第一篇：2012年市初專會工作計劃
初專會圍繞黨的十七屆四中全會對素質教育提出的具體要求，深入學習實踐科學發展觀，緊密結合連云港市開展“課程實施發展年”活動，特別是推行“三案·六環節”課堂教學模式這一中心工作，從自身特點和功能定位出發，有重點的抓好組織和學術建設，進一步加強連云港市初中校之間的交流，更好地為初中教育內涵發展服務、為初中教師專業成長服務、為初中學生健康成長服務。
一、組織建設
會員單位應繼續深入宣傳初專會的性質、特點和作用，充分依靠當地教育行政部門和教育學會的支持和幫助，不斷加強初專會的組織建設，提高初專會的凝聚力和影響力，充分發揮初專會在聯系初中校長與教育行政、教育科研部門之間的橋梁和紐帶作用。具體工作有：1.各會員單位要繼續做好會員發展工作，年內使會員人數增加到800人；各縣區要做好會員單位的發展工作，年內使會員單位數量達到120所；2.召開常務理事會議，調整常務理事、理事和理事單位；3.召開一屆三次理事會議，提出2012年工作構想；4.繼續辦理會員證，使會員能持證參加活動，并享受會員待遇。
二、學術建設
1.4月，舉辦語文、數學和物理三門學科“同課異構”研究課展評暨“說教材”教研活動。上課教師由常務理事單位負責推薦，由市教育學會發上課證書；參與“說教材”教研活動的教師由會員單位負責推薦。
2.為促進學科教研組的建設，10月，舉行語文、數學和物理三門學科“最具影響力教研組”評選，由會員單位推薦相關的學科教研組參評。每學科評選出前10名，在2012年“年會”上進行表彰，并由市教育學會授牌。
3.11月，舉辦2012年“年會”活動。經初專會一屆四次常務理事會議討論通過，由秘書處組織初步考察，決定初專會2012年“年會”由東海縣實驗中學承辦。
三、做好省初專會的幾項工作
1.做好2012年《初中教學研究》雜志的訂閱與薦稿工作。
《初中教學研究》是由江蘇省教育學會主管，江蘇省初中教育專業委員委主辦的初中教學研究專門雜志。自2012年起，正式擁有雙刊號，在教師職稱評審和評優中有效。而且教師在《初中教學研究》雜志中發表論文不收評審費，有適當的稿費，每期都有連云港市至少5篇論文發表。因此，各單位要積極做好2012年《初中教學研究》雜志的訂閱與薦稿工作。
根據省初專委“以刊養會”的精神和《初中教學研究》雜志協辦理事單位承擔的義務，2012年連云港市征訂《初中教學研究》雜志的數量不得少于500本。經初專會一屆四次常務理事討論決定，各單位要根據以下數量訂閱：初專會獲得“江蘇省最具影響力初中校”的常務理事單位（3所），每年至少50本；初專會其他常務理事單位（8所），每年至少30本；初專會各理事單位（55所），每年至少2本。
2.組織參加省初專委2012年“江蘇省最具影響力初中校”、“江蘇省教育學會系統初中教育研究先進集體”和“江蘇省教育學會系統初學研究先進個人”三項評選活動。
3.組織參加省初專委第七次學術年會暨頒獎活動。
4.組織參加省初專委“學科教學研究中心”的重大的教研活動。

2009年工作總結
2009年是貫徹落實江蘇省“規范辦學行為，提高素質教育質量”的關鍵一年，恰逢連云港市教育局在全市中小學開展“課程實施發展年”活動。在市教育局、教育學會的支持下，初專會順利完成了各項工作計劃，現總結如下：
一、組織建設
1.10月14日、11月11日，初專會分別在連云港市海州實驗中學和連云港市開發區高級中學召開常務理事會議，會議討論并通過常務理事、理事、理事單位的調整名單，籌備召開一屆二次理事會議和2009年“年會”，確定2010年“年會”的承辦單位和工作計劃，進一步完善了初專會的組織機構。
2.11月24日，初專會在連云港市海州府大酒店三樓會議室召開一屆二次理事會議，會議總結2009年工作，匯報2009年團體會費使用情況，提出2010年工作計劃，明確2010年“年會”的承辦單位。
3.初專會在各縣區設立了通聯站，印制了通訊錄，加強了通訊聯系。各會員單位不斷地發展新會員，積極協助秘書處首批為349位教師辦理了會員證。
目前，初專會共有常務理事14人，理事60人，會員722人；常務理事單位11所，理事單位54所，其他會員單位45所。初專會的茁壯成長，對連云港市初中教育的發展起到了一定的促進作用。
二、學術建設
1.5月20日，連云港市海州實驗中學舉辦“課堂有效教學展評課”觀摩活動，初專會及時通知其他會員單位派教師參加，使活動達到了預期的效果。
2.11月25日，初專會在連云港市海州實驗中學舉辦2009年“年會”，活動主題是“建設和諧班集體，提高班主任素質”，活動內容主要包括：“班主任論壇、專家講座、觀摩主題班會和論文交流”等，促進了連云港市班主任培訓基地建設。
3.本著凝聚初中校長智慧，提升初中學校辦學水平，促進連云港市初中教育科學發展的宗旨，11月25～30日，初專會組織部分理事調研考察。
三、參加省初專委的活動
1.8月5日，10月22日，參加省初專委的二屆三次和四次常務理事擴大會議，學習宜興實驗中學“兩類結構”和諧課堂教學改革經驗、泰興洋思中學“先學后教、以教導學、以學促教”的課堂教學改革經驗，參與討論省2009年“三項”評比方案及重大學術活動的方案制定。
2.9月～11月，通過各種方式通知常務理事單位，參加2009年“江蘇省最具影響力初中校”評選活動；通知常務理事和理事，推薦2009年“江蘇省教育學會系統初中教育研究先進集體”和“江蘇省教育學會系統初中教學研究先進個人”。經自主申報，初專會推薦，市教育學會及省初專委組織同行考查、交流和征集意見等程序，連云港市海州實驗中學和東海縣實驗中學被評為“江蘇省（2009）最具影響力初中校”；連云港市云臺中學、連云港市新壩中學、連云港市中云中學、連云港市新港實驗學校、贛榆縣柘汪第二中學、贛榆縣班莊中學、灌南縣北陳集中學、灌南縣三口中學、灌云縣下車中學、灌云縣楊集初級中學、東海縣駝峰中學、東海縣初級中學等12所學校被評為2009“江蘇省教育學會系統初中教育研究先進單位”；王旭彤、劉宗飛、林正梅、唐萍、金海軍、徐加法、董建斌、趙東亞、王儀杰、孟祥洲、任新松、侍發金、陳明、楊泗會、高洪彥、陳占鴻、潘建忠、楊龍、彭誠、高化、苗蔚林等21位同志被評為2009年“江蘇省教育學會系統初中教學研究先進個人”。另外，連云港市新海實驗中學參加了《江蘇省最具影響力初中》（2009年6月出版）一書的編寫工作，并填寫了“江蘇省（2009）最具影響力初中校”續報表。
3.12月，通知參加江蘇省初專委在無錫市東門中學舉辦的第六次學術年會及頒獎活動。

With a smile on his face, the teacher drew two circles ,one as large as a big cake, the other smaller.Then he said , “Of course, I have learned much more.But it’s wrong to think that a teacher has fewer questions than his students.Now, look at these two circles.The inside of the bigger one is my knowledge of things, and the inside of the smaller one is yours.Out of the circles is what is still unknown to us.Since mine is larger, I have to use the longer line to draw the bigger circle.That means I have more opportunities to face what is still unknown.And that’s why I myself have more questions than you do.The more you learn , the more questions you have.You will never learn enough ,you know.”
Many people go to school for an education.They learn languages, history, politics, geography, physics, chemistry and mathematics.Others go to school to learn a skill so that they can make a living.School education is very important and useful.Yet, no one can learn everything from school.A teacher, no matter how much he knows, can not teach his students everything they want to know.The teacher’s job is to show his students how to learn.He teaches them how to read and how to think.So, much more is to be learned outside school by the students themselves.It is always more important to know how to study by oneself than to memorize some facts or a formula.It is actually quite easy to learn a certain fact in history or a formula in mathematics.But it is very difficult to use a formula in working out a math problem.Great scientists before us didn’t get everything from school.Their teachers only showed them the way.Edison did not even finish primary school.But they were all so successful.They invented so many things for mankind.The reason for their success is that they knew how to study.They read books that were not taught at school.They would ask many questions as they read.They did thousands of experiments.They worked hard all their lives, wasting not a single moment.Above all , they knew how to use their brain.from school
I’ve loved my mother’s desk since I was just tall enough to see above the top of it as mother
sat doing letters.Standing by her chair, looking at the ink bottle, pens, and white paper, I decided
that the act of writing must be the more wonderful thing in the world.Years later, during her final illness, mother kept different things for my sister and brother.“But the desk,” she’d said again, “it’s for Elizabeth.”
I never saw her angry, never saw her cry.I knew she loved me;she showed it in action.But
as a young girl, I wanted heart-to-heart talks between mother and daughter.opened between us.I was “too emotional(易動感情的)”.But she lived “on the surface(表面)”.As years passed I had my own family.I loved my mother and thanked her for our happy
family.I wrote to her in careful words and asked her to let me know in any way she chose that she
did forgive(原諒)me.I posted the letter and waited for her answer.None came.My hope turned to disappointment(失望), then little interest and, finally, peace— it seemed
that nothing happened.I couldn’t be sure that the letter had even got to mother.I only knew that I
had written it, and I could stop trying to make her into someone she was not.Now the present of her desk told, as she’d never been able to, that she was pleased that
writing was my chosen work.I cleaned the desk carefully and found some papers inside —a photo
of my father and a one-page letter, folded(折疊)and refolded many times.Give me an answer, my letter asks, in any way you choose.Mother, you always chose the act
that speaks louder than words.It is important for us to keep the balance of nature.Not many years ago, some farmers were worried because hawks were taking many of their
chicken.The farmers didn’t know what to do.Finally they went to the country officials and asked
for help.“Kill the hawks,” the officials said, “We will even pay for them,” so the farmers began to
think of ways to kill the hawks.The farmers killed many hawks.They no longer had to worry about their chickens.But they
now had a new worry.Field mice were eating up a lot of the farmers’ grain.How did this happen?
Hawks eat not only chickens but also field mice.They eat more field mice than chickens.But
the farmers didn’t know this.When they killed a lot of hawks, they changed the balance.When people move into a new place, they often destroy many wild plants.Often these plants are
food for the animals.If the animals can’t find enough plants to eat, they will starve or have to
leave the place.In one part of the USA, for example the deer there like to eat a certain kind of wild roses.The
mountain lions there eat the deer.The number of deer, mountain lions and wild roses doesn’t
change much if people leave things as they are.But people killed many mountain lions in order to protect the deer.Soon there were so many
deer that they ate up all the wild roses.Then the deer began to eat the green leaves of young trees.These trees were important to the farmers.So the farmers thought of ways to protect their trees.Now the deer had nothing to eat, and many of them died.This was another lesson from nature.To keep the balance of nature is important for us to remember.I worked for a short time as a cashier(出納員)at a restaurant a few months ago.I also helped
to clean up the tables when it was very busy.One night, just before Christmas, I found a large
black wallet on the floor near one of the tables.I guessed I should check it to find out who was the
owner, but I was very busy at the time.And I imagined that if there was something valuable(有價
值的)in the wallet, the owner would be back.Sure enough, an hour later a man came up to the
counter and asked if anyone had found a wallet.I asked him to describe the lost wallet, and after
he described it exactly, I gave him the wallet.He expressed his thanks when I handed it to him.He
asked me if I had opened it, and when I told him “no”.At once he opened it and showed that it had
nearly $ 800 in cash(現金).He took out a twenty-dollar bill and handed it to me and I was amazed
at this.“A reward(酬勞)for your honesty,” he said and then turned and walked away.Thinking about it later, I began wondering whether I would have been honest if I had known
what was in the wallet!I thought that if I had no way to find the owner and no one returned to get
it, I might keep it.But it also came into my mind that I actually saved someone’s Christmas plans
by finding and returning the wallet.The good feeling it gave me was worth more than anything
could buy.6
Napoga is a 12-year-old girl in Ghana(加納), Africa.It is hard for her family to get clean
water.Every morning, she leaves home at half past five to get clean water for her family in a
village far away.It takes her six hours to get enough clean water for daily(日常)cooking and
drinking.She has no time to go to school or to play with her friends.Millions of people in the
world are like Napoga.They can’t get enough clean water to keep healthy.Earth Day is April 22.But on all other days, we must also remember it.The water we use is
the most important natural resource(自然資源)on the earth.Water covers 70% of the earth’s surface(表面).But most of that is sea water.We can’t use it
for very many things.Fresh water covers only 1% of the earth’s surface.You probably feel lucky that your life isn’t as hard as Napoga’s.But that doesn’t mean you
don’t have to worry about water.We all face serious water problems.One of them is water
pollution.All kinds of things from cars, factories, farms and homes make our rivers, lakes, and
oceans dirty.Polluted water is very bad for people to drink.And dirty water is bad for fish, too.Now, 34% of all kinds of fish are dying out.How do cars and factories make our water dirty? First, they pollute the air.Then, when it
rains, the rain water comes down and makes our drinking water dirty.Dirty rain, called acid
rain(酸雨), is also bad for plants, animals and buildings.Scientists say that in 30 years, more than half of the people in the world won’t have enough
clean water.We have to learn how to save more water for ourselves and our children.Here is some
advice for saving water:
●Turn off the water while you brush your teeth.You can save as much as 450 liters(升)each
month.●Leaky taps(漏水的龍頭)waste a lot of water.Fix them right away!
●You can easily cut your 10-minute showers(沐浴)in half—and you’ll be just as clean.●When you wash dishes, don’t let the water run.●Only wash clothes when you have a lot to wash.If your washing machine isn’t full, you’re
wasting water!
I will never forget the lesson which Mr Li gave us.One day Mr Li was speaking to us in our school meeting room.He began his speech by holding up a ￥100 bill.He asked, “Who would like this ￥ 100 bill?” Most of us put up our hands quickly.Then he said, “I am going to give this ￥ 100 to one of you, but first let me do this.” He then made the bill into a ball and said, “Who wants it now?” We raised our hands again.But he said, “Wait a moment.” He then dropped it on the floor and stepped on it.After that, he picked up the dirty bill and said, “Who still wants it?” Many hands were still up.“My friends,” he said, “you have learned a valuable lesson today.No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not go down in value.It was still worth ￥100!” “We always lose many chances we take in our lives.” He went on speaking, “We feel as if we are worth nothing.But remember, no matter what has happened to you, you will never lose your value, you are always valuable to those people who love you.Your value doesn’t come from what you do or who you know, but WHO YOU ARE.”

初2014級2011---2012學計劃

一、在初一年級開始堅決、全面、徹底地開展課改。
全年級每個班每個學科每個老師都全面地開展課改，任何人不得以任何理由拒絕課改，班主任和教研組長要站在課改的前沿，做課改的先鋒。
1、第三周星期三下午第四節召開全年級課改動員會。（9月13日下午）
2、第三周星期四中午年級自主管理委員會學生競選，發揮好三自主管理的作用。（9月14日中午）
3、第四周星期三各班上交分學習小組名單（包括組名、組訓及組長名單等）
4、第四周起參與初中督課，推門聽課。
5、第五周星期五，年級進行班級文化評比，營造課改氛圍。
6、第六周對年級各教研組對課改資料學習情況進行全面檢查。
7、半期左右課改開放日，向家長和全校老師開放課堂。以取得家長和老師對課改的信任理解。
8、在半期內爭取學校對課改的支持，部分沒有外出學習的老師能到外地學習課改。
9、第七周開始檢查學案的運用情況，把學案教學落到實處。
10、半期和期末對年級課改先進小組進行評比。班級每學月評比一次，每月檢查好班級的小組評價情況，二、加強初一行為習慣教育，做好檢查評比。
1、第三周對班級管理機構的建立進行檢查，上交班委名單。
2、規范早、中、晚自習情況，老師學生不遲到早退，嚴格要求。
3、清潔衛生和儀容儀表檢查要定時，公平、公正，對班級實行加減分制。每天公布
檢查情況。
4、巡查要到位，做好每天走動加互動管理并做好記錄。
5、狠抓安全教育，做好班級安全教育記錄。
三、成績檢測和分析。
1、學月考試年級認真組織，第一二學月和半期做好各班的基數，以便以后考核參考。
2、堅決狠抓考風考紀建設，從初一起養成公平競爭的優良作風。堅決杜絕作弊等行為的發生。
3、每學月考試后堅持全年級召開成績分析會，班主任和科任老師一起堅持每月成績分析，班上對學生要及時獎勵和談話。
1、狠抓一音樂、體育、美術、微機等課堂教學管理，為培養學生興趣打好基礎。
2、初一是培養興趣的關鍵時期，要建立各種興趣小組和社團，依托高中的社團發展初中藝體教育。
四、注重藝術、體育生的培養。
五、協調教師和年級、學校的各種矛盾，充分調動老師的教學積極性
1、做好教師的各種考勤和考核，不循私情，做到科學、嚴格管理。
2、學校的各種評比加分等力求公平、公正，堅持學校的有關原則。鼓勵教師學習上進，屏棄各種歪風邪氣。
六、做好班級文化和年級文化建設。
包括送迎時日、班規、班歌等班級文化要上檔次，緊緊圍繞課改來設計。
七、教研工作落到實處。
1、每周定時開展教研會。
2、教研要有目標計劃，有條不紊，不要哪里對頭哪里黑。
3、開展集體備課，對學案中出現的問題積極討論解決。
八、充分運用好每周班主任例會時間布置安排好年級工作。
1、班主任例會常規化，不遲到早退，年級做好考勤。
2、例會要具體，工作要細致、落實。
3、抓住例會等時間培養好新班主任。
九、規范學校辦學行為。
1、對部分教師亂收費、亂訂資料等行為堅決制止。
2、教書育人，對老師體罰學生等行為堅決制止和教育。
3、召開學生會、家長會等加強與家長和學生的溝通，最大限度地增大江津二中的美譽度，為年級的管理和學校發展做鋪墊。
