函件格式寫法和范文

函的結構、內容和寫法

由于函的類別較多,從制作格式到內容表述均有一定靈活機動性。主要介紹規范性公函的結構、內容和寫法。

公函由首部、正文和尾部三部分組成。其各部分的格式、內容和寫法要求如下:

(一)首部。主要包括標題、主送機關兩個項目內容。

1、標題。公函的標題一般有兩種形式。一種是由發文機關名稱、事由和文種構成。另一種是由事由和文種構成。

2、主送機關。即受文并辦理來函事項的機關單位,于文首頂格寫明全稱或者規范化簡稱,其后用冒號。

(二)正文。其結構一般由開頭、主體、結尾、結語等部分組成。

1、開頭。主要說明發函的緣由。一般要求概括交代發函的目的、根據、原因等內容,然后用“現將有關問題說明如下:”或“現將有關事項函復如下:”等過渡語轉入下文。復函的緣由部分,一般首先引敘來文的標題、發文字號,然后再交代根據,以說明發文的緣由。

2、主體。這是函的核心內容部分,主要說明致函事項。函的事項部分內容單一,一函一事,行文要直陳其事。無論是商洽工作,詢問和答復問題,還是向有關主管部門請求批準事項等,都要用簡潔得體的語言把需要告訴對方的問題、意見敘寫清楚。如果屬于復函,還要注意答復事項的針對性和明確性。

(三)結尾。一般用禮貌性語言向對方提出希望。或請對方協助解決某一問題,或請對方及時復函,或請對方提出意見或請主管部門批準等。

(四)結語。通常應根據函詢、函告、函商或函復的事項,選擇運用不同的結束語。如“特此函詢(商)”、“請即復函”、“特此函告”、“特此函復”等。有的函也可以不用結束語,如屬便函,可以像普通信件一樣,使用“此致”、“敬禮”。

(五)結尾落款。一般包括署名和成文時間兩項內容。

署名機關單位名稱,寫明成文時間年、月、日;并加蓋公章。

撰寫函件應注意的問題

函的寫作,首先要注意行文簡潔明確,用語把握分寸。無論是平行機關或者是不相隸屬的行文,都要注意語氣平和有禮,不要倚勢壓人或強人所難,也不必逢迎恭維、曲意客套。至于復函,則要注意行文的針對性,答復的明確性。

其次,函也有時效性的問題,特別是復函更應該迅速、及時。像對待其他公文一樣,及時處理函件,以保證公務等活動的正常進行。

公文函的分類

公文函可以從不同角度分類:

(一)按性質分,可以分為公函和便函兩種。公函用于機關單位正式的公務活動往來;便函則用于日常事務性工作的處理。便函不屬于正式公文,沒有公文格式要求,甚至可以不要標題,不用發文字號,只需要在尾部署上機關單位名稱、成文時間并加蓋公章即可。

(二)按發文目的分。函可以分為發函和復函兩種。發函即主動提出了公事事項所發出的函。復函則是為回復對方所發出的函。

(三)另外,從內容和用途上,還可以分為商洽事宜函,通知事宜函,催辦事宜函,邀請函、請示答復事宜函,轉辦函,催辦函,報送材料函等等。

第五篇:英文信封的寫法

信封的寫法

在信封正面的左上角,寫上發信人姓名、地址。在信封上面中央偏左一點,寫收信人的姓名、地址(如圖1)。如果信封的正面寫不下發信人的姓名和地址也可寫在信封反面的三角尖上。如果信件不是郵寄,而是托人轉交,可在信封的左下角寫上kindness of...(受托人的姓名)或By courtesy of...(受托人的姓名)或By favour of...(受托人的姓名)。以上這些字樣都等于中文的“敬煩某某轉交”。

如果是介紹信,由被介紹人面交,可在信封左上角寫上Introducing Mr.(Mrs.,Miss,etc.)(姓名)或To introduce...(姓名)或Recommending ...(姓名)。以上這些字樣等于中文中的“茲介紹某人……”。

在信封的左下角可以寫上信件的性質,如Personal或Confidential或Private,這些字樣等于中文的“親啟”或“絕密”。如果需要還可以注明Immediate或 Urgent或Rush,這些字樣等于中文的“急件”。視需要也可以注明Attention of...,等于中文的“請某人拆閱”或“請某人處理”。

寫在信封左上角 “A”的位置的字樣,如:
