技術，連接質量高。可做到100%無泄露，保證了管道系統壽命的相同性和運行的安全性。同時，由于該產品 在同等應用條件下比其它管材重量輕，便于運輸，施工方便快捷，可降低施工費用，在應用范圍，不需混凝土墊層和混凝土管基溝槽合格后即可直接敷管，基本上做到邊開挖、邊下管、邊回填，簡化了施工程序，縮短了工期。在工程驗收時，采用閉氣檢驗代替閉水試驗，既加快了驗收速度，又節閉水試驗中繁雜的工作和大量的試驗費用。

7、密封性好。PE管本身采用熔接連接（熱熔或電熔），本質上保證了接口材質，結構與管體本身的同一性，實現了接頭與管材的一體化。其接口的抗拉強度與爆破強度均高于管材本體，可有效抵抗內壓力產生的環向應力軸向應力。因此，與橡膠圈類接應或其他機械接頭相比，不存在接應扭曲造成的泄露危險，密封性能十分良好。

8、抗應力開裂性好：PE管具有低的缺口敏感性，高抗剪切強度的段異的抗痕能力，耐環境應力性非常突出。

9、低溫抗沖擊性好：PE管的低溫脆化溫度極低，可在-60攝氏度溫度范圍內安全使用。而在我國北方地區，在冬季野外鋪設的聚乙烯埋地給水時，總結 出一條經驗是在零度以下就不適宜鋪設施工，因為這時聚乙烯管容易脆裂。

10、耐磨性好。聚乙烯管與鋼管的耐磨性對比實驗表明：它的耐磨性是鋼管的4倍。

11、具有良好的抵抗222刮痕能力。研究 證明，PE等級的PE管有較好的抵抗SCG的能力和耐刮痕能力。PE100級管材則具有更加出色的抗刮痕能力。

12、良好的抵抗快速裂紋傳遞能力。開裂是指管道發生開裂時，裂紋以很快的速度傳遞，瞬間就可能使管道破壞，后果不堪設想。實踐表明，在塑料管道中的PE管抵抗裂紋傳遞能力比其他管道要強。

13、纏繞管材料，高密度聚乙烯和聚炳烯可100%回收利用

工藝

高密度聚乙烯（PE）或聚炳烯（PP）在擠出機（1，擠管材的主體，通常為黑色具有防紫外線功能，這里擠出機可為一臺或者二臺）和擠出機（2，主要用于擠黃色共擠層）被塑化，并被擠出到模具3中，模具（3）分為水平層和包覆層，每層的比例由計算機控制。在水平層模具中，黃色的融體與覆在黑色融體的表面；在包覆層模具中黑色的融體將PP支撐管緊緊的包覆住形成管材的結構層。共擠的水平層和包覆層結合到一起后，纏繞到被加熱的成型模具上，在模具上將管材的承口，管主體及插口一次性成型。

管材纏繞成型后。用行車將纏繞在模具上的管材吊放到冷卻切削臺上采用風冷卻，管材溫和而均勻的被冷卻，避免了管材因快速冷卻而產生的內應力。

冷卻完的管材被放到切削臺上，進行承插口的修整。在切削臺上，將承口及插口修整成設計的形狀及尺寸，以便達到管材電熔連接或者橡膠圈連接的要求，從而方便施工。

脫模，將修整完的管材及模具吊裝到脫模臺上，將模具與管材分離。

人工修整，與模具分離的管材由移動平臺運送到人工修整臺進行最后的承插修整，及內壁質量檢查及修整，在修整完后，人工將電熔焊絲裝到承口上，并將重量及管材的參數標記到管材上。
