質量驗廠培訓

1.公司質量方針：質量第一，信譽第一。

2.公司質量目標：產品外觀質量符合國際合格級要求以上，鉛鎘溶出量符合本廠內控指標及輸出國要求，一次檢驗合格率95%以上。

3.QC完全獨立于生產，生產中，如發現質量問題，QC有權停線。

4.工廠有顧客投訴體系及產品召回程序。

5.工廠已取得ISO9001證書和ISO14001證書

7.所有計量設備已及時校驗。

Walmart驗廠工作總結

2009年3月3日，Walmart的兩名審核員來我公司驗廠，時間為半天。

一、審核內容

1、審閱資料。包括：工資、考勤、消防、培訓、合同、員工檔案、安全等，此次的審核重點在工資、考勤、培訓、安全等方面，由于時間的問題對工資、考勤的審核雖然用時較少，但發現的問題卻不少。

2、進車間檢查。審核人員對生產現場管理很滿意。

3、員工訪談。共抽選25名員工進行訪談，雖員工的回答較為一致，但對公司的某些方面包括對月薪或時薪、最低工資、加班時間等認識不清楚。

二、存在的問題

1、建立化學品清單

2、消防培訓資料要有全體員工的簽名即全員參加

3、勞動合同約定的是月薪而不失計時工資

4、員工手冊中未規定晚婚假期的具體時間、晚育假、陪產假、年假

5、建立工傷恢復判定程序（如從員工的生理和心理分析判斷能否上崗）

6、車間化學品品名標示不正確

7、法定假日的工資未支付（中秋節、國慶節、元旦等）
