目前中文名字翻譯成英文，并無(wú)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方案，可以說(shuō)是五花八門(mén)，非常混亂。很多喜歡外國(guó)文化或者在外企工作的年輕人，自己取了英文名字，變成中英混雜，更增加了翻譯難度。綜合多種翻譯方法，我總結(jié)出一套標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的中文姓名翻譯方案，既考慮到大家的實(shí)際情況，符合社會(huì)習(xí)慣，也不會(huì)引起任何誤會(huì)。

（一）要按照姓+名的順序，而且姓要全部大寫(xiě)

例如大帥哥黃曉明，他姓名的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)翻譯方法應(yīng)該是HUANG Xiao-ming。

為什么要按照姓+名的傳統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)呢？因?yàn)辄S曉明是中國(guó)國(guó)籍，中國(guó)官方語(yǔ)言是中文，那就應(yīng)該按照中文標(biāo)準(zhǔn)翻譯，先姓后名。以前的通說(shuō)認(rèn)為，既然翻譯成英文，就按照英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)法習(xí)慣，先名后姓。但時(shí)代一直在進(jìn)步，歐美朋友對(duì)東方人姓+名這樣的文化傳統(tǒng)已經(jīng)很熟悉，再?zèng)]有必要姓名倒置了。

既然姓+名或名+姓的使用習(xí)慣可以同時(shí)存在，那么就不能再依靠姓名的前后位置來(lái)識(shí)別姓。這時(shí)，就產(chǎn)生了新的拼寫(xiě)習(xí)慣，就是將姓全部大寫(xiě)，最大限度的避免誤會(huì)。例如姚明，寫(xiě)作Yao Ming，那究竟是姓“Yao”，還是姓“Ming”？如果寫(xiě)成YAO Ming，那就很清楚，YAO就是他的姓，而且我們還可以判斷出他來(lái)自東方，因?yàn)閅AO放在前面。

（二）名字的首字母要大寫(xiě)，兩個(gè)字的名字要加隔音符
