How to Write a Formal Business Letter
The business-letter format is very important for communicating formally with a company.You shouldn't write in the same voice as when you write family or friends, a business letter needs to be more formal.These steps describe the full block format(n.分段式格式), in which all lines start at the left.Instructions

9、空兩行,寫上落款,比如―Sincerely‖,―Thank You‖,結尾加逗號。
10、至少留4行供簽名,打上你名字和頭銜。在空出的地方用鋼筆親自簽名。
其他建議:
1.有的人喜歡將日期和落款居中而不是左對齊,這是不對的。
2.確認你的標點、語法、拼寫是絕對正確的。在你發信之前用電腦差錯程序檢查,或者讓其他人檢查閱讀。
